It seems like the main focus is on the facilities more than the actual hotel rooms
For such a good looking luxurious hotel, I was expecting the room to be up to standard also.
A simple as a proper size Flat TV, not computer size.
Possibly small mini fridge and slippers to go with gown.

Hotel was really spacious and staff were all really pleasant. Food was excellent.
On an industrial estate, so heart full of dread as we approached, on entering it was like an oasis. Pleasantly surprised.
Hotel had two electric car chargers. One wasn’t working, rang the helpline to be told it was on the waiting list for repair. The other charger needed you to download the app, register for an account, add credit, then charge. Ridiculous. Tried registering several times, but failed. Had to charge at motorway services. Inconvenient. Not hotel’s fault, as owned by private companies.

The staff were lovely. Ollie (the manager) deserves a special mention - he was friendly, helpful and kind.

great spa and facilities, lovely heated pool that flows to outside, so relaxing! lovely staff and really nice food!
nothing nice to look at out any of windows!
also no toilets in the pool area was a pain - had to take your key fob to go out and use the ones by the spa reception - putting your robe over a a wet swimsuit!

The spa and the swimming pool where immaculate. The meals were divine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The most relaxing getaway we have had since the pandemic.
Zero complaints.

Been going here for over 10yrs 4 or more times a yrs . Always been my go to place to relax. The pool is amazing and so is the stream room. The rooms are spacious and always have a relaxing sleep. Breakfast is amazing never had a bad experience with there food . The tea for 2 is a must if you can.
In the 10yrs plus I hadn't had a bad experience. But the last twice I have been there have been a few things only minor . Someone's shower gel left in shower. And then another time a dirty cup and bathroom wall had all stuff down it like sick 😫..staff are quick to sort issue. But think cleaning needs checking .hopefully it's not going to get worse as really love the place. Sometimes pool isn't as hot as it usually is few times we have been. Apart from that it's one of the bests the rest .

Hotel is comfortable, good spa facilities
lack of options to hang towels, no toilet brush, healthy breakfast options should be available.

Lovely welcoming staff both in the hotel and restaurant. Spa area great and amenities not overly crowded. Great heated outside pool for winter.
On a commercial estate - odd for a hotel. Rooms could be a bit more upmarket.

Excellent stay, staff were very attentive especially Sarah who looked after us in the pod. This was our sixth stay and I would say it was our best as all the staff were great

Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile for us.
Facilities were great and the food for dinner at the restaurant was 10/10!
Views are not great from the hotel/spa! Being in Malvern you would think to have beautiful Malvern hills as the view. Room also had an unpleasant smell and heating didn’t work. I also found a little bug in my bed.
3.5
spa was nice, staff were nice, food was nice. room was nice with good selection of tea coffee hot chocolate in room, option of fresh milk was nice touch. good location from the Malvern hills and town.
breakfast finished at 9:30 which is very early when on a relaxing break, we went without breakfast due to this.

The spa is amazing. It is sleek, clean and really luxurious.
Being able to walk around in your robe and eat, drink and enjoy is a real bonus
1.5
The staff we encountered were friendly.
Our room was filthy, the shower head was disgusting, bins overflowing, relaxation room loud with member of staff slamming around and door constantly left open, music far from relaxing, food was inedible so had to be sent back meaning going to bed on an empty stomach whilst pregnant- we've never sent food back but I've never seen anything so bad. 40 minute wait for soft drink and turned up in filthy glass- not enough staff nor organisation. Breakfast was the same- deep fried frozen mush, both left with bad stomachs after trying very little. Pool area needs a lot of repair.
Cups, plates, milk jugs all filthy.
Could go on but don't really want to. I feel sorry for the staff having to try and cover these issues but there needs to be something done.
Would not call this a 4 star.
