Hotellet var under ombygging, det var en byggeplass som startet kl 0700.
Vanskelig å forstå at dette hotellet har 4 stjerner.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. Nicely decorated. Great coffee. Clean facilities.
We reserved a sea view room. Top floor. There was construction and a bldg in front of the balcony. You can still see the sea, but the pictures are misleading. The construction is VERY loud banging so no sleeping in. Not a secured bldg. anyone can walk in. They had the radiator on and the room was VERY hot. I asked if someone could turn it off and they said they’d send someone but he didn’t know how to turn it off. The aircon didn’t work either - probably bc it wasn’t the season yet. I think it was expensive for the room and the construction. They should warn people of the construction and roof top bar and pool area closed due to construction. The price does not reflect this so be warned.

Great location near marina and lots of restaurants. Newly refurbished, nice pool, great staff, on beach. Walkable to train station.
A bit expensive, think breakfast should have been included. Nice airport surprisingly noisy across the bay.

the property was extremely clean, and the staff were so helpful and gracious!

Location was great. Hotel overlooked beach and was in walking distance of train station.
Lots of restaurants around 5 minutes away.
A big thank you to Paola on Reception who was amazing at directing us where to visit, train times etc.
Breakfast is around 22 Euros each and not worth the money. Although breakfast is served on rooftop overlooking sea, the food is much to be desired.
Dishes are not filled up when empty and we had to ask so many times for more scrambled eggs.
There was 2 choices of fresh cut fruit and no vegetables at all.
All in all very disappointing, considering the cost.
Room we had was adequate and spotlessly clean, but toilet cubicle was tiny and had no sink in it. In other words, if bathroom was in use, there was no where to wash your hands after going to toilet!!

Great little hotel. Lovely reception & roof terrace with beautiful views of the sea. Staff were so friendly & helpful. I recommend this hotel. Its a great base to explore the south of France.
The only negative is it was €55 euros to get to the centre of Nice in a Taxi. We had a car so wasn’t to bad but bare this in mind if your relying on taxis.

The rooms were cleaned daily, and thoroughly.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
The restaurant/ Bar wasn’t open in the evening, but this could have been because we were out of season.

We had a Privilege room overlooking the sea and the boardwalk, it was spacious, had a fridge and kettle. The large bath towels were a bonus in addition to the usual towels you find in bathrooms. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The hotel and rooms were very good.
Very modern and clean, very comfortable.
We were disappointed that they closed the bar and outside facilities at irregular times. Sometimes as early as 3pm.

Staff were very friendly
The paint on ceiling of room was peeling off - could do with a repaint.
Terrace/Patio on the first floor had obstructed views of the sea due to the reception block.

Great pool and restaurant area with nice beach views. went early September and the pool was pretty empty. Aircon was good. Nearby beach had nice clear water and was good for swimming. Easy to get to airport so great as a last stop before heading home, which was how we used it.
The rooms felt like they needed a refurb. Was noisy at night to sleep. The surrounding area wasn’t the best bit of south France, it felt a bit tacky compared to other places we have stayed.

The lady at the reception - Paola was very friendly, helpful and welcoming, that made our arrival and stay even more pleasant. For the night that we have booked we were upgraded to a better room, we also decided to stay for one more night and were offered several options. The hotel has its own parking, which is very comfortable. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant - Terrace du Syracuse, and the food was absolutely delicioius and the service very good as well.
