A reasonable stay for our 57th Wedding Anniversary.

We upgraded to better unit as first choice not suitable. The upgraded room was in excellent position overlooking the lake. Bed was comfortable but electric blankets would be a plus.

The TV needs to be upgraded to Smart TV. Vanity mirror light has a blown bulb. The shower over the bath is not good for older people to climb in and out. Vehicle parking is quite a distance from unit.

Enjoyable, I would stay again

Location , size of room, staff was nice, close to everything , was quiet. Views was beautiful

There was old used teabags in the kitchen when we arrived, not enough toilet roll

Comfortable, relaxing & value for money.

Set in beautiful gardens & lakeside & very conveniently located to most wineries. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. It was quiet during our mid-week getaway & we were able to walk to restaurants & bars which was an advantage to us.

Wouldn’t stay again based on the above

Good location but you could see headlights all night from the bedroom

There is no indication upon booking the room we did that it would be joining directly to another room with only a door in between Meaning each night we could hear another couples full conversation and talking till midnight- this should be on the booking or given a choice. For over 200 a night for a room we were not told someone else would be literally next to the wall and be able to completely hear them ! Very disappointed and staff didn’t seem to bat an eyelid or care. Just said she’d talk to the manager but never said anything to follow up.

Don't stay here!

Central location for the Hunter Valley

No room service, which was not mentioned when we booked. Dirty room and terrace full of spiders webs and old cigarette butts. Unpleasant and uninterested staff.

Some front desk staff were absolutely useless. Some were absolutely amazing. The good staff made up for the bad.

Great location, great set up and facilities- highly recommended.

Nothing, place was near perfect.

Good for a one night stay, good location

Location is great, the rooms are decent sizes, handy that they had a fridge and kitchenette and connecting apartments. Really nice that you can stay for one night, rather than have to book a whole weekend.

The rooms were not all together, since we were on the same booking would have been good to place everyone nearby. The beds were possibly the worst hotel beds, the pull out sofa bed was better than the queen. Bathroom was a little dirty, there were still hairs in bath tub.

Situated in beautiful grounds with peaceful views and accommodations well separated.

Lovely location. Initial room was very close to noisey road but reception staff were able to offer a much quieter room.

Very good

The location was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean. We were also happy our room was near the back of the property, it was nice and quiet.

The price (when I booked the accommodation). But I can understand why - being such a busy weekend in the Hunter. We went to the concert at Roche estate so the location alone made it worth it.

Great location and view, room had everything you needed.

The pathways were a bit dangerous, tiles all uneven nearly tripped a couple of times

Extremely expensive clean accommodation in a lovely location.

Location was great for us. Lovely country views. staff were very pleasant. Very basic clean accomodation with no frills.

Felt that for 3 people the price for two nights was extremely expensive. >$1000 for 2 nights. the sofa bed was comfy but we had no sofa to sit on as it was a bed.

Excellent position! Nice to chill and relax. Very clean

No reception after 5pm. Units can do with just a little renovation and new appliances. Otherwise, comfortable, clean and close to everything

stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! staff were great and lovely very helpful, the resort was comfortable

the pool was clean and easily accessible. great view of hunter valley and kangaroos close by!!
