it’s a beautiful property, with lovely grounds and great facilities, well maintained. they concierge managed to get us a table in the restaurant even when it was fully booked after she talked to the chef to see if they could add two extra people. We did really appreciate that and we were very pleased we did have the opportunity to try his fabulous food.
they only have bottle beer. it would have been nice to try French pressure beer on tap.

It was perfect

Great location, lovely Château, good food.
No one at reception, and seemed to be a lack of attentive service in general, with an unwelcoming attitude. Also wine list was reduced. Felt like end of season or hotel was soon changing hands/shutting down.

First time staying in this chateaux and I can honestly say it was the nicest location I’ve ever stayed in.. rooms were luxurious and quiet, and the grounds and chateaux are out of this world.. couldn’t rate here high enough, will definitely visit again!
Nothing it was amazing

The estate is gorgeous with very spacious rooms.
Breakfast is up to standard, especially for French standards.
Staff is very friendly and has a good sense of providing quality service.
During our stay, the staff was totally swamped. The understaffing caused significant delays for even getting a coffee. Part of the staff was also not trained / very new to the job. Am expecting better service for a 5-star hotel.
The drinks menu is outrageously expensive. The wine list is just poor and has a mark-up of 6 - 8 times retail price. Lot of bottles were still on the list, but not available.

Beautiful property and setting with welcoming staff.
The quality of the food was disappointing and not in keeping with a 5 star hotel in France. It was well presented but very bland at best and some dishes were inedible.

The setting is amazing, the hotel is perfect, the staff are fantastic, I cannot recommend enough. Brilliant for dogs as there is a woodland walk. I will visit again. Loved it.
This hotel is perfect 👌

Charming and authentic hotel close to the Normandy beaches. Delicious food, excellent service. It was truly a memorable experience.
No minibar in the room, no shelves in the beautiful wooden chest.

Such a nice welcome, the staff made us feel at home. Rooms were lovely, pool was great, bar and dining room beautifully appointed.
Dinner was under-staffed (one person looking after all of us) so took too long but it was delicious.
