The school holiday activities were fantastic, especially the reptile encounter and the staff hosted kids activities.
4.1
Location. Resort style pool. Spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff.
4.1
Room was quite large. Good views of the pool area.
Very noisy by other guests - yelling, laughing out loud, kids running up & down hallway bouncing a ball. There should be a sign in the hotel & floors to advise guests of noise levels.
Ants were in the bathroom.

We liked the pool area, and the location to the esplanade was fantastic. The parking was a great rate and the layout of the hotel was easy to navigate.
We booked the Novotel after a recommendation from a close friend. We booked about 6 months before our trip and paid extra for a pool view, needless to say from the picture below we paid for a very obstructed pool view. The room was comfortable but definitely in need of some work. The towel rail was falling off the wall and some other issues, it didn’t affect the stay but when your paying over $300 a night you think that it would have some upkeep to it. There was also little ants/bugs everywhere in the bathroom.
Most of the staff were friendly and lovely, but we definitely encountered a few having bad days.
We paid extra for the buffet breakfast and on our last day we had to leave by 6:20am to return to the airport, we were out of the room and checked out before 6 so we could eat and leave but this happened to be a morning when a content creator was in there taking pictures at 6am shutting the restaurant until 6:15am, we had 3 minutes to grab something and leave. I wish that they would have done this before the restaurant was open so it didn’t affect those of us having to catch flights.
4.1
The pool and sand play area for kids. Also the food and service was great, a very beautiful hotel.
It would have been great if there was a kids club or a nanny service.
4.1
The outside facility is great. Although more emphasis for guests to stay near their kids instead of at the outdoor dining area whilst their kids are in the pool should be emphasised. I had to save a kid from drowning
The rooms are tired and out of date. For the same amount of money you can stay at the Crystalbrook in a brand new modern facility.
4.1
Great pool and kids program
Paid for a kids beach bucket to be in the room for my daughter, but never received it.

I had a very relaxing stay while waiting for my family to join me from Melbourne. I enjoyed sitting by the pool relaxing and catching up with lots of reading. My first visit to Australia has been very good so far.
4.1
pool, staff, location
rooms quite bare and could do with an update
4.1
Bfast was good. Staff lovely. Sand around pool lovely.
Pool needed to be heated. Bathroom exhaust did not work. Paintwork all a little tired. Obvious repairs needed eg I saw a door badly damaged at the bottom which looked poor

Lagoon Pool and service when unable to access room.

Beds were amazing, resort very central to everything, swim up bar was awesome, food was amazing especially the buffet breakfast.
Gardens are just beautiful and well maintained
I payed extra for a kids package and only received one item, I had to approach front desk twice nobody knew anything about this package (waste of money!! ) staff were not very helpful regarding this, how ever it was rectified in the end.
Our room smelt very mouldy/musty.
Conditioner pump in shower was empty. I kind of got sick of complaining at this point!
4.1
Room was a great size & loved the very comfy big bed, pool was great and not too overcrowded, & loved the swim up bar.
The location of the resort is great - walking distance to everything :)
The swim up bar staying open a little bit later than 6 pm

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants ect.
The beds were horrible and uncomfortable. They were past their expiry date and needed to be replaced badly.

どこに行くにも近く、歩いて行けるところは最高です。
清掃に入ってもらったんですが、バス、トイレ掃除がされてない日があった。

Everything facilitates food
Nothing all good
4.1
Facilities and friendly enough staff
The beds in 482 NEED to be replaced given I paid over $300 for 1 night and we barely slept due to the very poor quality of mattress on one bed and a bed base that sounded like it was going to break really isn’t good enough.

After the first night when we found the room very damp the manager was excellent and found us another room which was very good. He also gave us a bottle of wine because of the poor quality of the room
Nothing after changing the room

Gute Lage, schöner Pool. Sehr nettes Personal
Mobiliar und Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten renoviert werden.

Location was great, pool was excellent
Breakfast was the same each day and quality was just ok, little repetitive after 7 nights. wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast next time

Not too big, easily accessible to most things.
The bar fridge was small.

Four star property with a five star price
Great pool and very kids friendly
Rooms are clean modern and balcony is great for sunrise
Price probably 25% too high for quality
4.1
Great location and pool for family with small kids.
Room was a bit small, pictures definitely made it look bigger!
4.1
The room was very comfortable, very clean. We didn't expect our room to be serviced each day ,but it was a pleasant surprise. The plentiful shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more was welcomed. Fantastic pool. Lovely helpful staff
Easy walk to city centre and resturants
4.1
Great location and pool area. Hotel provided buckets and spades for children to play with in the beach area of the pool. Although staff did pack them away at 2.45pm even though many children were still playing with them.
Could not provide us with interconnecting rooms even though there was an adjoining door between our two rooms. Desks had been push in front of door in both rooms and therefore it was not an option.
Rooms were very outdated.
4.1
Was happy generally. Great pool area, menu was varied and delivered promptly when ordered. Breakfast had great variety.
Curtains let in a lot of light, rooms need double glazing as it could be noisy at various times. Housekeeping hit and miss - there were stains of coffee from the last guests and our tea cups weren’t cleared for two days.
