poor cost performance.

the room is clean. the day bed was nice for kids.

the shower head was not good. the north tower was far away from all facilities. the stuff were friendly but not professional. I waist my time to checkin for 45 mins. the stuff asked me to wait but finally the guests who arrived later than me started checking in before me. Many facilities were under renovation work (as of Feb 2023) including toilets around pool. very noisy and we could not relax.

Best resort in Nusa Dua

I like the cliff room. The rooms are very clean and orderly. Staff are friendly. The buffet has good variety. Elara restaurant and Shore is nice. Food is delicious.

Heerlijk lekker rustig!

Mooi, schoon, ruim, aan de zee, veel zwembaden

De ligging. Het is heel afgezonderd. Enerzijds lekker rustig anderzijds is het ook fijn als je uit het het hotel kan wandelen de boulevard oid op. Dat gaat niet. Je moet een taxi pakken (kost niets dus dat scheelt)

Beautiful hotel

The resort is beautiful and very clean. We stayed here on our first night in Bali, and it was a great place to get oriented and relax after a long flight.

The beach area was under construction with back hoes moving boulders while we were there. While the breakfast was phenomenal, the dinner was way overpriced for what it was.

Best stay in Bali so far !

Amazing views. Modern facilities. Comfortable clean rooms. Food at Elara was Devine. Stay in the high floors of the cliff tower. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Lots of different pools to choose from or the private beach.

That I had to leave.

كل شئ رائع الغرفه جميلة جدا المسبح رائع والمطاعم داخل الفندق الاكل لذيذ . والافطار متنوع وشامل .الموظفين ودودين .

يوجد اوبشن جلسة تصوير .المصور محترف لكن المبلغ الجلسة مبالغ فيه حيث طلب على تصوير 850 دولار سعر جدا مبالغ فيه صح اختياري لكن يرجى الانتباه لهذه الامور ان تكون ضمن المعقول

This Hotel needs an upgrade, Too many kids running around screaming......My whole family got sick!

The staff were friendly but looked over worked and in my opinion the hotel need more staff around the pool and food areas as we waited a long time for drinks/food etc.

Our family group was 6 adults and 2 kids, 5 of us got sick with a bad bellie and sickness, we all ate different foods in the hotel so we think its the pool water. The pool had too many people in the pool and looked murky. Pool toilets were disgusting and smelt (Uni sex toilets) My Daughter and Granddaughter was kept up all night long by a couple having loud Sex next door (When i mean loud i mean very loud)....She complained and asked to be moved....! We left the hotel 3 days early and checked into the Ritz which is a much better hotel for the same price as the Hilton. The Hilton looks tired and needs an upgrade, we have stayed here 4 times and this time will be the last as in our opinion its going down hill and the service is not as good as previous years we have stayed. We are still waiting for a refund from Booking.com 2 weeks later as promised by the manager at the Hilton as we checked out early.

Great place to relax

Hilton is a lovely resort to stay and relax for a holiday and switch off. There is lots of facilities available like restaurants, bar, gym and multiple pools. Definitely enjoyed the water slide and breakfast buffet. Overall the resort feels very safe and it’s very clean.

Great hotel but a few things let it down

The hotel is on a great location with stunning views . The room was well maintained and staff were very friendly and polite

The buffet breakfast was always lukewarm and never hot. So I went elsewhere in the end . Also getting a good night sleep was impossible due to the work being carried out on the beach as this was only done at night

Завтрак прекрасен!

Сервис!!! Очень грязно около лежаков , которые рядом с пляжем. Обертки, мусор прям под лежаком. Никто даже не убирает. Свободных лежаков нет. Сами лежаки старые и неудобные. Точно не соответствуют уровню отеля. Попросили принести вилку в номер- 30 минут!!! Выезжали из номера- попросили помочь с чемоданами - за 25 минут никто не пришел. Сервис не соответствует уровню отеля.

Une honte pour un Hilton

Voici un avis négatif pour le Hilton Bali : --- **Séjour décevant, loin des standards d'un 5 étoiles** Notre expérience au Hilton Bali a été extrêmement décevante. Tout d'abord, les restaurants sont outrageusement chers pour une qualité très médiocre. On s'attendait à bien mieux pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. La plage, qui aurait dû être un endroit de détente, était envahie par le bruit incessant de deux pelleteuses travaillant toute la journée juste en face. Le vacarme était insupportable, rendant impossible toute relaxation. La piscine, quant à elle, était loin d'être à la hauteur. Sale et mal entretenue, elle ne reflète en rien le standing attendu d'un Hilton. Le service d'entretien des chambres laissait aussi à désirer : ménage bâclé, serviettes oubliées, bref, un service inexistant et indigne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Enfin, le bruit était omniprésent partout dans l'établissement. Entre la musique forte, les cascades bruyantes, les pelleteuses, et pour couronner le tout, un mariage organisé dans le jardin avec pas moins de huit enceintes qui crachaient de la musique à plein volume, c'était tout simplement hallucinant. Il était impossible de trouver un peu de tranquillité. En résumé, cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 5 étoiles et je ne le recommande absolument pas.

