The only way to keep the room cool was openning the window.

Of all the hotels we stayed at on our 2 week vacation in Germany, this had the best breakfast with high quality food. It was also very near the fresh farmer's market, and downtown Kurpark and walking trails.
4.1
Great breakfast, room in the dependance with river view, helpful staff.
4.1
The room has been brand new on level three. Everything has been top notch, Bath, TV, coffee machine
Exceptional breakfast buffet, very friendly young staff.
Thanks for your hospitality. CU again soon. :-)
The view of my room. Backyard. However it didn't bother me. Didn't came for the view.

The location is excelent. Just in front of the river Nahe and very close to the Alte Nahebrücke. The breakfast is also worth of mention, with varied fresh local items and traditional food.
First and most important: The elevator was broken and it wasn't fixed during our hole stay. We travelled with 2 small children and booked 2 rooms, wich we expected would be on the same floor. Getting upstair to de 2nd AND 3rd floor carrying all the luggages from an international flight wasn't pleasant, There was no room service (even though there was a plaque withe the "Please tidy up the room!"). The parking mentioned in the site is a public parking in a building situated in a distance that was far enough for someone travelling with family and having to manage all the luggages alone. The staff was not very informative about the parking conditions (and the parking staff neither) wich resulted in a payment far higher than we were supposed to pay to get our car safe.

Nice room with beautiful view to the city and waterways.
Staff are very nice and helpful.
Main building is renovated but more pricey.
Location in the city center with easy access to parking spot, supermarket, restaurant and shops.
Room is somewhat cold even the heater is on.
Breakfast on weekend is much better that weekdays.
The bathroom sometimes smells awfull.

I have stayed in main building for 2 nights. Its nice, modern and comfortable part. My room was comfortable, fully equipped, on 2nd floor. Since elevator was tiny it was easy to take stairs. Good selection for breakfast.
Both hotel and restaurant close very early so if you arrive late (9pm) then grab meal before that.
4.1
clean room in a nice location
reception closes at 9pm. we arrived at 8.55pm due to our flight and trajn times. The restaurant also closes at this time. therefore we had to go out to eat, upon returning to the hotel my room key no longer worked and there are absolutely no staff on the property overnight to help and no response via telephone. I was locked out of my room until someone arrived at 7am.

The hotel main building is very well equipeed, clean and recently renovated. It has Lavazza coffee machine, and the breakfast is abundant.

This hotel is clean, well run and has a fantastic dinner menu.
The room I stayed in was modern and well kept and just what I needed. The staff were helpful and the breakfast had a good selection of foods.

Enjoyed it all - nice facilities. No AC which shouldn't be a problem with the windows open (or a heat wave)
The only thing was that the shower soap dispenser wasn't refilled and I didn't feel like asking for it.

Staff friendly.- good breakfast.
Directed to the wrong annexe. Parking was just on the pavement for motorcycles. Room uncomfortably warm.. bed very soft.

We stayed in the annexe, across the street from the hotel, and had a view over the river which was great. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast.
The lift was out of order.

Shining hotel lights to my room all night long without blinding curtain, so no sleep, which doesn’t help on business trip. I got room in first floor of annex, room 72, which was facing street and hotel main building. I do not understand why they don’t turn off the light in the night! There were only light orange shading curtains, but no blinders. The stuff is terrible. Yesterday I got some poorly English speaking girl who didn’t know where are keys from room, today older, very unfriendly non English speaking. So I payed 67€ for a room where was really difficult to sleep at.
Shining hotel lights all night long to my window, so no sleep! Horrible stuff - read above

Location in city centre is great. Hotel has changed it's name and is not called Muhlentor anymore. Breakfast buffet was good.
Wifi was not secure and didn't work properly.
4.1
Good location and breakfast.
Very small room in building opposite the hotel.
Hotel had renovations ongoing and also works in the street. Nightshop next door, very noisy during the night.
4.1
Very central location, all major attractions were in a radius of 1 Km. Very clean.
Very friendly personnel.
Good price/performance ratio however.
The curtains were not working properly therefore the entire night came light through the windows from the opposite building.
probably only happenning on Fridays and Saturdays: Between 00:00 - 04:00 they were groups of very load and young adults probably form the discos and bars in the neighborhood every 15 minutes. The sound isolation itself it's poor, therefore one was awake in the specified time range almost every 15 minutes.
The TV set is a very small one, around 27 inch.
I also couldn't any parkplace anymore - were all taken; the information in the internet was nor accurate enough because they told me that for 3€ they could have me offered a parkplace in the city garage.
