Not a 4 star hotel

Nice view (though this wouldn’t be the case if you were on a lower floor), comfortable beds and overall a clean room (although the housekeeping seemed very inconsistent forgetting to replace dirty glasses and mugs)

TV didn’t work for the entire time we were there - in my opinion it is completely ridiculous that you don’t have an option to plug in your laptop with an hdmi cable and have to rely on terrible WiFi and a connecting feature that simply doesn’t work (chromecast). All very well having a big TV, but what’s the point if you can’t connect. Although we did inform the receptionists they never gave us a solution and just apologised. Breakfast was pretty tasty and overall a good selection. The water pressure from the sink is also terrible. Would not stay here again.

The Radisson Blu in Stockholm and Oslo were excellent, the Copenhage hotel was an-par in all areas.

The gym.

It’s a little far from downtown. We didn’t like the electronic check-in. The Buffett breakfast got crowded. It was difficult to get the hot food as it was too high and you hit the heat lamps. At breakfast the servers were very slow to clean up the tables. They turned the heat off in the hotel so we had get a space heater from them. You could hear through the ceilings in the rooms, walls were very thin. When people talked in another room you could hear them. Facecloths were not provided. The light switches were difficult to use. ( they weren’t the normal ones) The lighting in the bathroom was poor.

Disapointed

Nice enough hotel and the Thai restaurant was nice.

Cold room. No heating, no air-conditioning. Management openly admitted it had been turned off to save costs.

Absolute Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Service sind, wie gewohnt, außergewöhnlich gut. Unsere Betten waren sehr bequem und der Ausblick auf die Altstadt und den Hafen ist fantastisch! Das Frühstück ist üppig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal im Radisson Blu buchen!

Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder wäre schön.

Copenhagen deserved to be more visited by tourists. Your hotel need to be more customer oriented

1.chek in with computer: was painfull 2. Room : need to call to get soap in the bath room / need to call to get the free powder coffee filled up every day 3. No restaurant open (only 1 restaurant in the hotel and it was closed for vacation) in the hotel only a place the bar serving a limited choice and the waiters were very efficient but overloaded with the number of people (2 hours to get food and dessert) 4. we were visiting the city and we had expected more help from the reception desk

Empfehlenswert

Die Lage des Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen, sehr nah an der Innenstadt. Aus unserem Stockwerk hatte man auch einen schönen Ausblick. Die Zimmergröße war sehr gut, ausreichend Platz um sich zu zweit darin zu bewegen. Auch die Einrichtung des Zimmers war vorteilhaft. Vor allem, das man auch einen Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett im Zimmer hatte, und nicht erst danach fragen musste. Sehr guter Service, auf Wünsche wird eingegangen.

Im Zimmer gab es eine Klimmaanlage, die aber fürs Heizen gedacht war und da gab es keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur zu verändern. Auf Nachfrage haben wir, von sehr nettem Empfangspersonal, einen Ventilator bekommen. Das Bett war für mein Geschenk ein bisschen zu hart.

God stil, venligt personale, casino Super flink tjener i spisestedet i lobby

Ingen minibar, den var total tom og Iøvrigt pisse beskidt. Værelset bar præg af ikke at være ordenligt rengjort, en del støv på lamper osv. Bruser hovedet desideret ulækker Synes man står ekstremt lang tid og venter på elevator. Ikke en eneste dansker i receptionen.

wouldn’t stay here again

reception and bar area are nice

location - too far out for me. And disliked the design of room (very much designed with men in mind nowhere to dry hair, put on makeup etc unless stood up in bathroom), room service menu out of date on the tv and I was told I would have to pay £5 for a menu to be brought to the room

Classic Radisson stay

Amazing staff- very welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean, fresh and comfortable. The location is great and not far away from the city centre (and metro). Appreciated instant decaf coffee in the room.

It was a little cold in the room and air conditioner did not have any heating. Shoe horn in the room would be appreciated.

Pokój z widokiem trzeba było sobie wywalczyć, bo mimo opłacenia pokoju z widokiem na początku otrzymałem pokój z widokiem ale na parking. Dopiero po interwencji sprawnie zostałem przeniesiony do pokoju z pięknym widokiem na miasto

Unfreundliches Personal und ein sehr schlechtes Preis Leistungs verhältnis. Immernihn war die Lobby eine Baustelle. Die Zimmer waren älteren Standarts und entspricht nicht dieser Sternekatoregie.

Emplacement idéal et personnel très accueillant

- Le personnel est très accueillant, avec des attentions particulières. - L’emplacement : tous les lieux à visiter sont à 15-20 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. - La chambre, très spacieuse avec une vue incroyable sur Copenhague - La salle de bain est moderne et spacieuse - Facilité avec les bébés, ils proposent un lit pour bébé avec un matelas de qualité

- La chambre n'a pas été totalement nettoyée, à notre arrivée il y avait encore des déchets des personnes précédentes dans la chambre et de la poussière (mais pas énormément, la chambre n'était pas négligée) - Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et nous avons trouvé que le ménage n'avait pas forcément été fait car il y avait la poussière + les déchets des autres personnes jusqu'à notre départ.

Comfortable and stylish

Beautiful rooms, very clean and comfortable, super friendly staff, gave us free breakfast on both mornings of our stay to celebrate my birthday.

The check in line at reception was very long and we had to queue for a long time to get checked in

موقع الفندق والإطلالة جميلة ، قريب نوعاً ما الى وسط كوبنهاجن ، الموظفون تعاملهم واسلوبهم راقي في العمل ومتعاونين

رغم كبر مساحة مواقف السيارات في الفندق الا ان اسعار مواقف السيارات غالية جداً ومبالغ فيها

Alles war ok, sehr guter Lage nur 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Trotz es momentan nicht so viel los ist, läufte Internet Connection nicht so gut. Internet war immer nach 5-10 Minuten untergebrochen.

Renovering vækker os tidligt om morgenen!

Det var rent

Renoveringen var igang tidligt om morgenen og vækkede os. De borede igennem væggene. Og vi har intet fået at vide om at de er igang med at renovere af receptionen, som vælger at give os værelse lige ved arbejdet som gik tidligt igang og da vi har haft en lang nat, nåede vi ikke at sove særligt meget. Vi kontakter personale og fortæller dem det, men de ikke er på ingen måder forstående og fortæller os at de intet kan gøre. Virkelig ringe oplevelse

The pillows were dreadful, thinnest lightest pillows I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Walls in the rooms are paper thin. Could hear next door walking around.
