Классное расположение, уютно и атмосферно внутри, удобная бесплатная парковка рядом
Странные неудобные ставни на окнах, не было воды в номере, завтрак дороговат
4.3
The rooms were large and the beds were great
Price of breakfast (like most hotels these days) was exorbitant (€18!). Fortunately there are many restaurants within 5 mins walk
4.3
Location and easy parking just off the motorway. Nice paradore with the usual high quality of service. Local restraunts and bars nearby. Cathedral about 15 mins walk away.
Setting in centre of town with supermarket nearby was great for us but might not feel like a 'paradore' location to others?
4.3
Perfect location right in town with parking. Rooms gorgeous and dinner was super.

We are two cyclists on a ride from Cadiz to San Sebastian. Our needs are simple we seek a clean bed and a hot shower – the hotel provided both
Reception was welcoming and helpful –
We select the Parador chain for a touch of luxury and enjoy the lavish and expert restoration of historical buildings across Spain - we are less fans of the modern new build hotels
However the Hotel Hospitality is most welcome. ( Bar and Breakfast )
The Gardens and lay out is very Urban - we had expected more green areas around the hotel

Location was good we could walk everywhere and the restaurants were close by. The bed was comfortable and when we asked for extra blankets they brought some up.
Sound proofing, room next door had a deaf older couple in and the noise was invasive, the hotel was full so they couldn’t move us. And although they asked them to turn the tv down, they talked so loudly we could hear every word. Service was too slow and the staff that were on duty were stressed and seemed not very caring, just not enough staff to deal with the customers. Also not enough seats in the bar area so had to go into another area, with no service, and it was cold.
4.3
Attentive reception and bar staff- even during a busy period
4.3
Full English breakfast not as I would recognise it. Continental breakfast expensive. Not good value for cost.
A full English breakfast not offered.
4.3
A few hours from the ferry ports.
Our room was next to the lift and it was too noisy to sleep.
4.3
room space ,beds and furniture as well as bath room. all very spacious.
breakfast was awesome.
we wanted to enjoy dinner in the hotel’s restaurant since booking.com showed €32/person for lunch respectively dinner!
the maitre of the restaurant as well as the reception told us this was not possible and dinner could only be ordered as per menu card. so we paid full “tariff” for the dinner which was of course higher than the indicated price in the booking via booking.com.
this was annoying,

couldn’t fault it
nothing
4.3
style of hotel and friendly staff
no internal sound insulation between walls, floors and ceilings so people above can be heard moving around and noise from the TV.

Great breakfast. Very traditional spainish hotel.Very spacious room
4.3
Great Hotel right in the center of Calahorra. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The Parador restaurant is also delicious, with great local ingredients and dishes as well as typical Spanish ones too.
The parking lot got quite full during some parts of our stay. It might be nice if they upgrade their system to ensure that only hotel and restaurant guests park there. In theory, this is how the system works, but in practice it might not be the case.
4.3
Beautiful old hotel with many old artefacts on display. Huge room with two comfortable twin beds pushed together. Huge bathroom with bath and double washbasins. Breakfast lovely and they cook you fresh bacon, eggs and omelettes on demand. All the staff lovely and spoke really good English.
The car park was not big enough for everyone if the hotel is full. So we were worried after a day trip that we would not be able to park on our return. Fortunately there were two spaces left, but but they were soon filled. This was on a Saturday when a party was also going on at the hotel, so it might be better on other days.

The location suited us.
The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable.
4.3
Really beautiful, old style hotel, in excellent condition and decor
Central location
Friendly staff

Food was good and overall the parador was of the standard I expected
Calahorra town
4.3
Everything was good and the stuff friendly. The room is big and comfortable.
They have only a very little parking where unless you’re there first hour you have no chance to get a spot. They tell you that you can park on the street as it is free and ok, but even on the street there is very limited parking.
4.3
Roquite small.om big and clean.
Staff very friendly. Booked us in at 1030am although advertised as 1200. (Which is early for most hotels anyway) Got a space in car park which is small for the size of hotel. It is really central.
4.3
The comfort and the staff are excellent
The staff make this an excellent example of a first class Parrador

Location was great and easy to get to.
Terrible smell in dining room as the restaurant opened for dinner. Overflowing toilets? Service a bit casual. Breakfast was what you see is what you get. No offer of eggs or anything else.
4.3
Beautiful building, comfortable room, friendly staff and delicious breakfast
4.3
Didn't have neither dinner nor breakfast
That we could park the car in front of the building
The bar and restaurant attendance was quite abrupt.
4.3
Comfortable large room and bathroom. Welcome lift. Very good breakfast. Lots of free parking on the premises. It was very close to an area of small restaurants to sit out for drinks and tapas at lunch time or in the evening.
Hotel was a little jaded and some distance from the cathedral and the old part of town. Very much a town parador with only a small garden area to sit outside. We were very disappointed in the town of Calahorra, which had very little to recommend it other than being close to the Rioja valley for sightseeing elsewhere.
4.3
Excellent hotel and service. A visit to the vineyard Finca Vistahermosa is highly recommended
Coffee in the room
