Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons adoré la superbe vue de notre balcon. Nous avions choisi une vue partielle sur mer. Nous étions au 9e étage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié également la piscine intérieure, le sauna et la salle de sport. Nous étions toujours quasiment seuls dans la piscine car ce n'était pas en haute saison. La literie est de grande qualité.

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY IN SUPER LOCATION WITH STUNNING VIEWS

GREAT HOTEL IN A PERFECT LOCATION AS WE WERE WORKING LOCALLY. THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL, AS WERE ALL STAFF WE ENCOUNTERED THROUGHOUT OUR STAY IN MONACO. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS HOTEL WHEN WE RETURN TO MONACO

Nice, but seems to be no well maintained

Nice beach location

Air conditioner was not working in the first room when we checked in. With outside temperature being a heat wave, no one should have been given that room. But it took us 3 trips to front desk and 7 hours before we were moved to a room with working Airconditioner.

Nice place but not considerate to guests

Comfy bed

On arrival we were told the pool was closed to host a private event, then the beach access and bar was also closed to us as hosted a private wedding for 3 days. Considering we chose this hotel for that reason to use the facilities and relax , finding our selves unable to and no compensation or reduced rate. As this hotel stay was very expensive in the first place and to eat/drink there.

La posizione sul mare unico punto di forza , ma se fa brutto tempo per carità !!

Deludente in tutti i suoi aspetti ; prenotata la camera sulla crystal tour con vista mare 🌊,al check in ci chiedono se preferivamo la doccia alla vasca , noi rispondiamo doccia ! Ci fanno attendere alcuni minuti perché alle 15 la camera non era ancora pronta e quando finalmente saliamo in camera, appena entrati sentiamo l’odore di varichina forte appena spruzzata , alche chiediamo di spostarci di camera anche con vasca, infatti ci spostano sullo stesso piano ma dalla parte opposta vista Pino 🌲 In bagno non c’è uno specchio né una presa elettrica e la vasca non è facile né per entrare né per uscire PESSIMO CON 200€ in più tornavo al Hermitage trattato da re

Hotel carino e con spiaggia privata. Servizio in camera efficiente e veloce anche se con poche scelte sul menù

Pochi posti per mangiare e posizione per me lontana dal centro ma non si può avere tutto, ho preferito la spiaggia che però non è un granché… dalle foto sembra molto meglio

Le prix de la chambre qui a été multiplié par trois, voire quatre, car c’était un week-end évènementiel pour Monaco Du coup, malgré le prix fois trois, nous nous avons eu une chambre sans vue mer uniquement vue sur la ville La première fois que nous étions venus, nous avions la vue mer pour 300 € là nous étions à 1800 vues Sur ville

Struttura stupenda però più attenzione da parte del personale cameriere e ristorante sarebbe la perfezione

Da anni vado la 15 giorni ad agosto struttura stupenda

Hanno cambiato il personale al ristorante compreso il grandissimo Antonio direttore del ristorante persona stupenda le ragazze sono nel panico per prenotare un tavolo dalla camera diventa una missione impossibile 3volte ho dovuto cambiare facendo servizio in camera è purtroppo le cameriere che rifanno le stanze quando iniziano a lavorare avessero rispetto di chi paga quasi mille euro a notte rumori violenti di tutti i generi hanno svegliato mia figlia alle 9 di mattina 12 giorni su 15😱 uno chiede solo rispetto spero cambino le cose perché un vero peccato perdersi così…

Camere non all altezza, mobili scrostati, il sifone del rubinetto perdeva e allagava il bagno. Sono venuti a ripararlo ma la riparazione è durata 5 minuti. Personale in spiaggia non all altezza, distratto. Alla sera black out dalle 9 di sera circa A mezzanotte e mezza, senza alcuna notizia siamo andati al quinto piano al buio a fare la valigia e siamo venuti via

a family trip during a working weekend

The hotel is very high quality hotel. it provides any type of services and it is located in a very strategic position in Montecarlo

I had a bad experience with one of the staff. I had a lunch with my baby and my husband and an Italian female employee explicitly commented what a mess my baby has done during the lunch (she was less than 1 year and she tried to throw bread to the ground, but I cleaned everything before going away). I was so sorry and I felt so bad in being judged. the employee was thinking I was not Italian and not able to understand. well, in an hotel of such level, there should be no judgment towards clients.