اعتقد اني برجع للمنتجع مره ثانيه

فندق جميل وكبير جدا لدرجة اني جلست 3 ايام ولا ابي اطلع منه فعاليات كثيرة بالفندق مهتمين حتى في الأطفال وجدول لهم ،، الغرف ممتازه الطاقم ودود ومتعاون المرافق ممتازه اعتقد راح يناسب العوائل بشكل كبير الي يبي منتجع ولا يحب يطلع ومقسم رحلته لعدة مناطق انصحه ياخذ الفندق وهو مغمض بستثناء الغداء والعشاء

لايوجد شاطيء نظيف لسباحة لكن يوجد العديد من المسابح تغنيك عن الشاطئ

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Essen im Hilton Resort. Das Hotel bietet eine hervorragende Auswahl für jegliche kulturellen oder persönlichen Essenvorlieben. So ist es möglich beim Frühstück von typischem indischen, asiatischen oder westlichen Frühstück die Vorzüge zu genießen. Weiterhin werden vegane Optionen geboten. Der Koch erfüllt hierzu sogar spezielle Wünsche. Zusätzlich hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal rundherum äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Alle sind bestrebt darin, dass es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt ist. Wir haben selten so bemühte Mitarbeiter in einem Hotel getroffen. Besonders gefallen hat die Massage von Dila. Ebenfalls gefallen hat uns das Fitnessstudio. Die Fahrstühle sind äußerst zuverlässig gefahren und es gab keine langen Wartezeiten. Aus unseren Beobachtungen möchten wir vermuten, dass das Hotel Familiengeeignet erscheint. Positiv ist der Sand beim Schwimmingpool für die Kinder aufgefallen.

Für uns als Paar hat sich der Urlaub bedauerlicherweise als nicht angenehm gestaltet. Es gab zwei Baustellen gleichzeitig am Hotel, hierbei wurden wenig die Hotelgäste bedacht. So gab es keinen Platz, um sich in Ruhe entspannen zu können ohne von Bauarbeiten gestört zu werden. Beim Hauptpool sowie bei den drumherum liegenden Liegeflächen bis zum Strand lief durchgehend sehr laute Musik. Wir wurden auf den benachbarten Strand "Serenitiy" verwiesen für Ruhe. Dort waren 8 Liegen und zwei Sonnenschirme zu finden, was sich als zu wenig herausgestellt hat. Die Anzahl der Sonnenschirme konnte nicht erhöht werden. Am Tag fuhren stündlich Bagger und LKWs in zwei Meter Entfernung hinter den Liegen. Die Pools sind eher Spielpools und eigenen sich wenig zum Schwimmen. Beim Strand wird unzureichend der Müll eingesammelt. Die Toiletten bei den Pools sind widerlich. Dies liegt teilweise am veralteten Zustand, aber auch daran, dass diese nicht oft genug gereinigt werden. In Bezug zum Zustand des Hotels bemerkt man ebenfalls die Vernachlässigung in den Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, allerdings nicht sauber. Die Verantwortung ist hierbei weniger bei den Mitarbeitern zu suchen, welche sehr bemüht sind, sondern viel mehr beim Eigentümer. Die Klimaanlage hat absolut und stark unangenehm gerochen, dies konnte nach einer oberflächlichen Reinigung nicht beseitigt werden. Die Fugen im Bad waren absolut veraltet und somit sammelt sich der Schmutz an diesen Stellen. Im Außengelände gab es viele unaufgeräumte und verschmutzte Bereiche. Insgesamt war es keine angemessene Sauberkeit für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Ebenfalls wenig gefallen haben uns die Cocktails im Hotel, welche uns nicht schmeckten. Gleichzeitig möchten wir hervorheben, dass die Mitarbeiter offen waren sich unsere Kritik anzuhören und Ausgleich zu schaffen. Leider war es aufgrund des eingeschränkten Rahmens nicht gänzlich möglich.

Nicely build and having enough options for vegetarians. Worth to spend 3-4 days and enjoy the spectacular view from the beach and children can also enjoy the pool

A praia é brava, não dá pra se banhar, Nusa Dua tem muito vento, ao anoitecer eu sentia que era impossível continuar nas proximidades da piscina, leve isso em conta

Very relaxing stay in a beautiful setting in Nusa Dua.

Breakfast was great with many options. The show with the Indonesian BBQ dinner was entertaining. The staff is incredible. Check in was easy.

Had to take cab to all nearby attractions. Besides breakfast, food was so-so and pricey compared to warungs you can take short cab ride to. Drinks were not very strong and a little pricey.

Not pleasant to stay in here

Location is good and quite.

There is no good taste for breakfast, in dining room were more delicious rather than the breakfast. Room is big but the light in coridor is not good. Already complaining to change the lamp, but didnt change.
