the security there are very rude.

Great location. Very good food. Comfortable room. Excess to the beach.

The property is beautiful, the facilities too.
The location is fantastic, near everything Nd by the beach!
The room is pretty and have an awesome balcony in almost every room!
There were mosquitos in the bedroom, the A/C got locked and does not cool down more than 24C.
The staff is not helpful and seems like treat well only the locales
On Saturday, instead of having a area separated for Shabbat they mix it all, what was noticeably annoying some guest and made us feel very uncomfortable for maybe doing something wrong. (It is a real suggestion, to put on Shabbat day the breakfast for other cultures on the outside and keep inside for the people that follows, so no one is annoyed or disrespected on a special days! Specially for non religious as sometimes for lack of full knowledge end up breaking their rules).

Staff was friendly and everything was clean
No parking provided, which I have never seen in a good hotel. Even a Super 8 offers free parking. It is inexcusable not to offer free parking even if their undersized lot is full

My frid paid and booked on booking,.he got the reciept from the reception when leaving. But I forgot to ask a reciept when check out, and then ask one on telephone. but the staffer told me that the hotel can't send me a receipt. Rediculous...

Family rooms have additional “room” with two single beds and separated with the main bedroom with the door.
Not a complaint, but from 5 star hotel you could expect a bathtub and a shower, but here a shower is in the bathtub. Also the breakfast is not exceptional, you can find the same in other 4 stars hotels in Eilat.

i loved s the property. very comfortable and luxurious.
The staff had attitude. at times not even nice. I would recommend customer service training.

Food and room finishes were exceptional
We headed out for an all day tour at 7 am and coffee and food were not available. As with so many properties light bulbs were out. Something the housekeepers should check to make sure all are working

im with a disabled car and when we arrived at the beginning we didnt have a parkingbut the staff helped me and allowed me to park at the lobby entrance

Pool gorgeous not even cold. Sun loungers at pool very comfortable
Adi was great, she gave us the Bubes restaurant which was fantastic--no queue for coffee or eggs. The staff brilliant-always helpful. Makes it more difficult to leave !
The elevators so quick, no need to wait.
The desk persons so friendly and helpful (I think was a Noam-tall )
Nothing could be criticised.

Everything about the hotel was first class. The facilities, staff were excellent. Whenever there was a problem, I phoned down to reception and within 5 minutes, someone had come up and corrected the fault.
There is nothing I did not like.

As usual in eilat , staff is average , rarely a smile , when theres a problem everything seems complicated . Seems like isrotel is living in the 20th century … no possibility to send a text message telling you the room is ready on a non israeli number ?? Children program of the kids club only in hebrew ?? What about all the tourists coming from abroad not having an israeli number with them ?
Close to freezing temperature in the main lobby but not enough money to spend in heating the swimming pool to normal temperature . Just a shame , such a nice area but the swimming pool is empty …

we paid for the upgrade to presidential room and enjoyed the Hemingway lounge ver much!
it was in Eilat, screaming loud children at every meal. too loud for normal conversation. we chose room service. parking was an extreme issue, hard to find. we cut the day trips short, returning in the mid-afternoon just to find parking. only twice were we lucky enough to get hotel parking - and we had a presidential suite! we used Pango the rest of the time. In the hotel parking, there was place for 30 cars but 10 were reserved for handicapped drivers. that was not realistic.

Great facilities. Excellent location with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. The meals were gourmet and really delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bed should be with softer mattress and better pillows in order to be more sleep friendly at the hotel with this price level. Shower was the best of its kind with waterfall option. The gym was small but good enough for exercises with big balcony where you can even do warm up running. breakfast was just perfect with excellent food selection, but not all shifts of waiters are equally good servicemen. The hotel’s sea beach is comfortable, but without any toilet.
Room bed is not that soft and comfortable. Hotel’s parking is too small and always full, the hotel should make an arrangement with big private parking in front of the hotel.

Many of the staff are young , inexperienced and seem to have been poorly trained. At breakfast, the youngster serving me my coffee, inserted his thump inside the cup to remove it from a stack of cups.

Good and varied food. Great beach. Excellent location.
Check-in on Saturday at 18.00 instead of the specified 15.00. Waited two hours in the lobby. There is no free parking. The bathroom needs updating. Overall, the hotel needs a facelift.

Family room was big.
Location is great.
Beach was great
Ninja is great
Not for kids.
Food ok, but for this cost should be better
