Cómodo, buenas vistas y cerca de la playa

La habitación de 10, cama comodisima, vistas impresionante y baño estupendo. La atención de los trabajadores estupenda, muy amables todos y en especial Giovanna de recepción que fue super atenta y se preocupó de que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible. Gracias por todo Giovanna.

El comedor. La comida muy repetíva y de aprovechamiento. Cuando se acababa algo no reponían, o ibas temprano o comías las sobras. Los camareros no limpiaban las mesas y era difícil encontrar un sitio limpio.

Esperava mais de um hotel de 5 estrelas já tive em hotel de 4 melhores

Um bom quarto confortável apesar da corrente de ar quando a janela aberta é um bom hotel acredito que vai ficar melhor....

Crianças no BAR , portas do quarto mal isolados quando a varanda aberta até assobia e não tem uma piscina interior ao sábado poderiam ter música ao vivo, têm boas condições para o fazer, no bufete as mesas não são logo levantadas.

All the rooms were recently renovated, that was great. Room is big and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly, very good service always worried about your stay. Comparing to even few 5* hotels, some doesn’t have staff and service so attentive. So Pestana did very good job here. Also some good a activities and space for kids. Great Relax restaurant for adults.

Unfortunately hotel on overall, with exception of the rooms need some renovation. Food could have better quality. It was big disappointment the Italian restaurant “Luigi” very poor choice, not good service there is no any difference between the food in main restaurant comparing to the Italian, so I honestly don’t understand the advantage keep Italian one.

Large hotel with many leisure options, beautiful beaches, good restaurants. good food and drinks inside the hotel too, plus a nice swimming pool with a lovely sea view, everything was amazing.

Amazing location with direct access to the beach. Both pools are big and not crowded, great staff and variety of food all day long.

The animation during the night could be better. Not much going on.

Well run hotel with great food and lovely refurbished bedrooms

rooms were contemporary and modern. very clean. great proximity to beach and lovely boardwalk into Alvor. food was amazing every meal. loads of choice and very fresh. staff were friendly and helpful. large balcony. great views from upper floors. my first all inclusive holiday which was more enjoyable than I expected due to such good quality food and attentive staff.

public areas need updating. huge extractor one side of hotel so ask for a room away from them. opt for pool side. it is Aimed at families. so if you want a peaceful holiday this is not the hotel though you could sit in shaded areas away from busy pool.

Friendly stuff. Good location near the beach. Very nice breakfast.

1) It seems we spend half of our vacation time waiting for or in the elevator :) Going down from 9th floor was quite a challenge. First you wait for a long time for it and then on the way down it stops on every floor, already overcrowded. It would be nice to add an indication where the elevator currently is. Then people can take a decision to just walk down or call only the closest one. 2) Toilet was not cleaned properly when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved after we complained on reception.

The swimming pool is great and it has a very good breakfast. all the staff is very nice, always ready to support the needs.

The hotel was very clean and location excellent for beach

I felt hotel was a long walk from town centre as there wasn't footpaths for some of the walk and we were walking along a busy road with no hard shoulder. Also there was no supermarket near hotel and the hotel shop didn't sell water. We had to purchase water in snack bar which came to a total of €10.50 for one large bottle and two small bottles. I thought this was very expensive but we were left with no other choice as water wasn't available to us .anywhere else. Thanks.

The staff were charming and very helpful. The room was spacious with an excellent view. The breakfast was good with a wide selection.

The hotel needs restoring. All the umbrellas round the pool were broken so the only shade was under the trees far from the pool. The evening buffet was bland and uninteresting. Some of the staff did not speak Portuguese.

Spacious room, good location, friendly staff

Enjoyable stay, while the hotel is slightly dated that did not have any impact on our stay. We were greeted by friendly staff on our arrival. Our room what spacious with great views over the beach. Plenty of beds around the pool for everyone and a 3min walk to the beach/boardwalk.you can ramble into the village in 10 mins and taxi back was approximately 5euro. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice and staff were constantly replenishing dishes.
