Prima doorreis hotel met goed personeel maar iets aan de prijzige kant.

De locatie is goed en makkelijk met de auto te bereiken. Vanaf het hotel wandel je zo binnen een kwartier het centrum in. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer was verzorgd en rook lekker.

De kamer is erg klein en stoffig onder de meubels. De vloer is van slechte kwaliteit waardoor de verdieping gehorig was. De prijs was hoog voor ons referentiekader en wij hadden een hogere standaard van comfort verwacht.

Magnifique découverte, je recommande à 200%

La gentillesse du monsieur de l'accueil, la chambre superbe, de belle taille, la vue sur la rivière et même, au loin, sur le tremplin olympique. À 15 / 20 min à pied du centre ville d'Innsbruck, par une jolie balade le long de la rivière

Pleasant family owned hotel a short walk from the city centre.

The staff are super friendly. It is a family run hotel and you definitely feel it from start to finish. Rooms were basic but functional and good for the price point. Local information was readily available. The breakfast was decent.

The bathroom was a little cramped and the view from room 101 was just a concrete wall supporting the mountain above but otherwise no faults.

Na přespání v Innsbrucku plně dostačující, snídaně velmi dobré.

Výborná klidná lokalita u řeky Inn v blízké vzdálenosti od centra (15 minut chůze). Možnost parkování přímo před hotelem. Ochotný personál, výborné a bohaté snídaně. Pokoj čistý. Poměr cena/lokalita určitě příznivý.

Maličkatý pokoj v prvním patře s výhledem do pár metrů vzdálené skály, tudíž téměř bez denního světla, ale to jsme věděli.

Mukava perhehotelli mahtavilla maisemilla Inn-joen varressa. Henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Hotelli tarjosi Innsbruck kortin jolla julkiset olivat ilmaisia ja olisi päässyt ilmaiseksi muutamaan kultturikohteeseen. Jos olisimme viipyneet 3 vrk, olisi kortilla saanut vapaan pääsyn Nordketten kaapelihissiin, millä pääsee yli 2 kilometriin. Kävin 8 vuotta sitten Seegrubbenilla tuolla hissillä ja matka maksoi silloin yli 25 euroa. Hotellilta kävelymatka keskustaan, mutta liikuimme nyt julkisilla, kun meillä nuo kortit olivat. Voin suositella hotellia.

Kurztrip nach Innsbruck

Vom Empfang bis hin zum Chef waren alle sehr freundlich und höflich. Das 3-Bett-Zimmer war groß und wir hatten viel Platz. Da es hinten raus lag, war es ruhig und wir haben von der Straße nichts gehört. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Just perfect and what we expected.

15 minutes from the centre on foot. Although located on a busy street, it is calm at night. Nice view on the river Inn and the Alps. Breakfast was excellent.

Tolles Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel ist super süß und der Besitzer, sowie die Angestellten sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist stets sauber gewesen und das Frühstück war sehr lecker, besonders die selbstgemachten Marmeladen des Besitzers.

Leuk verblijf met op loopafstand de binnenstad van Inssbruck

Vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Alles was zoals we hadden verwacht.

Great place to stay for visiting Innsbruck.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made us fell welcome and glad we were there. Place is within easy walking of the Old Town, but far enough out to be quiet. Hotel is built into the mountain and faces the Inn River. Our room was directly up from the road, yet still quiet. No markets near by, so get anything you need while out.

Better shades or curtains to block the outside lighting. Seems petty to mention, but my only complaint.

Sehr gut und Sehr zu empgehlen

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Besitzer und Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man fühlt sich als Teil der Familie.

Kein richtiger Fussweg neben der Strasse, aber dafür wäre auch die Stadt Innsbruck zuständig. Es gibt keine Abgrenzung zur Strasse...die Autos fahren wortwörtlich am Ellbogen vorbei. Davon sind auch mehrere Häuser betroffen.

A fun two days exploring an very old habsburg city. Loved the Hofkirche where Macmillan1 is entombed

The location was excellent, 23min walk to old town, golden dachl, and Maria Theresa Plaza. Breakfast was more than adequate, staff friendly and helpful, all spoke English well enough. Interesting building.

Room was a bit small but fine. Walking to old town requires crossing a busy two lane road, but not difficult, then at least 100 yards on a narrow sidewalk, but then to a covered bridge over the Inns river to a walking path to town.

Heerlijk.

Aardige en behulpzame host en een super ontbijt. Ook voor mensen die glutenvrij moeten eten. Je krijgt heerlijk vers afgebakken brood. Je bent lopend zo in het stadscentrum.

Wij waren op doorreis en daarvoor is deze accommodatie prima.

Wenn wir mit dem Zimmer mehr Glück hätten würden wir mal wieder kommen.

Die Inhaberfamilie war sehr nett, der Fühstücksraum war schön eingerichtet und das Frühstück sehr gut. Guter Kaffee und verschiedene frische Brötchen, vor allem aber die vielen Sorten selbstgemachter Marmelade. Kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus und eine gute Lage.

Mit dem Zimmer hatten wir kein Glück. Es war für 3 Personen viel zu klein, nur eine Sitzgelegenheit und nur ein viel zu kleiner, wackeliger, Schrank. Aber das Badezimmer, was man eigentlich garnicht Zimmer nennen kann, war eine Zumutung. Keine 2 Quatratmeter für Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken. Das Zimmermädchen machte einen lustlosen Eindruck und hat auch so gereinigt. Wir hatten Fussel im Zimmer die haben sich unseren gesamten Aufenthalt über gehalten und die Betten wurden auch nicht gemacht.

Convenient location 10-15 minute walk into the centre. Innsbruck is a wonderful city with much to offer.

Comfy bed, friendly staff. Innsbruck freedom pass was an unexpected and welcome addition which was very useful and was included free.

View of the river not great. Breakfast a bit basic, glad it was included in the room rate, would not have wanted to pay extra for it.

Gut geignet für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal tat alles, um uns zufriedenzustellen. Es gibt hier keinen Fahrstuhl, man bot uns aber an unser Gepäck aufs Zimmer zu tragen. Die Altstadt von Innsbruck ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir fanden den Preis für ein so sporadisch eingerichtetes und unheimlich kleines Zimmer etwas zu hoch. Andere Unterkünfte in Altstadtnähe sind aber noch unverschämt teurer. Das scheint aber im Moment überall so zu sein?

Had a wonderful stay at Heimgartl and would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I found the B&B Hotel Heimgartl exceptional as with the staff. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The father and two daughters running the hotel were fantastic. Always very helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river.

My only small advice is to be careful with the parking facilities. There isn't much room and in the slow zone, the drivers do not drive slowly.

Good quality, good price, very nice staff, especially during serving the breakfast.

Close to the city center. Clean and comfort rooms. Absolutely nice staff, clear and helpful answers before arrive, communicative contact for giving possibilities to open doors after normal recepcion work hours.

Because of build this house on the rock one side of windows is looking on the waterfall. It is nice to see, but when you need to open window for fresh air the sound is irritating for long time. But it is good that closed windows are hermetic and the waterfall sound doesn't come inside.

The room is small, but cozy and the staff is very helpful. The room had nice views of the Inn river, and mountains. There is a small waterfall adjoining the property.

The windows face a major road, and the noise insulation from cars is inadequate. This is an issue throughout the day, the nights are good.
