Parfait

Very nice hotel but the refurbishments take away from the full enjoyment

Good facilities, excellent service from all staff members.

The refurbishments were noisy during the day - constant drilling and hammering. Difficult to relax in the day

Forventer mer av Hilton likevel et fint opphold

Flott beliggenhet. Fellesarealene inne på hotellet var flotte og rommene var grei størrelse. Sengene var behagelige med gode puter. Personalet var profesjonelle, blide og høflige. Høy grad av service.

Standarden på rommene oser ikke 5 stjerner, slitte gulv og møbler. Noe støvete på listverk og brytere. Stranden er søplete og det ligger sneiper i trappene og ved dusjen. (dette var likt hele oppholdet) Hånddukene, møblene og parasollene i bassengområdet er utslitt og hullete. Frokostområdet var som en kantine.

Stay was too short, best side trip in years!

We were in town for only a couple days, so we were not able to experience most of the amenities; however what we did experience was fantastic. The staff, room cleanliness, view and location were perfect. Mostly we were interested in seeing Hua Hin for the first time. We love it and will return annually. Easy 3 hour taxi ride from BKK. Easy walk to town, miles of unobstructed beach for walking, amazing food on every corner. What a blast!

We travel frequently, this is the first time in 20+ years we did not have any complaints nor issues with where we stayed!

Nicht wieder! Frühstück nur bis 10.30h. Raucher werden diskriminiert.

Die Lage ist top!

Wir waren im Juli 2024 erneut dort. Erschüttert waren wir darüber, dass extrem laute Renovierungsarbeiten im Hotel durchgeführt wurden. Angekündigt war es nicht! Auch Kompensationen ließ die Hotelleitung nicht zu! Für Raucher ist dieses Hotel eine Katastrophe. Selbst auf dem Balkon ist es nicht gestattet.

Excellent location, beach right in front, free room upgrade, room amenities.

A few more restaurants would have been better. Breakfast was almost the same everyday. Not much variety. Spread reduced than before.

Tout étais parfais surclassement en royale suite, Jolie attention le jours de l'anniversaire de mon amie avec un gâteaux déposé dans la suite. Chambre superbe 15 ème étage terrasse 80 m2 vue sur la mer. Personnel très attentif. Piscine superbe avec accès à la mer. Parking en sous-sol sécurisé Petit-déjeuner copieux.

房子里设施有些陈旧，淋浴水龙头需要维修。海边和阳台上蚊虫太多，楼下喝了两个小时啤酒被蚊虫咬得惨不忍睹。

Delightful stay in a quality place with quality people

Breakfast is varied and plentiful Room was great and clean Pool relaxing Staff outstanding - Malee and front desk team plus all food ( breakfast teppanyaki chef ? Nirvan ) , all poolside staff were great as were concierge/ door staff and security guys…!!

Good hotel and facilities spoiled by inadequate wifi

The hotel has a great location in the centre of Hua Hin and on the beach. It has a big pool and a well equipped gym. The grounds around the pool are well maintained and there were enough sun lounges and umbrellas and shade for everyone, The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is large and the food range at breakfast is excellent.

The rooms are a bit dated and could do with a renovation. However the biggest problem I had was with internet. The wifi in the room was unavailable most of the time. On the rare occasions a connection was available it would drop out within minutes. To get any useful wifi access I needed to go the lobby, The wifi was better at the pool and in a bar across the road than in the hotel room. If the wifi was adequate I would have described the hotel as excellent.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, pool area was good, breakfast was ok, room was comfortable

More variety for breakfast, if you don’t like eggs and bacon, cereal or sweet cakes, all is left is salad and fruit which was fresh and tasty, and some good options for asean style breakfast.

Central beautiful hotel with access to beach.

Exceptional front desk service and great central location. Good breakfast with lots of options and variety and nice pool.

Room was big with a great view but it needs to be renovated and modernized. No desk in the room but when I called front desk they immediately sent someone with a desk I could put my laptop on. Hotel has a private beach but no chairs in the beach to sit on which is a shame. You need to go to their neighboring resort and pay.

Hotellet ligger bokstavligen vid stranden, och restauranger och vanliga thai affärer precis utanför. Poolomrrådet är snyggt och bra!

Rummen är ju lite slitna, men fortfarande helt okay, behöver uppdateras helt säkert. Längesedan man såg så ”tjocka” tv apparater.

We had an amazing relaxing break during our Thailand holiday and would definitely stay again

The breakfast was incredible! The pool was amazing. My daughter celebrated her birthday whilst we were there and they decorated the bed and gave her cake to celebrate. So special.

The rooms were spacious and really nice so I'm not complaining but as I find with most 5 stars they are the part that lack the most (just a little less wow) compared to the rest of the hotel.

Hotel jest wyjątkowy. Dostarczone usługi na najwyższym poziomie. Doskonała lokalizacja. Personel hotelu niezwykle pomocny i życzliwy. Atrakcje dodatkowe zapewnione a śniadania przepyszne.

Just the bed was horrible to sleep in. I had to sleep on the little sofa Other than that it was good

Everything was great

My only problems were the bed was horrible to sleep in the mattress just caved in every time you laid on. It woke up with bad shoulder pain. Hopefully you will change mattress for next person in room. And also we put a little water in the iron and it leaked all over our clothes and caused a copper colored stain on my shirt that I had to throw away could not come out with the wash. .

It was fine but not to our standards for a 5 star resort

The breakfast was alright …. Just needs more western foods…. Location was great … lots of shops around and transport was easy to come by. Pool was nice but to warm

Our room was dated and the bed was an old timber base which was very squeaky.. also aircon was too loud. Fridge in the room was also noisy.. paint peeling off on balcony walls … Bathroom very dated

Perfekt

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt neben dem Zentrum und doch am Rand. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfernt hat es viele Massage-Studios, zu moderaten Preisen. Die Bucht ist sehr gut geeignet zum Schwimmen. Der Pool ist sehr gross und es hat sehr viele Liegen. Wir haben immer etwas gefunden, im Schatten oder an der Sonne, was wir gerade wollten. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten in den 5 Tagen nicht alles probieren, da die Auswahl so gross war. Wir hatten das Executiv-Programm gebucht und die Auswahl der Speisen beim Apéro hat jeden Tag variert und war sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
