Candice and Deben celebrated their engagement weekend Petite Provence. Was a wonderful weekend . Breakfast was top notch .

It was comfortable, friendly staff and staff willing to assist, breakfast was great and the environment was beautiful. Location was great as it was close to restaurants and the beach
The wifi was intermittent times, but think it was due to the storm.

The French Decor
The proximity to the sea (literally a 10min walk)
The croissants were delicious
- Our room was cramped, especially the bathroom.
- the shower drain was so slow that within 30secs, you are standing in a puddle of water
- the breakfast had great reviews but I thought it was basic.
The place is great for an overnight stay; not so comfortable for a longer stay.

Great for our small dog. Beautiful decor. Immaculate garden and pool area. Great breakfast. Very relaxing atmosphere. Warm staff.
Nothing.

Absolutely nothing, the photos all deceiving as this property can never be pet friendly (not one green piece of grass in sight, just stones all over). This accommodation so bad, I left after one night while paying for a 4-day stay.

Large spacious room with all the expected amenities , clean and well maintained
Parking is tight but doable

Breakfast was varied & tasty. However, it was set & served outdoors, which attracted many flies. The swimming pool was clean & refreshing.
No plugs for laptop or phone at the work station in the room. Very cramped bathroom with inadequate shower. Parking was very tight.

The breakfast options were nice and the theme of the accommodation was a pretty italian/tuscan vibe. The rooms are well equipped with a mini fridge, coffee and tea and soaps.
The bathroom walls were a bit moldy because there aren't windows to create a breeze to help air out the room. But it is nothing a scrub can't fix.

It was a peaceful stay with a great breakfast in the morning. It was exactly what we needed for a close getaway from home.
The room we stayed in has the bathroom connected to the room. You may find it awkward if you are shy when sharing an open bathroom.

Absolutely love Petite Provence! It's peaceful and beautiful. Great location. Delicious breakfasts.
The parking is a little tricky.

Breakfast was lovely, both cooked & cold . Nice fresh fruit & crossiants .
Sadly no sea view . But that’s not a problem.

The breakfast and the pool
The lizards in the rooms and wet bedroom mats due to rain

It was my second visit to Petite Provence. I stayed at the Apartment, beautiful, modern, clean and was comfortable for my 5 kids and two parents. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The location and rooms are upmarket. It is located 300m from the beach. No loadshedding. Owner looked after us. Close to Salt Rock Shopping Centre and many other shops.
The B&B does not offer lunch or dinner. However, it met my expectations, as I preferred to order takeaways or go out for dinner.

This is an absolute amazing place! Will definitely come again! Everything about it is just beautiful! The fact that such a beautiful place is pet friendly is such a huge plus! More venues and restaurants should follow their way of operating!
Everything is just perfect!

Good location, helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast.
No hot water one evening as geyser kept tripping.

Little paradise with its lush gardens, spacious and well designed rooms. Amazing French breakfast. Best croissants I had so far in South Africa. Friendly service.
Check-in was a bit traditional with pen & paper but went quite smooth.

Very lovely decor with big rooms. The breakfast was also lovely!
We arrived at 2:30pm on a Sunday and rang the door bell about 10 times, tried calling the reception, and no one answered. After about 15min of waiting outside the gate, a gardener eventually saw us and arranged for someone to help us check in. This was very annoying after a long drive to ballito.

Warm and welcoming boutique hotel with all the amenities needed. Intimate and cozy with attention to detail. Very friendly and helpful staff. The place and ambiance were peaceful and relaxing. A little French inspired gem.
Nothing to dislike but just a pointer - towels (although clean) looked a bit old and worn out, and a fresh new set would have made a difference.

Breakfast was wonderful - the best of a hot English breakfast and a Continental breakfast with really nice bread, cheese and cold meat. The fruit salad was so yummy - freshly made and full of delicious berries and fruit; not filled out with apple and banana.
Julia was a lovely hostess. She could not do enough to make our stay pleasant.
Cracked tiles in the bathroom.

The garden has a lot of charm, and our room was very spacious.
The property is not up to the standard, there is a lack of maintenance and supervision.
The room and the linen were not clean, and we hardly saw anyone from the management.

Wir hatten das Apartment gebucht, sehr viel Platz mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Enjoyed breakfast-eggs organic. Hot meal was prepared for each guest individually. Croissants & crumpets divine.
Rooms spacious & comfortable. Clean linen & very clean & tidy rooms. Lots of attention to details in decor, garden etc.
Hostess & staff very welcoming & warm

Room was big and nicely decorated.
Breakfast was the best we had in South Afica, including fresh fruit salad, french bread like croissants and chocolat rolls and salami and french cheeses.
The neighborhood is nice, but Ballito is not a place for an evening stroll.

Very quiet. Breakfast was great. Bath was amazing.
Nothing at all. Stay was perfect

I didn’t like the fact that there was no hot water in both of the rooms I booked. The response was that they having problems with the hot water geyser. Why not book us into other rooms.
