Zentral, gemütlich und sehr angenehm!

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Ausstattung sehr schön und gemütlich (auch in dem Eingangsbereich)! Das Bett war außerdem sehr kuschelig und gemütlich.

Das Bad war relativ klein und eng, der Wasserdruck nicht so stark und beim Waschbecken hat das Wasser über die Ränder gespritzt.

Relaxing and comfortable few days

The hotel was very clean with great staff. They were very attentive and helpful. Location is good and central and is around 15 minutes walk to the Christianborg Palace. The beds are extremely comfortable and being able to connect to the tv with Netflix on your phone is great.

Det er en god beliggenhed, men værelserne kunne være større

Morgenmaden er helt suveren, lavet fra bunden med gode råvarer, og ikke færdigblandet æg fra en dunk der ser ud og smager af ingenting

Lad være med at bestille standard værelser de er meget små

Stylish hotel in an amazing city

Cozy place and an amazing bed. Location is great and not far from the main station & city center.

The room & bathroom is a bit small. The shower is not proper isolated and it’s easy to flood half of the bathroom, every time someone takes a shower, the whole bathroom floor is flooded! No coffee, tea, safety box in the room. You had to purchase your coffee which isn’t convenient considering the room rate.

Agréable mais trop coûteux pour la prestation.

Les parties communes très agréables (intérieur et extérieur) L’emplacement

Ménage pas assez satisfaisant dans la chambre malgré ma demande (le ménage n’est pas fait du tout si on ne le demande pas). Petite chambre, manque d’équipement (bouilloire, café, produits d’accueil de salle de bain) Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles

Great Location

Excellent breakfast. Great location near the center of the city. Very helpful staff.

The room could be lsrger. There was no refrigerator nor aircon. Difficult therefore in summer.

Kostade mer än det smakade, men läget mycket bra.

Rummet var ej i närheten av hur det såg ut på bilderna, väldigt lyhört från gatan, när vi väl somnat gick brandlarmet kl 03:30 vi fick ingen kompensation när vi pratade med personalen. Väldigt varmt på rummet å dålig ventilation.

Ventilation på rummet, valde rum med 2 separata sängar men gick ej sära på för rummet var så liter. Ingen kompensation när brandlarm gick,

The only 4-star at Mayfair is Saroj, the breakfast chef

The breakfast chef, his name is Saroj! Excellent service - he is the only 4 star at this hotel!

- Long black/dark brown hair on bed spread - stained mattress cover and it wasn't changed even when we took it off and left it on top of the bed with stain visible - no kettle or mini fridge, I asked about a kettle and they wanted to charge me an extra 135DKK - ridiculous - AC not working and they had thick winter duvet in the bed, we woke up soaking wet every morning and super early because we had to have the window open and the activity outside made it impossible to sleep in - no closet/cubbard or drawers in the room, only shelve, so had to keep clothes in suitcase because who wants dust from poorly working AC and streets on your clothes

Restful hospitality with central location to station, Tivoli & shops.

Enjoyed the old building charm with well maintained decor. Appreciated the room layout with wide window sills & hooks to minmnimise need for space imposing units. The hotel's Summer Garden looked as relaxing as it felt. Toiletries refreshing. First time ever for lovely wooden room door cards.

Tiny room, good breakfast

The room was very clean although small (single bed!) Good for a night or two whilst spending the rest of the day in the town (it wasn’t a room for hanging about in). The chrome cast on the tv was useful. The hotel had great breakfasts, perfect pre marathon fuel

The sheet can work its way free off the bed very easily and should have been a half size larger. Also I wish I didn’t have to pay £15 to get a kettle in my room for the two nights.

Clean but horribly uncomfortable beds

Breakfast was awesome. Room was clean. The help of the staff.

The beds were insanely soft. Its 3 layers of pure softness. So much so, that I had to sleep on the floor to get comfortable enough to sleep. The staff provided me with some plankwood, which in the end allowed me to sleep in the bed. Apparently there will be new mattresses soon but that will be too late for me. Also the superior Kingroom upgrade is not worth the money imo. Nothing superior about it.

Enjoyable stay overall

Our stay at Hotel Mayfair was enjoyable overall, although we encountered a minor inconvenience with the TV not working (could not connect to device). However, we opted not to make a fuss since we had our laptops and were only there briefly. Despite this issue, the hotel's prime location and pleasant staff made our stay pleasant.

Stanza piccola, servizio di pulizia della stanza solo su richiesta: una volta lo abbiamo richiesto e non ci hanno pulito la stanza.

Céntrico y con buena relación calidad precio

La ubicación, la relación calidad precio. Que algunos recepcionistas fueran de origen hispano y me ayudaron con el idioma y consejos. Nos dieron un calefactor adicional para la habitación.

Habitación, cama y baño pequeño. Escasa iluminación ambiente triste. Desayuno muy escaso.. 1 clase de pan, dos de fiambre, huevo duro, croisant de bollería, cereales, cafés y zumo de naranja natural.. y poco más por 17€.

Das Frühstück war toll und die Atmosphäre des Zimmers.

Der Haartrockner war versteckt am Ende unter unseren Jacken, sodass wir ihn erst am Ende gesehen haben...🙈

Egregious waste of money.

Literally nothing. This hotel was a total catfish. My room was genuinely big enough for a toddler and that’s it. It is in a nice location but it’s ridiculously noisy at night and the trash trucks will wake you up at 6am or earlier everyday.

The entire hotel. It was -10/10. The room description and picture was absolutely nothing like the room I booked. The bathroom was smaller than a closet. Housekeeping didn’t touch our room once, even after requesting a bedding change multiple times.

Alles in allem in Ordnung, für den Preis aber etwas enttäuschend

Frühstück war ausgiebig und qualitativ, aber nach ein paar Tagen etwas eintönig

Die Basis Zimmer haben von Ausstattung und Gestaltung her eher ein Hostel Feeling als ein Hotelzimmer um den Preis. Ein Upgrade war zwar möglich, aber schade, dass es notwendig war.

Our Hotel Mayfair Copenhagen Experience

Stay at Hotel Mayfair felt like a lot of work rather than a holiday. • Every morning, need to visit reception desk if we wants to request room clean or make up your bed, no option to put the sign on room door. • If need towel change, got to bring old towel to reception and swap over. • If room is out of toilet tissue, got to visit reception to ask to bring back to room. (There is no phone in room to contact reception.) This is despite us not minding the small room size (room 4036), the bathroom had a faint but constant sewage smell, bathroom basin drain very very slow, need to bring own chrome cast because tv doesn’t have any working channel, no small fridge, no safe lock, mattress sank when lay/sit on (we are both under 75kg). We didn’t mind all these. The name “Mayfair” and outside facade gave a 4 star hotel impression. But from arrival, we were genuinely disappointed because it’s just too much work. Copenhagen is a beautiful city and the people are lovely and amazing.

It was a good stay but we wouldn’t come back again

- The room was nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly and attentive. - The room had a little steamer for clothes which was a very nice touch and useful. - The hotel has a little storage room for your bags and suitcases in case you need to leave it after your check-out or before check-in.

- Toiletry bottles such as hair conditioner and body lotion were completely empty upon our arrival which was a little disappointing as would have been a nice touch to our stay. - The hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work at all during our stay so we had to request another one in the reception. - We had to put towels on the bathroom floor when showering because the shower didn’t have a raised tray so the water was going everywhere and flooding the bathroom. - The location is good but not great. We were staying over the weekend so it got very loud and non-stop fireworks on a Saturday night made it impossible to sleep.
