Very good,we enjoyed the stay

Good hotel,good location. Probably one of the best in Nicosia. Nice breakfast. With sparkling wine and even vodka)) Spa and gym very good.

No Netflix in the rooms. We had two 49 inch tvs. But there’s nothing to watch.. No Netflix and no smart functions.

Fine for a Hilton, a bit far from the centre, not much character.

It's Nicosia's only really high-end hotel and it's not the most characterful, but it's fine for what it is if quite expensive. It's not in the centre so the sights are a bus or taxi ride away, but it's nicely furnished and has a large pool and area around it. Good fitness centre/spa/indoor plunge pool too.

It's quite expensive but it is a Hilton.

Always lovely

I always love staying at the Hilton. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always go above and beyond to ensure that guests are satisfied. The rooms and bathrooms are big and clean with all amenities that could be expected. The hotel is modern yet homely.

There really is nothing that I can fault. The hotel has done much to remain modern and relevant, with Nespresso being introduced to each room in the last two years which has been a great addition.

Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο με πολύ καλό προσωπικό!

Όλα ήταν άψογα. Και η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική.

-Ίσως πρόβλεψη να υπάρχει στο δωμάτιο λίγος καφές φίλτρου (εκτός από τις κάψουλες εσπρέσο που ήταν ούτως ή άλλως αναγκαίες). -Σε κάθε περίπτωση η πισίνα χρειάζεται να έχει ψυχρότερο νερό. Η θερμοκρασία του νερού ήταν αρκετά ζεστή, πράγμα που δεν βοηθά τους καυτούς καλοκαιρινούς μήνες.

Прекрасный отель со всеми необходимыми услугами вплоть до бассейна и спа

Мне понравилась комната с балконом и видом на бассейн. Спасибо огромное за нее. Сначала меня поместили в другую, где было шумно от вентиляции под окном… Спасибо, что мне помогли переехать в другую по моей просьбе!

Туалетная бумага -главная претензия 😂

Больше всего нравится то, что у столичной гостиницы есть своя зеленая территория и бассейн! Красивый холл

Мне не понравилась уж очень тонкая как папирус туалетная бумага и такие же - тапочки в номере

Family weekend away

Breakfast was beautiful, the was room clean and well equipped. The executive lounge was a great addition to the break and we ate our evening meal in there both nights with our 5 year old. The indoor pool was the warmest we've been in and the jacuzzi was amazing.

Le cadre, la piscine couverte, le spa, les petits déjeuners, le personnel, la décoration, le rangement, la propreté

La literie, le bruit des livraisons le matin à 6h30, le non ravitaillement en eau tous les jours, pas d'équipement dans la salle de bain, pas de pression à la douche. Rien dans le mini bar. Pas de télé en français

Very good

The pool was fantastic and the rooms are extremely spacious. Excellent gym. The staff very polite, attentive and helpful. The best was the breakfast buffet. Absolutely amazing.

First, there are events on weekends. And during my stay on Saturday the pool was closed for a wedding after 6pm without prior notification to hotel guests. The uncomfortable task of asking upset hotel guests to leave was given to the life guard and pool staff. That's poor management. Towels in room weren't replaced one day, next day there was no bathroom rug. Fridge had to be activated by tech staff because the ON switch was behind the fridge and I couldn't move it myself. Fresh fruits were put into room on first day but not subsequently. And they weren't removed after rotting. Finally, getting called on the first day by phone in the room for booking massage etc. was absolutely not welcomed. Staff was also knocking on doors during afternoons for distributing chocolate. Why not place it into the room after cleaning...? Also no pamphlets whatsoever in the rooms explaining offers and opening hours of facilities... Too many hick ups for this kind of hotel...

Good size room for a family of three. Comfortable beds and nice shower. Lovely gym/spa and nice staff.

Found the male staff at breakfast grumpy in comparison to the female staff who were very sweet and good hosts. The lifeguards are also very grumpy. Lack friendliness.

A great stay in Nicosia!

Very comfortable. Kind and helpful staff. The pool area was great and offered both sun and shade in and outside the pool according to preference. The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of choices. Well prepared and tasty food all around. The adjacent restaurants were great too. All members of the family were very happy to stay here.

BEST BEST SPA Ever

The hotel was amazing, quiet and clean. We had a treatment at the SPA and it was the best treatment we ever had (and we go to many treatments every year) Susana was so accurate and great, she knew exactly where and how to treat the mussels of my wife with exactly the right strength (and it was strong) I got a treatment from Andrea and she was so good I cannot express it in words. When we both got off the massage bed we reacted the same (wow wow wow, it was the best massage we I ever had) I would also want to thank the SPA manager Skeve for taking care of us and helping with choosing the right products from the SPA. She also helped us to choose the right treatment at the next hotel we were going to with a Discounted Vaucher.

The Price Was too high, 2 Nights for Standard room + Breakfast - Almost 700 Euro.

Disappointing

The bathroom design was terrible! The bathroom floor is level all throughout the room. The drain was clogged and after taking a shower the water was everywhere in the bathroom and spilling to the main room. Totally unacceptable for a 4-5 star hotel and the only Hilton on the island !

It’s a generic hotel, again a disappointment for a “flagship” Hilton

bathroom door was damaged room not ready and awaiting faulty light fix. had to request another room should have been offered straight away limited space to hand towels to dry
