Excellent Breakfast with plenty of choice
Bathroom needs an update
4.3
The hotel location is perfect, with a view on the sea, beach access and a nice track for walks along the coast.
The breakfast is very nice, with plenty of choices for everyone and an additionel buffet.
The family room is spacious, comfortable and beautiful, with a gorgeous view.
Unfortunatley the water heating pipes go through the family room (both bedrooms) which makes the bedrooms very hot in the summer. We had to sleep with windows open all the time and it was still hot. The seagull and pigeons noises made it hard to sleep, and in the children's bedroom it would smell like fried food as the kitchen is just under the window. We were lucky the temperatures weren't high during our stay (22°C, 13°C at night) or it would have been unbearable; Therefore I would not recommend to stay in the family room in the summer months. We were disappointed with the staff's response when we pointed it out as they didn't offer and solution or compensation.

Lovely room, great location, helpful staff.
The hot breakfast was a bit dry, and not as hot as it should have been. Fresh cut fruit was a bit limited.

Lovely tasty food, relaxed atmosphere, very kind and caring staff.
A draft through an insecured window with a broken catch due to wind direction. Am sure it will be repaired.

they had problems with TV network.

we love the location and the restaurant and staff were excellent.it’s out third visit and we will be back
Only minor issue was the tv and wifi connection (we stayed in rooms 101 and 105 and as Man Utd fans could not get a constant and reliable feed to watch the match….the room acoustics seem very low on this mower of the building (not been our experience when we stayed in other rooms)

Room and hotel was lovely, food was great however it was a little confusing that there were two different franchises for hotel food and restaurant not clear if you were hotel guest had to have breakfast in hotel specific room.

The room facilites were very good really appreciated the fan. Location was ecellent loved the icecream van outside, Staff very friendly and welcoming.
My room (105) was very noisy could hear the pepole above me walking around all night so did not get a good night sleep. The roon is very big however the telly was quite far away to watch telly in bed. The smell from barbecues on the field in front oft the hotel was awful and toxic. parking was also a nightmare .
4.3
Breakfast
Lack of parking spaces at check in time and no option given for parking.
Bathroom was a little dated
4.3
location is the reason I chose to stay here
food is so bad, nothing seems to be fresh. orange juice for breakfast was out of a carton, vegetarian full english included rank veg patties that looked like they were frozen and then heated. lunch was equally as bad. they need a complete overhaul of their menu and chefs. I just can’t begin to tell you how bad the food the food is here.
