Wonderful place to stay

It's a really good place to stay! We liked it a lot! We stayed for two nights with our 4-month-old baby and a dog and we are very satisfied with everything. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We also took breakfast and it was delicious :) We certainly recommend this place!

The walk to the city center was not the most enjoyable, but it's not that far away.

Nice and quiet place. Really caring personnel. The bar is working 24/7.

Good and comfortable.

The women who run the place are absolutely on point. They could not have been more accommodating and nice. It’s perfectly located for De Haan and roads out of it. It was our base for a week and worked perfectly.

Some parts of the hotel could do with a fresh lick of paint. The towels we were frayed and of poor quality. The inside of the wardrobe where the mini fridge is kept was stained. Obviously the fridge had defrosted at some point and stained the base. The boss was wondering around everyday, taking up the area of the fireplace - as a paying customer I would expect to be able to use the nicest part of the hotel, rather than the boss, who could also have used some of his time to sort out the issues mentioned. It’s a three start by quality but a four/five because of the women’s attention and superb customer service. The room was cleaned but it felt as if the floor in the room had not been mopped. It always looked and felt grubby.

nice place for the weekend

lovely place to spend weekend with your family. quarter and peas full. staff is very hospitable. not really close to the sea, but it is good opportunity to walk and see the town)

An idyllic rural retreat.

Country House Duinhof is a beautiful oasis in De Haan. We were welcomed and made to feel at home from our arrival. Our bedroom was very comfortable and I Ioved the adjacent balcony where we could sit. Breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. We will go back again, hopefully for a bit longer.

Excellent service, attentive staff... Like you back home from a long trip. Big bed and pillows suitable for everything. If you need something- you ask and you get it!

Lack of ventilation leads to sweaty windows. Towels could be bigger.

Great place to stay for a weekend by the sea!

Very nice room, quiet, clean, dining table in the room including plates and utensils. Convenient bike rental possibility.

Not possible to warm up take-away food in the hotel.
