Reise in die (etwas verstaubte) Vergangenheit

Das Hotel Sylva ist für alle super, die eine Reise in die Vergangenheit suchen, und die es nicht stört, dass einiges nicht perfekt ist: Es war sicher einmal ein extrem cooles Hotel. Man fühlt sich zurückversetzt in eine Zeit vor etwa 50 Jahren ... Uns hat das gefallen, weil wir die Abwechslung lieben. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und das servierte Frühstück war mehr als wir um diesen Preis erwartet hätten. Und es gibt einen beschrankten Parkplatz.

Obwohl das Hotel in der Vergangenheit wahrscheinlich toll gewesen ist, ist es heute ganz anders: Heute hängen von den Wänden im Aufzug die Tapeten und von der Decke teilweise Leitungen herunter. Es ist auch nicht besonders sauber. Uns hat das allerdings nicht gestört, da wir wie gesagt die Abwechslung lieben.

La posizione è buona e la colazione anche.

La pulizia e soprattutto la dotazione delle camere. In bagno la doccia era rotta.

Happy with the Stay

The Hotel Location was of the greatest advantage. I liked the quiet.

Очень приятный персонал, в целом хорошее месторасположение, недалеко от моря, магазины в двух минутах от отеля

Старое здание, нуждающееся в ремонте. Очень шумный кондиционер, а за окном с 5 утра цикады. Так что от шума не избавиться никак. Грязновато и в номере, и особенно в коридорах. Тараканы заходили в гости…

Hotel is good

Which room u give us. Its gud but air conditioner is no working we call to reception to check the guy he is coming after 30minutes and he say look its working u have to wait 20mins its working but still we stay 2hours but the air conditioner is no working we decide to check out!!!!

Pleasant

Once upon a time a " perl" today the rooms look poorly renovated. Lounge is somehow still inviting...

Mismanagement re "pet friendly " , as it was written in booking.com - but hotel said "no". finally I could stay with my small dogs.

Limassol day off

Room was nice. Air Condition is not new so in hot days is really hard to survive, but it was not so bad. There should be fridge in every room. We had only two large towels, so there should be two more for face and bathmat for sure. But other stuff was fine. It was comfortable room.

Facilities in the room, maybe only one shower gel, fridge as is really hot so whatever you buy, is not possible to stay cold for longer time.

The location was great, there was some parking space, the people seemed friendly. I did not go to the breakfast.

Since broken things here and there (the main bedroom mirror, the showerhead), however there were no deal breakers.

Location

There was no refrigerator, kettle and cups, plates in the room, no shower gel, no shampoo in the bathroom. We found a live cockroach in the napkin holder in the dining room, breakfast was quite simple, without a choice of dishes. The hotel is pretty old.

Convenient location Receptionist extremely helpful. Room: Nice large room and comfy bed. Breakfast: Offered cereal and toast, hot water for tea/ coffee. Then, unasked, an excellent omelette arrived with meat and salad garnish.

There was a rhythmic knocking noise all night which disturbed sleep. Toilet pedestal not fixed to floor! Aircon didn't work No plug in bath Chef at breakfast was wearing dirty tracksuit bottoms and t shirt. Swimming pool not in use.

The reason I made this booking is because I wanted to write a review about this unhealthy dangerous hotel. We went there without booking through this site last Monday. The room was full of insects in bed,sheets,towels,floor walking big brown bucks even entered my bag and our food. They bite us so much we went to doctor. The sheets had blood and also stains of sperm. This is a very dangerous unhealthy hotel. I reported it also to the MInistry of Tourism and they said they will go and spray! When we said it to the reception the man was so old couldn't walk didn't know how to write and he said he couldn't hear me! His wife closed the phone to me when I called after we left to complain to her 16 times. When she answered and I told her everything she said: eh why are you telling me?! Big disgrace for tourism and very dangerous for health. We paid 50 euros for this damaged room without breakfast and we are both still on medication from the allergy of the bites. The pillows were full of bucks also. Caution ⚠️

Hotel Sylva Awesome

We get suite for same price with breakfast. All the people were kind and sweet. Suite has two balconies and bathtub. Thank you very much and we will visit again!😊

Superb

Nice breakfast and personnel. They were very friendly and helpful 🙂. If I go back to that Limassol, I would go to that hotel 🏨.

The bath 🛁 did not have the cover so I couldn't relax in bath. But the rest was fine. The swimming pool was good.
