Superb

The location, as it was just outside the city, but still a convenient driving distance to either Santander and Bilbao ferry ports. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very accommodating

Very welcoming receptionist. Location on the edge of the town so easy to get in and out. Good shower.

Surprisingly good hotel.

Surprisingly good hotel. Location is in industrial area and hotel is ideal for business traveller. Everywhere very clean, reception staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was basic but had all we needed, bed was large and comfortable and bathroom had good walk in shower. Breakfast was fine, good variety and nespresso coffee machine. No frills but well run hotel. Secure parking, locked overnight and no charge for this or for our dog either. Did not try restaurant so cannot comment there.

Big room and nice staff

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was very good.

Soundproofing should be improved. Noise from the hall and other rooms could be heard.

Perfect for breaking a long journey. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was basic continental, as expected. Rooms were large and clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff were very efficient.

Unfortunately being a Sunday bar and restaurant were not open and hotel is in an industrial area so no restaurants or bars in vicinity. I would certainly use the hotel again but would not choose a Sunday.

Very good

Everything was great, I love how spacious this hotel is and how nice the staff is. Also being pet-friendly is definitely a huge plus, it was the second time that I stayed there with my dog and it was perfect.

The breakfast is the only disadvantage of this place.

Nowhere to walk to eat close by, but the hotel did have a restaurant which we didnt use.

A convenient overnight stopover.

Nothing especially. It is rather a bland hotel.

The restaurant in the bar was disappointing. The food was not very warm and my fish needed to go back to the kitchen to be cooked again. It was almost raw inside.

Very good

Easy check in and out with our cat. The room was a great size, clean and very quiet. We'd stay here again when driving down to Southern Spain as it's very easy to find.

Good stopover hotel

The room was very nice with a lovely bathroom and modern large shower. Everything was very clean. Receptionist spoke good English and was extremely helpful, making sure she translated the menu as the staff couldn't speak English. In a commercial area so surroundings were as you would expect. We used for a 1 night stopover - easy to find and get back on the road in the morning. Parking easy.

Unfortunately the evening meal choices were very limited and uninspiring. This maybe a result of the COVID situation. However breakfast was good.
