Good price/quality balance. Neat hotel, comfortable, basic comfort in refurbished rooms.
Staff very friendly, rooms are functional and nice.
Breakfast is ok.
Lovely walking trail starting at the back of the hotel, leading to the sea shore (about 20min).
Espresso machine in the room so you can enjoy a free cup.
Basic comfort. Interior of the restaurant is outdated by now. Restaurant is not wooah in cuisine choice.
Location in the very densly area of a lot of houses, not such a lovely surrounding but the dunes and seaside are splendid.

Very friendly and open personnel, easy check in and out and very spacious room. Nice breakfast and comfortable bar atmosphere. Great place to disconnect. Ample and free parking available.
Nothing to mention, the location in Nieuw-Haamstede is off any groceries, shops etc and one should be aware about this.

The staff did not speak dutch, but was very friendly.
I loved the room (18) with the large bathroom and the great bath, the view, the openess, the redecoration - that's bull's eye for me.
To be honest, when we entered the building, the reception desks looks scruffy. Fortunately, the rest of the hotel was different. It would be great to invest in the reception desks, elevator and paintwork where not yet done.
We wanted breakfast on bed and followed the instructions on the card, but no breakfast came. Mentioning this at the reception desk we were told that we should have deliverd the card at the desk, but there was no way of knowing that.
The food is much to expensive for what it is compared to other restaurants in the neighboorhood.

Check in was great, fast, helpful, very friendly staff. The hotel offers e-bikes, a great way for exploring the area.
The room is a bit dated, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was basic, orange juice tasted watery.

Staff, especially at reception were very helpful and excellent. Loved the spacious size of the room, with lounge space plus sofa for watching tv etc. and small dining/writing table at other end of room. All open planned but spacious. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
Parts of the hotel building look very tired, especially corridor. They replaced part of the corridor carpet, but all of the corridor requires freshening up and new carpet. The room could do with updating, but it was fine as it was.

Nothing positive to report.
Bad location, without a car barely nothing is rechable.
Very old and therefore dirty and broken hotel. During our stay is was heavy raining so that the rain came even through the ceiling.
The highlight was our room: when we came in we we're firt impressed by the size. But that was the only positive thing to tell.
Negative:
- Extremely dirty carpet with dog hair, dirt and other stuff on the floor - doesn't seem that the room was cleaned. When we complained at the reception, first we we're assured that everything will be made so that the room get's cleaned. When we came back after dinner the receiptionist told us that he unfortunately couldn't arrange the cleaning but assured us that the room will be properly cleaned tomorrow - nice for the next guests because we only stayed for one night. So they do not even know how long you stay. At least we we're offered some free drinks at the bar.
- We even found some old and dirty socks in the corner next to the wardrobe - disgusting.
- Bathroom was dirty, too and the hose at the bathub was broken.
- At the breakfast the dished and everything else was dirty and slimy which is definitely not acceptable during this Corona-times.
In summary: this was the most expensive but worst night in a hotel in the hole Netherlands so far. No recommendation!!!

Simple, nothing special but everything what you need for a short stay.

It was our second stay here - with our dog. The bathroom is big - shower + bathtub and both with a good pressure. Not only the staff (especially Kim) but all the other guest made it a relaxed stay among friendly people. I recommend renting an e-bike to get around the area.
it is true, the furnitures are a bit dated, but do you buy new ones every year? For us the location and the friendliness of the staff is more important.

The only good thing I can say is that the staff were friendly & the location quiet & peaceful.
This hotel was a huge disappointment! Scruffy, dated, uncared for & definitely not worth the price we paid to stay there. Ok, so hotels get worn & the decor dated but the staff seem to have given up! The fabric of the building was damaged & not even a basic repair undertaken, from cracks in walls, to lumps of plaster just left on the carpet to, what I am guessing were wine stains on the carpet in the dining room, treated with salt and had been left for the two days we were there not even vacuumed. The speakers in the dining room were placed in hacked out holes in the ceiling & no one had even bothered to put grills over them. There appeared to be no pride or attention to detail at all. I appreciate that the hospitality industry has been hit hard during the lockdown but someone could have filled in the missing chunks of plaster and slapped some pain on the cracks in the walls in the hallways.
Our room was faded and dated. No tea or coffee facilities. A very basic bathroom, no magnifying mirror or even a hand towel. The carpet here also had stains and smelled of sweaty feet or wet dog.
As for an a culinary restaurant I have my doubts. We didn't eat here other than breakfast which was unexciting, uninspiring & no where near as enticing as the photos, but no different from many hotels. Would I go again...maybe when they have had a refit & the staff learn to love their hotel again.

Only location was good, would have preferred to stay at Fletcher Strand Hotel, but 26th fully booked.
Hotel allowed pets, room smelled of pets, carpets poor, and bathroom toilet has leaked. Breakfast poor also very little choice

Covid restrictions well applied.
Very nice and kind service.
Good breakfasts, and good cooking for lunch/dinners.
Very pleasant location.
a pity that sauna was closed, although understandably: covid restrictions. Nonetheless, we were tiny bit disappointed that we did not realize before coming that sauna will be closed (we’d expect some notification on booking.com, or so)

The room was roomy, the bathroom was roomy and had everything needed.
Very nice breakfast buffet with great croissants and strong coffee.
Fantastic value for money!
There was nothing to dislike or to improve for us.
