The facility was not up-to date and the amenity goods were very limited. The service was good except for the fact that my luggage was took away from the luggage area by a tourist group bus.

The selection at breakfast was excellent. The coffee was average. Although it came from ground beans, it did not taste great. The orange juice was very nice.
The room was a little on the small side and the air conditioning was either too warm or too cold. It was hard to find the right middle ground.

Staff
Air conditioning, Price of the room and the size of the room.(very small with very low roof and insanely expensive). Also the card machine gave a lot of trouble for payment process. They did not even have an umbrella for emergency situations.

Great location
Nice quiet neighborhood for a family
Noise from pipes in the middle of the night almost as though there was maintenance work going on. Lift is tiny for stroller
Breakfast is well over priced at 19.50 for what’s on offer.

The location of the hotel is convenient, close to metro station and the highway too. There are supermarkets and bakeries close by, parking is available at a daily fee.
The room is clean and all necessary amenities were available.

- room was spacious & the property was helpful to communicate with any issues
- there was no air conditioning
- wifi constantly dropping out
- breakfast was sub par
- there is nothing in the surrounding area to do and public transport is at least a 15 minute walk away
- they don’t provide you cutlery in your room

Good location. Close to many convenient restaurants that are open late, next to a grocery store, short walk into outer-Paris near university, and of course the neighborhoods with lovely pastry shops.
Air conditioning could use a bit more oomph. Had to change rooms because air wasn’t working properly in our first room.. and the second room was just so-so. Our party had another room, and that AC was absolutely fantastic.

It was wonderfull, i'll come back later

The breakfast was average but the lady on duty on Saturday 1st April could not have been nicer; friendly and helpful
We had to ask for new cups/ glasses as well as coffee/milk for the room as they weren't replaced after day 1

great breakfast, nice tea at the room, comfortable beds.

Near in the mall
The ventilation not good and the main door is unsafe coz the manual lock/ secondary is broken. It should be downgraded to 3 star hotel
3.4
It was quiet and clean.
The carpets need to be changed. The lighting in the rooms is very dim.

My bag is stolen inside the hotel at reception area and the hotel staff was helpless. I was told that I didnt take care well my stuff in the public area. The staff didnt help to provide any footage and escalation. Just tell me to go to the police station. I lost my work laptop and passport with the bag as well so I was a terrible experience.
3.4
There was a slight odour when entering the room and also the AC wasn’t functioning. Room was too hot.
3.4
The room is spacious, with lots of amenities available to use.
There was a foul smell in the room.

Toilet was not clean
Carpet bit old or gruby,, would expect good carpet to let kids walk around

we had a room with a separate lounge.
room adjoining lift so you could hear the lift mechanics all night. room not clean in details as in shelves very dusty toilet paper ran out they didn’t replenish tissue paper ever which ran out on first night. breakfast extremely average and they ran out of items an hour and a half before breakfast was to end.

Nice lobby
Hm...Not a 4-star hotel for sure! In front of the hotel were construction works every morning. They didn't send any email/notice regarding that. It was so noisy, literally unbearable. You can't buy water in the hotel. You need to go to IBIS, which is in the other building, to get the water bottle. On my floor, cables were everywhere, hanging from the wall (not an industrial design) :)
The choice for breakfast was fair, but the service - was really bad. Often dirty plates and cutlery.
The room is outdated, like in a 3-star hotel from the '80s. Value for money is - 0 , it was 200+ EUR night.
