Túlárazott inkább 3 csillag!

Az elhelyezkedés és a kilátás tökéletes!

Még nem láttam olyan 4 csillagos szállodát ahol a vacsora egy szomszédos szállodában van ! amely sötétban rengeteg lépcsön kivilágitatlanul közelithetö meg! ezt a szálloda a leirásában elfelejtette közölni! a vacsora borzasztó gyenge és iztelen! A szálloda az elhelyezkedése miatt aránytalanul túláazott!!!A wellnes hideg!

A központi elheyezkedése jó. A félpanziós ellátást a KOMPASZ hotelbe kellett menni vacsorázni,

A reggeli jó volt. Nagy választékkal, mindenki talált kedvére valót.

A szoba felszereltsége nagyon régi, a fürdőszoba kabin kicsi. A terasz piszkos, a kint nlévő ülőalkalmatosság koszos.

Összességében jó volt,bár egy jó kávéért elmentünk egy kávézóba!Szerintem jövünk még,bár voltak kifogásolható dolgok!

A központ és a tó közelsége mindenképp,illetve a wellness is nagyon jó volt.

Az egyik törölköző lukas volt,a személyzet pedig egy kopogás után már nyitotta is az ajtót…

Ritornerei a Bled ma non in questo hotel.

Colazione ottima.

Servizio al ristorante, è inaccettabile che un cameriere alzi la voce per aver sbagliato una comanda, pur avendo poi riconosciuto l'errore e sostituito il piatto. Pessima presentazione dei piatti. Rapporto qualità prezzo insoddisfacente.

Gyönyörű kilátás a szobából, de elhanyagolt a karbantartás

Kilátás a tóra és a kastélyra, hatalmas ágy, finom reggeli.

Nem működött a pezsgőfürdő a szobában. Nincs elég parkolóhelye a hotelnek.

Tolles Personal, Hotel jedoch in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Bett war gemütlich

Das Hotel ist für den Preis doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen, der Saunabereich und der Pool sind wirklich nicht mehr schön anzusehen, für den Preis muss man da mehr erwarten können. Für die Hälfte des Preises ok, so muss man dringend renovieren

Kiváló ár-érték arány kompromusszumokkal!

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, jó ár-érték arány. Csodálatos környék. Segítőkész, angolul jól beszélő személyzet. Reggelinél udvarias pincérek, jó választék.

A Hotel privát parkolója hamar megtelik, így a szomszédos szálloda parkolójába kellett átállni. A vacsora szintén a szomszédos szállodában volt, nem a saját étteremben. A wellness részlegen a medence és a pezsgőfürdő vize is jéghideg volt.

Ok für eine Nacht.

Sauber und supernettes Personal. Sehr gute Lage. Außerordentlich gutes Frühstück.

Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte grundlegend saniert werden. Der Teppichboden hat überall Flecken, Silikonfugen kaputt oder schwarz. Das Schwimmbad hat Potenzial, aber auch hier überall Sanierungsstau bis hin zu den Handtuchhaltern. Die Hälfte ist abgebrochen und nicht vorhanden, die andere Hälfte ist abgebrochen und zur Hälfte vorhanden. Das wäre in 5min erledigt, aber nicht mal das wird gemacht.

A gorgeous hotel

The staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was gorgeous and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a great choice and delicious. Great location.

Shame that the toaster in the restaurant did not work on any of the 3 days. Would be great if the tvs can be smart with Netflix, would be willing to pay more for this facility

Esperienza deludente....

Posizione ottima rispetto al lago, camere spaziose e la vista lago top. Ottima il centro massaggi Thai ragazze fantastiche, professionalità e competenza.

Albergo datato, con una moquet vecchia e macchiata, copri topper strappato e mai sostituito in 3 gg. Parcheggio nella struttura inesistente, Colazione con poca varietà di dolci (forse perchè le 9 sono tardi) . Abbiamo dimenticato in bagno i costumi da bagno e il doccia schiuma avvisato immediatamente, ci hanno risposto dopo pochi gg e rispedito tutto gratuitamente..... (Top!). In terrazza una bottiglia con sigarette, probabilmente di precedenti ospiti, rimasta lì bella bella per tutti e 3 i gg...... Zona piscina piccola e datata penso che in un periodo di maggiore afflusso impraticabile dato che hanno pochi sdrai rispetto alle camere.....

Kilátás az éjszaka kivilágított várra és a havas hegycsúcsokr!

A reggeli bőséges választékú, sok helyi tejtermék választható. A kávéautomata mellett lefőzött filteres kávé is volt, ami nagyon ritka, ráadásul csúcsminőségű!

A welness részleg nem fejlődött a szálloda épületének megnövekeséséhez. Kicsi, zsúfolt.

Bene ma non benissimo.

Posizione ottima. Colazione Ottima. Letto comodo. Vista sul lago anche dal secondo piano.

quadro elettrico della camera molto rumoroso. dopo aver richiesto intervento non hanno mandato nessuno, nonostante dicessero che la persona fosse passata. per attenuare il problema dalla reception hanno consigliato di abbassare il riscaldamento (che era spento)

outdated deco and they didn’t have paper tissues in our room during our stay. The receptionist said they ran out and offered us toilet papers as substitute which is insulting considering how much they charge us.

A great hotel with a lovely lake view

Great location, close to the lake, minutes from plenty of restaurants, and a few minutes from Bled Union bus stop. Staff were unfailingly kind and professional, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. We booked a room with a balcony with a lake view, which was totally worth it; the view was lovely, and the balcony was sheltered, so even when it rained we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view in the dry. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; it was very quiet and we slept well. Breakfast had a large selection and the quality was high. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Very good

Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet with various options and staff was refilling it all the time. Great location near the lake and restaurants.

Rooms were a bit small and could use a renovation. Mattresses were too soft so not really comfortable.

Great location and breakfast

Very nice breakfast buffet with options for everyone and various options for vegan, gluten-free and other special diets. Great location, very close to the lake. The staff were very kind, helpful and dog-friendly and allowed our well-behaved dog to go with us into the restaurant.

The hotel could use a renovation because some things in the room are not working or are damaged e.g. light switch / plug / curtains and hot tub and shower are leaking whenever used. Rooms are a bit small, especially for 2 people it gets crowdy. Superior room is not a good value for money. The only real upgrade there (compared to regular room) is the hot tub, which leaks and some of its jets weren't working so definitely not worth that much more.

Great getaway

It was very comfortable and warm, and the room was spacious. The location is perfect, very close to the lake! Breakfast selection was amazing with a lot of local products, and stuff was super helpful, speaking multiple languages!

Entering the bathtub was a bit challenging, I can imagine that for someone with restricted mobility wouldn't be the perfect. But maybe was just in our room

The staff was very friendlyand helpful. Nice view and comfortable accomodation, there was also a coffee machine in the room.
