I had a wonderful time in the Seminyak villa.

Pool at the door Staff were friendly and helpful Room was serviced daily

It would be great to have some cutlery, plate and bowl as well in the room.

Overall a lovely stay.

The spacious villa was brilliant. Breakfast was a good selection and changed daily. Staff were very helpful with all queries and attentive. The pool was lovely and warm and cleaned of leaves twice a day.

The construction at neighbouring property meant we were impacted with grinders and banging from morning till afternoon, while construction workers could see into the bathroom if they wanted to. Cloth was placed up to limit visibility.

Beautiful villa, beautiful staff, beautiful relaxing holiday.

Firstly the staff were just phenomenal. Such gentle beautiful people with genuine interest and compassion for the guests. Rooms were lovely and spacious with a lovely garden area containing a private pool. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Money could not buy people like the ones working here in all sincerity.

Everything. No matter what I write it could never be enough.

Superb stay

The staff are so friendly. Customer service is exceptional. The property layout is amazing. The spa services were superb.

More variety and items on the in room dining. The lizards in the bathroom and the bathroom with the bath tub, needs a shower curtain as u cannot stand and have a shower, else water gets all out and over the floor area

The location was the cherry on top!

The staff were super friendly, the amenities are well maintained. They came to spray bug spray every night so we didn’t get bitten. My friend is glutton intolerant and they catered for her needs at breakfast time; so thoughtful!

Alright stay for one night

We stayed only a night. It was closer to the airport. Good breakfast - had a live counter to order pancakes and eggs.

The room had an upstairs bit where the bed was and the stairs were very treacherous. The toilet was downstairs so going to the toilet at night was dangerous. The water, tea/coffee was outside the room.

Amazing! Will be coming back and telling all my friends

Breakfast was amazing! Great choices for vegetarian friends and was just overall delicious! The staff were so insanely nice and I enjoyed seeing them everyday. Rooms were clean and very nice I felt like I was living the definition of luxury.

Beautiful and relaxing

The property was very clean and I liked how it has access to the large pool. All staff were amazing and friendly. I also enjoyed the daily breakfast.

Although not a huge issue, it’s not close to the hub of Kuta/Legian if you want immediate night life but it’s still in walking distance

The poolside setting of the villas is exactly what you’d imagine a trip to Bali to be like. A relaxing beautiful setting. It’s in walking distance of restaurants, bars & coffee shops. We experienced 2 days of heavy rainfall, the nature of the building meant we had leaks through the night. The team quickly acted on this the following day.

The bathroom in the villa let it down, the place had a lot of potential ‘wow factors’ but were let down by attention to detail. We got a last minute deal which was value for money but I think if we’d have paid full price we would have been disappointed.

Fantastic place, excellent value, would definitely stay again.

Very quiet and peaceful area. Only a short walk (under 10mins) to the Seminyak shopping precinct with a good sized supermarket, and lots of restaurants, clothing stores, etc. The rooms are all incredibly large and spacious, even the bathroom. Lovely decor, very clean and tidy. Very large comfortable bed. The pool was a good size, larger than most other villas in the area with a private pool. The breakfast was good, but a bit more variety each day would have been better. We used the in-room cooking facilities or ate out for most meals. The staff were great; super friendly and helpful.

Can't think of anything much except maybe some extra power points in the room would have been good.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Felt at home!

Breakfast was decent. Happy that we have a chance to try the Selak. They were super fresh.

Nice if there is some variations for the salad, especially for me who is a Chinese vegetarian. The most of the cooked good comes with onions so my option is the salad, bread and fruits.

good location and breakfast and shuttle service to main road. good security at night.

we had to move rooms as water leaked through the roof, this was unacceptable and reception didn’t Care and later told us they had someone else moving in that room. the bed was so hard and hurt my back. the bathtub was disgusting.

expensive for what It is . many maintenance problems am somewhat run down

property located in cul de sac with low traffic . staff very nice .

checked in a king size bed room. the room was flooded with a bathroom broken pipe . aC not working and WIFi neither . relocated to an other room but no king size available and end up in a double single bed room joined. ( fell between beds twice during the nite . difficult when u are 6’ and 210 pounds to sleep on a single bed . breakfast sucked ! hôtel CAn be quite noisy at nite rooms are not noise proof . the WiFi never worked . Major problem as I work on line . after 6 attempt from hotel during the 6 days i stayed , I gave up and went out side hotel across the street to « 3 coins coffee « . great AC, great WiFi and great breakfast i Will not recommend this hotel

the property was just like the way it was shown in the photos!!! Property was good staff was good veg food options could be increased especially for breakfast just that was a little away from the beach

there were lizards in the breakfast area.... and most of the dishes especially fruit usually used to be open and lizards used to be around!
