It was bad because of staff not reacting

I loved the room and views

I did not like that staff would’nt react to our complais. For example people next room to our was smoking in the room and thru ventilation cigarrete smell was coming to our room. In the middle of the night someone tried to open door and knocked it really hard. Then someone upstairs was partying in full volume from 4am to 8.30am. The staff did not react to our complains.

Viešnagė buvo spontaniška, bet liko labai geri įspūdžiai.

Labai kultūringas personalas. Pusryčiai - nuostabūs, labai skanus ir įvairus maistas, buvo iš ko pasirinkti. Pakankamai daug vietos prie staliukų, visiems lankytojams užtenka vietos, netenka grūstis. Puikiai pasiteisino viešbučio pasiūlymas pasinaudoti nemokamai el. paspirtukais - apvažinėjom didelę dalį Klaipėdos centro, daug pamatėme, pasigrožėjome ir nepavargome.

Nepatiko, jog negalėjome išvykstant, atsisveikinimui su Klaipėda ir šiuo puikiu viešbučiu, patekti ant stogo terasos, nes ji atidaroma vėlokai. Siūlome jums primygtinai - paankstinti stogo terasos atidarymo laiką bent nuo 12.00, kad išvykstantys žmonės galėtų pasigrožėti miesto panorama - tai būtų graži tradicija ir sustiprintų gerus įspūdžius ir sentimentus viešbučiui. Dabar liko - kažkoks mažas, nereikalingas kartėlis.

I expected much more from a 4-star hotel. I understand that it’s all hotel, but still it’s not an excuse not to clean it

The location - it’s near to city center, the beaches are 10 minutes by car. The room was very spacious.

The room wasn’t clean and was very dark. The floor coverings at room and in the corridor were dirty with a lot of stains, even a bit stinky. The bed was short, if you are more than 1,8 meters height, be prepared that your feet will stick out from the bed :) The bathroom was also very dark, so at first you do not see the dirtiness. But, when you look closer, you see a lot of spots and scale. The bathtub in the floor looks as an architect nightmare. It wasn’t comfortable to use it, as I must use it as a shower. The bathtub was so dirty or maybe end of life, that it wasn’t appealing to take bath in it. The cleaning staff only change the towels and empty the bins in the room. The food at the breakfast was not good quality, my partner had even stomachache after it. The restaurant was also dark, so it wasn’t a cosy place for breakfast. There were three elevators (I think one was broken as through 4 days I had no chance to use it). It wasn’t enough for such a big hotel. We almost always wait quite long for our elevator.

Rezervavome geresni kambari su vaizdu, nors vaizdas 6-ame aukste buvo i stadiona.. norejome eiti i spa, bet registraturoje pasake kad daug zmoniu ir nebera chalatu todel negalejome lankytis spa zonoje nei ryte nei vakare. Taip pat kambaryje buvo kilimine danga kuri buvo laaabai nesvari. Ir kambarys tikrai ne pacios geriausios bukles

Комфортный отель с красивым видом на пару дней

Отличное расположение, самый центр, номер просторный с красивым видом, халаты, тапочки, удобная постель. Неплохой завтрак.

Неудобно, что номер на двух уровнях и ступеньки прямо при входе, когда заходишь в номер когда темно, можно запнуться, пол покрыт ковролином, первые пол часа нужно было проветрить номер, запах затхлости. Выезд из отеля в 12.00, но уже в 11.50 нам позвонили с ресепшен напомнить, о выезде, судя по всему гостиница слабо заполнена и не было никакой необходимости в этом звонке. Остался неприятный осадок.

Trumpa viešnagė miesto centre

Patiko vaizdas į senamiestį ir į marias. Ilgai dirbantis restoranas viršutiniame aukšte. Kambaryje nesigirdėjo pašalinio triukšmo.

Nepatinka tokie sprendimai, kaip stiklinė pertvara iš vonios į kambarį. Dvi lovos buvo kaip viena dvigulė, dvi bet sustumtos viena prie kitos.

Nors ir teko nusivilti ir jausti nežymų diskomfortą, tačiau nuotaikos nesugadino

Labai patiko viešbučio vieta. Viskas arti.

Viešbutis save pristato booking.com tinklalapyje kaip 17 aukštų pastatą, pro kurio langus matosi jūra ir t.t. Vykome su tokiais lūkesčiais, kad turėsime kambarį su langu į jūra. Tačiau teko nusivilti, nes kambarį gavome senajame "Klaipėdos " viešbučio pastate su vaizdu į buvusią Lenino aikšte. Akustika šiame korpuse bloga, nes girdisi ką kaimynai kalba. Dar durys, jos skleisdavo trankų garsą, kai kas nors iš to aukšto gyventojų uždarydavo savo kambario duris. Nors ir teko nusivilti ir jausti nežymų diskomfortą, tačiau nuotaikos nesugadino ir mes galėjome pasidžiaugti Klaipėda.

The friendliness of the reception staff. Good view from the sky bar on the roof.

It was not easy to get from the reception to your room, you had to use several elevators, one of which felt old and rattling. The hotel seemed old and outdated. The sound of the distant bridge echoed in the room.

They charged me for water which was half empty at the arrival. Reception was informed at the check out. So check your room immediately at the arrival.

The view in our room on 17th floor was great. The food in the restaurant on the 20th floor was great (much better than we expected)

The hotel needs a renovation. Everything looks old. The window lock was broken and the window was leaking during the rain(room 1703). When I told about the issue at the reception, they said they will send a person to take look. And indeed the person literally took a look. She wiped the rest of the water with the towel we put on the sill to stop the leaking and said that it's done. I asked what of the rain will come again? To which she replied something like "no rain - no problem". The parking is stressful. Very narrow ramp between the floors.

Not worth the money

Staff was nice and responsive and the lobby was bright and welcoming. The room was also in a good condition.

The room was located in another building that also had other businesses there, but it was hard to understand where should find our room. Elevator didn't work, so we used the stairs. The staircase was poorly maintained and made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable. Then followed the folks with extra loud Russian hiphop right under our window.

Exceptional

One of the best hotels we have stayed in! Location is perfect - old town just around the corner, you can see the canal and the sea from your window. Very romantic sunsets. The room is spacious, bright, tidy and comfy. Loved the bath built in the floor. Breakfast was great and there were 2 hours of spa included in the price, but we couldnt try it this Time around. Maybe Next Time. 😊

I would like to sometime stay here with my Kids, but then it would be a stressful staying as the window oppens from the downside and it seems really dangerous.
