Needed more sleep and relaxation

Staff and facilities are amazing

Nightclub two doors down kept us up all night. From 8pm-3am the music vibrates the walls . It is so loud.

Love the location.

I asked for a ground floor room for my Mum, this was not provided. The room I was allocated in had a bad smell in the bathroom and I needed to get it attended to during my stay.

I booked 3 rooms for me and my family and asked for 1 room to be ground floor for my Mum. It would have been much appreciated if this one request could have been accommodated - especially when I noticed that there were ground floor rooms available during our stay. Breakfast options during our stay were basic and not up to the standard I expected.

Unless you want to party until 3 am every night this is not the hotel for you.

The room was fine but this hotel is doomed with the night club nearby. Had me in tears every night.

Noise was unbearable. It goes until 3 am.

Highly recommend the cooking class that is offered. Great fun

Love the hotel. Am returning in August for 3 weeks.

Had to change to the sister hotel, ADI Dharma Kuta because the music from the nearby club kept me awake. The room was perfect. The aircon was a little too cold no matter what temp I put it on, but it wasn’t a big deal

Pool area could get a little noisy at times but this is to be expected

Lovely hidden gem

Really nice small hotel, central to lots of shopping and restaurants. Pool is so relaxing and staff are lovely.

Hotel itself ok but it’s position close to a nightclub meant that extremely loud music could be heard in the hotel room

Everything ok with room, pool and restaurant.

Whilst the property appears to be in a good location, unfortunately it is sighted close to a nightclub and the noise into the early hours of the morning was just deafening inside the room.

Pretty good, but with a lack of sleep

Great rooms and staff were exceptional.

A new night club a couple of doors down meant that it was very difficult to sleep until 3am when the club closed. This is something that the staff had no control over

I like that it is a small property. I love the Balinese feel that you don’t get with a lot of the newer hotels.

We liked the personal, caring staff Our room was generous in size Our bed was so cosy The aircon was great Very clean We had a lovely porch with table and chairs also a big day bed to lounge on Loved the swimming pool The restaurant was perfect Location great, near pubs, cafes, restaurants etc Very, very good value for money

It's not a biggy, but the lighting for doing hair and makeup could have been brighter...

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a drama for them they also asked if the rooms were and if they needed any repairs
