Accueil glacial - Ayant pourtant prévenu de mon arrivée tardive, l accueil a été réfrigérant. Toilettes avec de l eau croupie dans la chambre Pas de prise près du lit pour recharger mon portable Réveil à 8.h par une grue qui était stationnée devant ma fenêtre et reprenait du service Devant le buffet du petit déjeuner tout le sol était collant sous les pieds et le tablier de la responsable du buffet était taché en de nombreux endroits La moquette des marches est tachée par endroits ainsi que les contre marches…

Déco de la chambre et des espaces communs, Literie hyper confortable P'tit dej exquis Espaces pour télé travailler, salons, bar : le top! Et super resto en face!

Un petit coup de lingette au sol aurait été souhaitable : des mimis au sol dans la chambre !

Excellent location, clean room and comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful

There was refurbishment going on and there were no breakfast facilities. We had to order the night before and it was brought to our rooms. There was no opportunity to have additional hot drinks and bread etc.

Location was perfect and check in/out was pain free. Helpful and pleasant staff.

No restaurant - it is under construction. They are doing their best to provide a food service but obviously an on site restaurant that is fully functional is preferable especially as there are no alternatives nearby (the hotel is on an industrial estate)

We booked 2 rooms stating that we would not arrive until about 23.00. For over an hour we tried to find the hotel via our app, which continually told us that we were within metres of the hotel. We telephoned the hotel to ask for help and got no advice, although one of the men on reception could speak a bit of english. It was a very dark night, and the area is built up but without lights. We could not find the hotel although we were obviously very close to it, so we drove on and never registered. I fear we wont be staying with Ibis again!

Very disappointed. Would have at least thought breakfast would be complementary in the circumstances

Oh dear. Carpets in bedroom were filthy. Very very tired. Realise there were renovations but on the whole hotel should have been closed. Breakfast was forgotten and had to go to reception to remind them tea was delivered cold

the hotel was not as described/not accurately represented in the pictures. It said it had a pool (main reason for booking) and showed pics of the pool but there was not a pool there!!

The hotel was grand for our one night stop over , just a pity it was ruined by the address

it was convenient for us as we were travelling on the Cherbourg the next morning . the staff were excellent pleasant and helpful .

Well to begin with the address we had from Booking .com was not the address of the hotel and we drive around for half an hour with our GPS and Google maps trying to find a hotel at the address on our booking and could not find it , we were really annoyed . Twas only when we send the hotel and we were given the proper address that we hit there .

Great overnight stop to break a long trip

Location, friendliness of staff. Restaurant wasn't open in the evening but we managed to order a meal via UberEats. Breakfast was very good.

Great Staff

Hotel was very easy to access, just off the ring road. Clean and comfortable but it was the staff that I shall remember. We are an elderly couple who had had a long road journey and were very tired. Whilst my partner had a drink, Valentin made me two welcome cups of coffee from the closed restaurant. We were disappointed to find the restaurant closed but Valentin prepared an evening meal of minced beef and potato pies with a salad garnish and a warm roll. This was all done with a smile and meant we did not have to go and search for a restaurant. The breakfast was good and the lady on duty for breakfast and when we checked out could also not have been more helpful. Great staff.

Clean friendly and convenient.

Comfortable room, clean and fresh. Nice staff.

The bed seemed to have a latex topper or something which made it very hot (we have stayed in other rooms and not had this issue before). In addition our room was beside an entrance and at 7:50 on a Saturday morning a number of people gathered laughing and chatting. We wanted a lie-in. It could have been the breakfast staff or guests, don't know. We have also not had this issue before.

The room was good, shower room too. Dinner was exceptional but breakfast could be a little more varied.

The duvets, although not thick, were really heavy which made sleeping difficult.

A pleasantly surprising overnight stop near the Motorway which served our needs excellently.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, quiet, clean room. Lovely green setting near the Motorway. Good food served beautifully! all that and a swimming pool!

comfortable and good value for money

Comfortable quiet room, very clean. We were informed of our options for dinner and breakfast on arrival due to the lockdown which was most helpful so we were able to enjoy a hot meal and excellent breakfast.

I have no negative comments regarding the hotel, it was as we expected, excellent value fore money and ideally situated for our onward journey also easy to find.

Squashed, shabby and a little on the grubby side, however the staff were polite and friendly and compliant with COVID regulations.
