Está muy bien situado, en la zona histórica, se llega fácilmente y el lugar es encantador. El personal del establecimiento es maravilloso y atento, constantemente preocupados de nuestro bienestar. La ubicación inmejorable.

We missed a connecting flight in Paris and ended up arriving in Split at 11 pm and missing our connection there as a result. In a state of emergency with 3 cats, 5 people, and 12 suitcases, I had to search frantically to find accommodation nearby which took cats. Palace Derossi did, and once we arrived, all the travel nightmare horror dissolved and became a dream. The gentleman at reception, Ivo, was so friendly and warmly welcoming and understanding of our predicament. He helped me find bowls for food for my kitties and helped my friends and me to our rooms with all the baggage. My room was a mini suite, and it was amazing, beautifully furnished and super quiet, so I was able to get a decent amount of sleep after that terrible trip. I slept through breakfast, but my friends had it and said it was wonderful and plentiful with many great options. I only wish we had been able to stay longer in this beautiful old manor house hotel! I hope I get a chance to return.
Nothing could have been better, it was all perfect.

Great location. There is parking at a 5 minute walk which you can pay for in the hotel for only 10 euros a day. Below the hotel there is a Main Street with bars, restaurants and nightlife. The night we were there Croatia was playing in the finals of the Nations League. I didn't hear any of the noise from the bar just under my window. The windows are double and no noise comes in. Leave the hotel and immediately you are in the center of Trogir for sight-seeing and restaurants. The room was very clean and the service was great. We had breakfast there. They made us eggs as we liked. I will go back there every time.
Really nothing. Everything was great!

Very beautiful building. Good location.
The towels were like sand paper and smelled like mildew

The location is good, Parking nearby for €10 with the hotel's card. But you pay it to the hotel.
The towels had cigarette smell.
Minor inconvenience is you have to bring back the hotel's parking card once you take the car out of the parking.

Marco was awesome. He made us feel like family. The location is steps from the bus or taxi and the bridge. Quiet, comfortable, spacious, clean and super cool place! Historical building. We’ll stay here every time we’re in town.

loved the location. staff were so friendly and welcoming. never saw the hot tub in the photo but then again didn’t ask. only stayed one night to see Trogir, and we couldn’t have found a better location right on the “island”,
Nothing. it was 3 star so expect 3 star.

Super friendly staff, great location, amazing shower.
A little cold in the evening, but it was the off season (I expected warmer weather) . So the building is designed to stay cool in the heat of summer.

Very quiet and convenient for stepping onto the island from plane (15 mins. cab) or bus (5 mins walk) . Gorgeous building in its own courtyard and beautifully modernised. Well looked after. Staff, I think was Mario? He was brilliant- met me at property, happy that I finished my drink next door, took my bag to the room and amazingly ensured I got my 6AM flight. I got the last of my holiday sun at the other side of Trogir.(10 mins walk)
I forgot to say. Though the mattress was really comfortable, it needs warmer bedding at this time of the year or the heating will stay on. I would have liked access to hot drinks. Preferably in the room but I may not have heard, maybe they were available in the dining area. I was there a few hours only ahead of the flight.

The check-in was very smooth. Friendly and cheery receptionist. Great location. Staff helped us with our bags up the stairs. Great location. Close to restaurants and shops. Lovely court-yard for breakfast.
Everything was very good.

The check in was fast and easy - wish it would be everywhere like it was at this hotel.
The staff is very friendly and nothing was a problem. We were a little late to breakfast and they didn´t make any fuss about it. Thank you for that.
The only thing is that you have to carry your luggage up the staircase, because there is no elevator there. Which can be a problem for some people.

Everything, from the friendly receptionist to the clean room. Great location, and very quiet. Just a few minutes walk to the bus station, without having to roll suitcases thru the town.
Would have liked a water kettle to make a cup of tea in the evening.

Location was just a few steps from then main entrance to the old town. Mario, the owner, insisted to carry up and down our heavy luggage. Even helped us with overnight parking to save us the cost of city parking. Breakfast was great and convenient, right in the courtyard. Overall we were very satisfied with the property.
Not one thing.

Location and staff were both amazing. Very quiet and peaceful and the price for Trogir was ok.
The bed in the standard room was uncomfortable, the furniture was tired, the shower chucked out green scale and the curtains were more like net curtains and didn’t provide any privacy or block out any light.

We were staying over in Trogir for one night prior to returning to UK. Property was centrally located right in the middle of the local attractions. Received a good welcome and rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Liked being part of the city walls and the old town. Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful courtyard for breakfast.
Two flights of windy stairs made carrying suitcases quite hard. Advertising for rooftop terrace and hot tub over stated. Had to be booked - quite small.

perfect location, comfortable rooms and lovely ambience. The inner Courtyard where we had our breakfast was very pretty.
Actually nothing, except that it was a bit difficult to find.

Breakfast was very good. The greeting upon arrival was warm and kind. The location was good to discover Trogir. The staff made an effort to please.
We were very disappointed with this hotel room and with the parking. We paid too much for not much. Location?? The room had badly finished and painted bright ORANGE walls with pink over the orange in places - rather horrid. Armoire could not open on left side. Shower doors hard to keep closed. The bed squeaked loudly when either of us moved. The two outlets on the same wall where we plugged in our devices apparently did not work; nothing was charged and ready to go in the morning. The parking system with a plastic card failed TWICE in our two attempts. We followed directions exactly. Card or machine issue, I don't know but I had to go back and forth and back and forth and people were yelling at me to hurry up. This is too much money for not enough hotel room. (Perhaps we were given a less finished room as we came with our very well-behaved dog, but the discrepancy between photos and reality was huge. That has not been true other places where we have also stayed with our well-behaved dog.) We left feeling pretty disgusted...

Beautiful building in the heart of Trogir. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very minor - Fridge was not plugged in so we assumed it didn’t work, think it should have been switched on for our arrival.

authentic & local
close to noisy restaurants but not too bad with windows closed and air conditioning on

The location was perfect just next to the old town, which is on the UNESCO list. The personnel was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We picked this hotel as it was in a great location in Trogir to get to the airport as it was just over the first bridge. The staff were fantastic and extremely lovely and helpful. Also the hotel was well positioned to get around the town. They have a hot tub on the roof of the hotel and some sun loungers.
One thing about the location is that its right next to busy bars and our rooms over looked this so if you stay there make sure you take ear plugs with you as the bars close late.
The rooms have fantastic looking massage showers but due to age they do not work and only the small shower head worked in Room No1.

Loud noise/ music from the bar downstairs
