Sehr gute Lage.
Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist in der fantastischen ICONSIAM. Wo es z.B. einen riesigen Food plaza im Erdgeschoss gibt.
Das Hotel betreibt auch ein kostenloses Shuttleboot, das alle halbe Stunde zum CEN-Pier (Sathorn Pier bei der Brücke ) fährt, von den viele andere Linien ab gehen.
Untern anderen die Orange Flag Line (16TBH) und die Yellow Flag Line(21 TBH) in Richtung der großen Tempel oder Chinatown.
Familienzimmer war groß.
Die Schlafcouch aber eher hart. Wir hatten noch ein Zustellbett, dass leider aber auch sehr hart gepolstert war.
Das Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel bietet auch einen Chat-Service an, wo man sehr schnell Hilfe bekommt.
Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr große Auswahl an leckeren Speisen und Getränken.
Der dafür aufgerufene Preis ist für Bangkok aber auch ziemlich hoch.
Von der Rooftopbar hat man einen tollen Ausblick.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Millennium Bangkok to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They fulfilled our request for a beautiful cake and flowers on the bed, creating a warm and personal welcome in our suite.
The highlight of our stay was the exceptional dinner by the river, which offered stunning views and a serene atmosphere. To top it off, we enjoyed a fantastic night cocktail at the hotel’s jazz club, with an amazing 360-degree view of Bangkok. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, making this trip one to remember. I highly recommend Hilton Millennium Bangkok for a memorable and luxurious experience!

The location was perfect. Waterfront views and the night views were amazing. It was right in the heart. The restaurant was right on the water and a perfect way to end our days.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Chao Phraya. Die Aussicht von der Executive Lounge im 31 Stockwerk ist grossartig, vorallem am Abend.
Als Vielreisender geschäftlich sowie Privat mit mehrmaligem Aufenthalt jährlich in Bangkok, gibt es durchaus bessere Hotels in der Kategorie 5 Sterne und "Panorama Executive Suite" für den Preis (11'000 Baht/Nacht)
Kritik:
1. Bei der Buchung einer "Panorama Executive Suite" erwartet man auch einen Blick über Bangkok in den oberen Stockwerken, dies ist leider nicht immer der Fall. Offeriert wurde das 5 Stockwerk, danach nach Anfrage im 8 Stockwerk. Die Aussicht bezieht sich dann mehr entlang dem Chao Phraya.
2. Das Bett in der "Panorama Executive Suite" war viel zu weich und an einigen Punkten bereits durchgelegen.
3. Die Bettbezüge waren alles andere als "Soft" und fühlten sich fast an wie zu heiss gewaschen.
4. Das Frühstück in der Executive Lounge im 31 Stockwerk ist von der Auswahl eher bescheiden und überblickbar.
Natürlich bietet sich die Möglichkeit, sich im EG im Restaurant am Frühstücksbuffet zu bedienen. Doch ist es genau die Ruhe und mehr Privatsphäre die die Wahl für die Executive Lounge ausmachen würde.
5. Die Zimmerausstattung kommt nicht annähernd an eine Vielzahl Konkurrenzfähigen Hotels in Bangkok nach, welche in dieser Preis sowie Zimmerkategorie gebucht werden.
6. Der Pool sowie der Poolbereich ist für die Grösse des Hotels eher klein ausgefallen. Die im Wasser stehend Liegestühle sehen aus Marketing Sicht einladen aus, doch in Wirklichkeit sind es dann am Nachmittag die völlig durchnässten weissen Badetücher, welche neben den Liegestühlen teilweise bereits im Pool liegen und das Bild eher ins negative führen.
7. Die Zufahrt per Auto zum Hotel wie überall in Bangkok oft mit viel Verkehr und "Gerangel" zu bewältigen. Einfahrt ins Hotel von der Strasse her jedoch schmal und erinnert mehr an eine Zufahrt zu einem Mehrfamilienhaus aus zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel.

Location is right next to Icon Siam with a BTS station, convenient for travelers.
Compared to other Hilton hotels I've visited, this one is a let down in terms of facility including the executive lounge, breakfast served and hospitality. Standards are not up to par to other Hilton hotels.

Un accueil très agréable après 16h de vol . Le cadre est magnifique , une vue imprenable depuis la suite du 20 ème étage, la suite super le service client au top, le concierge a l’écoute et vraiment très agréable.
Après avoir commandé un wagyu cuisson bleu il a été rapporté bien cuit alors que la serveuse avait très bien compris, un autre morceau de viande a été rapporté mais il est clair que c’était pas du wagyu car nous connaissons le wagyu et ça n’en n’était pas ! Dommage que la cuisine nous prennent pour des imbécile
Dommage également que le bar du 31 ème étage ferme à 22h.

A payment mistake that was charged to my credit card without my permission. I am not sure if that was intentional or not, but when I reviewed it with reception, they removed the payment immediately and say sorry for that. In summary, I didn’t feel comfortable about such thing especially with the fact that my credit card number was used “without my permission!”.

The property is beautiful and centrally located. They have a water taxi which is a huge plus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful views on the river at night. Food is reasonably priced and pretty decent. Dinner was good in Flow their main dining area. The rooftop bar boast great views and excellent drinks.. they will heat your food up if it is purchased at the hotel. We wenr shopping in ICINISM mall and they were able to deliver our items to our hotel room so we didn't have to walk with them.
The room was rather small, closets were small. Hotel could have smelled better, there was no airfresher scents anywhere.

Heel fijn hotel zeer gunstig gelegen om Bangkok te verkennen. Next level ontbijt en in de buurt veel restaurantjes en winkel. Ook het grote IconSiam ligt om de hoek. Restaurantje Be My Guest naast het hotel is een aanrader. Na een drukke (warme) dag in Bangkok is het zwembad op de 4de verdieping ook echt een verademing.
Onze kamer lag naast de lift, ben je een lichte slaper dan kan dit hinderlijk zijn.

Trotz das ich eine Executive Suite hatte, mangelte es meiner Meinung nach an "Zubehör". Es gab eine Badewanne, aber kein Badezusatz.
Außer im Badezimmer gab es nirgends Papiertücher.
Es gab keine Rasierer, lediglich Zahnbürste und Kamm.
Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel insbesondere im Executive Bereich sollte die Ausstattung definitiv besser sein!
