Muy buena localización

La ubicación es perfecta para moverte por el centro de la ciudad y al lado de la estación de trenes. El desayuno es abundante y variado con mucho espacio y sillas adaptadas para comer con niños.

Esperaba que la habitación estuviera más limpia. La habitación está bien superficialmente pero el baño necesita más limpieza. También se puede ver el edredón sucio aunque las sábanas y toallas sí estaban limpias.

Goed hotel voor gezin.

Lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt. Junior suite was perfect voor een gezin met twee kinderen. Propere kamer, alles in orde.

Onze vlucht kwam eerder aan dan we officieel mochten inchecken. Onze kamer was al klaar, maar we moesten een meerkost betalen om er onze spullen al te mogen zetten. Er was geen kosteloos alternatief om bagage achter te laten, ook de lockers waren betalend. In onze eerdere hotelervaringen heb we dit nog nooit meegemaakt, ofwel mochten we dan de de kamer eerder in als deze al klaar was, ofwel kon de bagage gratis achtergelaten worden.

We enjoyed our stay at Scandic Copenhagen!

The property was very well located and it was clean and the staff were very friendly.

It was very sparse, we didn’t even have a shower cap and when we asked the desk, they said they didn’t have any!

Great location in reputable hotel chain.

There are many Scandic in Copenhagen, this was in a great location by river, and 5-15 min walk to sights. This location is a large tourist hotel. Big breakfast. Room size was fine for 1 or 2 for a short stay. Comfortable bed, good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to metro, trains, and hop-on-off busses.

room was a little bit small for 4 people. needed to extra booking for breakfast because the hotel was overloaded.

Bardzo dobry hotel

Lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Pokój bardzo czysty i bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa. Śniadania bardzo różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Jedyny minus - w naszej łazience był grzyb w kabinie prysznicowej.

Disappointing despite the friendly staff.

Old building with low ceilings in the room corridors. No floor towel for the bathroom. Odd to be asked to book a time for breakfast, and to book servicing of the room (or maybe this is the future!). Expensive for a very small room, but then everything is expensive in Denmark.

Excellent breakfast, good position, bad room

Breakfast and position

The Room: We were offered an upgrade to a suite for an additional fee, which we gladly accepted. However, it felt more like a large standard room. There was no minibar, and one of the two televisions kept turning on during the night, which frightened my children—eventually, we had to sleep with the TV on mute. The bathroom was very basic, with a plain white design and malfunctioning shower. The overall room design was also quite lacking. I think this should be noted when offering a suite; otherwise, it should just be called a regular room. Additionally, checking out required waiting in a long line just to return the two room keys. This could be easily resolved with an express checkout option, such as leaving the key cards in a designated box, or by having more staff available during peak checkout times. When you pay the price for a suite, you're more likely to notice all the details. In my opinion, the room was not worth the cost, for the reasons mentioned above.

Hotel de ensueño

Todo muy limpio. Habitacion amplia y buenas vistas.Centrico ibamos caminando a l Tivoli, Canales, museo Natural, Castillo Rosenberg, museo de historia de Dinammarca. Cerca de la Estacion central para coger tren al aeropuerto. Tiene secador, planxa y tabla de planxar todo un lujo que use porque la ropa de los viajes llega arrugada. Buena calidad y variedad de buffet para merendar.

Que es un baño amplio pero que las baldosas no son antilizantes ni hay agarradera para la ducha que te puedes caer con facilidad con el agua y el jabon. Es decir no tiene plato de ducha es amplio pero como es una continuacion de la baldosa seria necesario un agarradera a la pared para si necessitas agarrarte para no caerte cuando patinas con el agua y el jabon que caen al suelo mientras te limpias.

Der Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Erwartungen

Das Frühstück war herausragend! Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal für eine Städtereise. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren äußerst aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Eine zweite Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer wäre gut.

Le service peu attentionné : Nous avons demandé que le ménage soit fait et cette demande n’a pas été satisfaite. Le restaurant: le poulet est en supplément dans la salade César….. Le rapport qualité - prix n’est vraiment pas bon.

Great location, lovely staff and fabulous breakfast on one of the mornings.

I really missed not having a kettle and tea/coffee in my room. Would have preferred that to an ironing board and iron. And I found the Sunday breakfast rather stressful as it was the busiest dining hall i had ever been in. Not helped by the fact that after queuing ages for a lift down from 14th floor to breakfast (there's no stair option except alarmed fire stairs) then to get the food, I left my untouched full plate on a table and went off to get coffee and came back to find my breakfast had been binned by a waiter and so I had to go again with much poorer options as the breakfast was then closing. Thankfully my next morning's experience was much better.

Fint hotel, men til den dyre ende af, hvad man får for pengene.

Beliggenhed - værelset var flot

Meget lydt - f.x der var nogle som larmede om natten, hvor man kunne høre det meget tydeligt. Morgenmaden føltes lidt som et cafeteria pga størrelsen på hotellet og dermed mængden af mennesker.

Inget bagagerum, hänvisad till betalboxar i källaren. Badrum med olåsbara glasdörrar är lite väl intimt.Hotellbaren la på dricks vid betalning. Dricks vill jag själv bestämma om jag vill ge.

Good breakfast, placed in a good place and comfortable room.

Luggage were kept in the bottom floor without elevator and also required to pay to kept till the room will be ready.

Location was very central

Price- quality was really poor. Hotel facilities are very old and poor maintained. You are charged extra for an umbrella and for leaving your luggage after check out. No toiletries in the bathroom. Room was not cleaned and there was spider net all over the windows. I would not recommend it.

Pleasant

We really like the location, its just walking distance for everything you need to see in the city. The breakfast was ok not so much choices.

We didn´t like the pillows of hotel. It was very small and flat that almost you dont have pillow at all. Scandic Copenhagen should upgrade the pillows because now a days most hotels has a very comfy big hotel pillows. Don´t fool your customers of what you post on the pictures when they´re booking. The parking, when I booked it says its free parking but the free parking was by the street and it was full.

Sufficient for a short stay

Breakfast is good and varied. The location is reachable by the very efficient Copenhagen public transport.

Being a big hotel you get an impersonal feeling. Every service is provided at a cost such as the use of umbrella, the luggage storage etc.

Good

The location is sentral and close to metro and bus stations. Iron in the room was a nice plus. Breakfast is ok. Lovely view.

I understand it's a green hotel and they don't clean the rooms unless you say so (and I do like that fact), but at arrival our window had large spider webs in each upper corner which tells me they aren' very thorrow even when they do. There is extremly little storage for your belongings and no mini bar/fridge. There is no pool. Because of this, in my opinion, this is not a 4* but rather a large 3* hotel.
