AMAZING!

The space for breakfast is small, so it can get crowded. The breakfast is amazing! They have lots of options, everything is clean and delicious. The hotel has lots of entertainment options: great swimming pool, a room to play video games, kids play room, pool table, great bar, great restaurant, beautiful outside walking path filled with greeneris. The hotel is super family friendly and the shuttle to the airport is on time. Bed was great, wi-fi didn't disappoint. Overall great service, great experience, wish we had stayed longer.

Tres bon hotel proche de l'aeroport de Guarulhos

C'est un hotel confortable et tres proche de l'aeroport de Guarulhos. C'est pratique de y loger si on as un vol tres tot le matin. Mais je n'aurais pas séjourné plusieurs jours car la localité n'est pas d'autre intérêt.

Boa ! Dentro do padrão .

Localização , espaço (tamanho) do quarto . Perdi um brinco no ralo do banheiro e Wilson da manutenção o achou . Excelente trabalho e disposição em ajudar :) fiz questão de retribuir ($) tamanha eficiência.

Chuveiro pouca pressão de água , Wi-Fi a desejar , café da manhã com salão muito cheio . Falta de geladeira no lobby com opção de venda (garrafa de agua grande) . Água só no quarto de garrafa pequena :( . Estacionamento não gratuito mesmo para quartos mais caros .

Great hotel, almost a shame to use it only as an airport stay

We had an excellent stay at Pullman. It's comfortable, cozy and the staff are attentive. It's so nice, in fact, that it barely qualifies as an "airport hotel" - it's an excellent hotel, full stop. But of course, it's conveniently very close to the GRU airport, and they have frequent, free shuttles to and from it.

Bem caro, mas muito bom

O quarto é extremamente confortável. Ficamos lá porque nosso voo de Guarulhos era bem cedo, e a van gratuita do hotel para o terminal foi ótima

Como nosso voo era bem cedo, alem do alarme, pedi um wakeup call. Mas não me ligaram... ainda bem q acordei com o despertador q eu coloquei

Excelente

Tudo excelente. Destaque para os funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos. No restaurante, ficamos encantados com o atendimento do Wagner e da Josefa. No quarto eu havia pedido um bercinho para meu bebê, quando chegamos no o bercinho já estava prontinho, tinha kit bebê, banheirinha para o banho.. muito capricho.

Location

Facilities are old and with poor maintenance. Kids area is a bit dirty. Also the transfer from GRU was seconded and a bit messy.

Las instalaciones que ofrece para una estadía corta son excelentes, el restaurante ofrece una variedad de ensaladas, platos brindando un ambiente muy acogedor, la pisicina siempre disponible muy apta para niños y su pequeño parque.

En algunas ocasiones suele estar demasiado lleno el hotel por eventos y las distintas aerolíneas que pasan su estadía.

Esperava muito mais do que foi entregue

É muito próximo do aeroporto, excelente para quem quer passar uma noite. Toda a equipe é muuuuuito gentil, super educados e sempre alegres em atender.

Reservei uma suíte com mesa para trabalho, quando cheguei no hotel o meu quarto não tinha a mesa, pois haviam selecionado a suíte adaptada. Tive que voltar na recepção para reclamar e me ofereceram um upgrade, o problema do quarto upgrade era o fato de ter duas camas separadas ao invés de uma só, apesar deste pequeno empecilho aceitei a oferta. Quando cheguei ao quarto e fui tomar banho o chuveiro não funcionava, somente água quente. Como já era muito tarde, eu estava cansado, acabei usando a ducha da banheira (que não tem box). No outro dia percebi que o ar-condicionado do quarto ignora a temperatura do display, e simplesmente gela o quarto sem parar, como passei o dia em home office precisei usar casaco dentro do quarto e mesmo assim tive que desligar e religar o ar-condicionado a cada 30min, foi como trabalhar na área de frios de um supermercado. O café da manhã é variado mas a comida não é gostosa, o mesmo se aplica ao almoço, o buffet livre custa 120 reais mas a qualidade é de comida de shopping center, almoçar no aeroporto vale mais à pena. Eu paguei mais do que o dobro de outras opções na região esperando ter uma acomodação diferenciada, o que recebi foi muito diferente do que o esperado, espero nunca voltar ao hotel.

We use this location when we have a lay over. Located next to the airport with a shutll every 30 minutes.

Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen Guarolhos

Die Nähe zum Flughafen, sowie der kostenlose Shuttle sind prima. Auch das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker, schade das die Station für die Eierspeisen bei den vielen Gästen nur mit einem Koch besetzt war und deswegen Wartezeiten von 10 Minuten und mehr entstanden.

Am Pool gibt es viel zu wenig Sonnenschirme plus Liegen. Sehr schade, das man bei tollem Wetter keine Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeit gefunden hat.

Luxury lobby - but rooms need work.

Lovely lobby and outdoor area. Good transport to the airport. Had an allergy and was catered for which was great. Bed very comfy and bath supplies lovely.

Long wait at check in. Room was a bit tired considering hotel is a 5 star. Broken cupboard doors etc and dirty paintwork in room.

Fabulous.

I loved the remodel. I have stayed at Pullman many times over the last 10 years when in Brazil and I loved the ambience. The shower was amazing. It was clean and the sheets were superb. Well done.

Fantastic in every way

This was just supposed to be an overnight hotel next to the airport. We had very low expectations. It was fantastic. The facilities are incredible - tennis court, football pitch, swimming pool, gym. The restaurant was delicious and very good value for money. They accommodated my son’s coeliacs amazingly. When LATAM overbooked our flight and our seats were given away (which has really put us off LATAM), we went back to the hotel and they helped us even though we had checked out. They couldn’t have been nicer, especially Bruna at the front desk. She even arranged a tour around Sao Paolo for us with the amazing Cynthia

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Even the toiletries are lovely - l’occitane

There’s a lot amenities out the services. Also, Breakfast is not included. Even though the cost is high, you should paid for breakfast. Ridiculous!
