Stupendo

Struttura meravigliosa immersa nella natura. Alloggio accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari. Staff disponibile e gentile, ci è venuto incontro per ogni nostra richiesta.

L area spa non era ancora agibile in quanto la struttura è stata da poco comprate ed è in fase di rinnovamento, non vedo l ora di tornarci per vederla.

Relax and nature in the heart of Camargue, comfortable location but quite expensive

Relax and nature, that is the best part. There are very different type of rooms, our was spacious and comfortable. Two large pools are available for the guests with sunbeds and facilities.

The price (in August for 1 night) is quite high even for french standards, but there aren't many other similar places in the area. You need a car mandatory.... The service in the evening restaurant could be improved

Service was often untrained. Doesn’t merit 4 stars. Needs significant renovation in places. Thinks that it’s location and the horses are enough to satisfy.

Absolutely not a place to be for the people who travel with style and comfort

I didnt like this hotel at all

It doesnt correspond to 4*. No baggagist, very poor room and bath room. No service. We were waiting the towels till the moment of our departure

Nice far from everything.

The breakfast is excellent; variety and quality of food very good. Coffee was horrible. Location of the restaurant is pleasant

The Hotel is located far away from town and the Restaurant is closed after breakfast until 7. No room service. Rate is like a five stars hotel but nothing at all. Facilities need maintenance and they could keep nature surroundings clean. Room backdoor didn’t work and air conditioning do not have enough power to cover the second floor.

Great hotel, unenthusiastic personel.

Great hotel rooms (in the villas). Super food (halfboard).

No information a out the place from the reception. Discovered the tennis field when it was too late. All horseback ridning sold out. Cleaning hadn’t happened at 17 when we were back. Cleaning lady annoyed that we would be in the room until dinner at 19.30. Smile more. If you don’t like your job, find something else!!!

Wonderful place, to be revisited for a longer stay

The location and the cabin were fantastic. Waking up to birds trying to fly into your bedroom is priceless. Every place on the property offered something else to see, from white horses to nutria.

Covid messed up the atmosphere a little bit in the restaurant and pool area, but it's understandable.

Peaceful,natural,quiet well planned. Staff very competent and helpful with a propensity for smiling

Couldn’t get Wifi. Important always but particularly now. However, the positive side won by a landslide and we would stay for two nights next time

Lovely staff, location, decor. Small inconvenience with shower plumbing.

Breakfast perfect. Rooms fine. Shower, partly non functional. Was repaired, when we complained.

Nice hotel cabanas but it needs improvements

Beautiful surroundings Kind service and very well organized in regards to COVID Clean rooms Good restaurant with beautiful ambientes Very good breakfast but expensive (20 euros)

Reading the reviews I was very worried but I found their installations much better than what I have seen here. Still the hotel needs a renovation specially in the swimming pool area. Bathrooms were dark and with a weird smell and plastic sun beds are also unacceptable for a hotel at this price. Noise from the highway can be really disturbing too. Ask for a cabana more in the middle.

Awfully small rooms - if I knew would never have booked - photos taken very wise to make it look like a decent size room although you walk into bed - upset to bits on arrival especially mind it is in the marshlands/so in total mud
