Convenient, clean and cheap stopover on the way to Calais

A tv and had YouTube on it it was quiet close to the motorway breakfast very tasty

Very small room spotted a hair on the bed motel rather than a hotel, the building and rooms have been tarted up a bit but overall pretty tired

Unbequem geschlafen mit Nachbarschaft wie aus einem schlechten Krimi

Anfahrt gut, genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Dame am Empfang kann mindestens französisch, deutsch und englisch. Der Bierzapfhahn ist direkt am Check-In, man könnte also direkt loslegen wenn man deswegen kommt :)

Wir hatten 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gebucht . Beim Check-In ist der netten Dame dann aufgefallen das wir ein Kind dabei haben. Also wurde uns ein neues Zimmer mit Beistellbett zugewiesen. Das "Beistellbett" lag zusammengeklappt unter den Doppelbett und wurde gefühlt vor 5 Jahren das letzte Mal frisch bezogen. Zudem war das Zimmer so klein das es ohnehin nirgends Platz gefunden hätte... Die Nachbarschaft wirkt fragwürdig. Gegenüber ist ein Establishment das aus einem Rotlichtviertel sein könnte und 5 m weiter wurde ein Stromkasten "geöffnet" um eine Leitung zu 3 Wohnwagen auf einem Parkplatz zu legen.

Très déçue.

Juste la salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle.

Chambre trop petite pour 3. Le lit junior est un lit de camp que nous devons déplier et ajouter aux 2 lits simples. Aucune place pour circuler et inconfortable. Petit déjeuner onéreux pour le choix du buffet. Plus de jus d’orangea 8h20. A peine de pâte à tartiner. Et Accueil moyen…

position, easy access from motorway. Restaurant on site.

Heating system very noisy in room 21. Air in the pipes quite loud .. needed ear plugs!

Ideal for an overnight stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money. Good location off the motorway. The Chinese restaurant nearby was good and the buffet was great.

Nice room, shame about the man.

Room was comfortable and clean. Only one chair.

Man on reception was rude and uncooperative. On a very hot day we asked for a drink at the bar and we’re told in a surly way, “not until 19h”. The hotel is on a trading estate, there was nowhere’s else to go, so we had to stay thirsty.

Pleasant

We have always like Campanile motels because of their locations and value for money. Rooms are always spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately we had a fire alarm incident the night we were there and our sleep was interrupted twice. It would have been nice to have had a gesture from the management to show their regret. But this shouldn't put anybody off - there wasn't an actual fire! We got to see the French pompieres in action.

Ideal overnight stop with food

Not been to a Campanile since pre-Covid. This one has had an upgrade. The bed was great - large and new - very comfortable. In addition the bathroom had been refurbished to a high standard. The room smelled clean and fresh. There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room as well. For an overnight stop - this was ideal. Close to the motorway and yet still quiet. The welcome from the manager was warm and friendly. We parked near to our room. We'd reserved a table to eat when we were booking, had warned the manager that traffic would delay our arrival, immediately put our bags in our room and then had a good meal in the restaurant. Next morning we left early and were able to fill up with fuel before getting back on the motorway - Great

Unclean and although staff tried to resolve the issue; unless I get a refund I would not be happy with the experience.

Location was good

One of our rooms was smelling like a gutter and when we asked to change when we came back from a local trip, there was no other room available. My kids had to go and sleep with other members of the family as they could not stand the stench.

room clean but disappointing breakfast

the room was clean and the price was reasonable as a budget hotel

we paid for the breakfast buffet, but we disappointed the standard of the food. especially only dry thin white toast bread, due to a supply problem according to the staff. the watermelon pieces (presumably from a tin) in the fruit bowl were gone off. I had to spit it out. I should’ve taken photos of the buffet.

A 24h motel with parking

Cheap stop while travelling to Germany. Automated check-in made late night arrival very easy. Lots of parking

Out of the way but provides everything you'll need to a good standard.

The room is quite small but it was fresh looking, decor wise. The TV was top quality and the beds were nice and comfortable. The bathroom also was very nice, with a nice powerful shower. Tea/coffee facilities and biscuits, are always welcome. Free on site parking and the staff allowed us to park our motorcycles in front of the room, so making them more secure. The restaurant does nice meals, the burger looked pretty generous and the morning breakfast offering was pretty good too. No complaints.

Had to wind the shutter by hand! Previous hotel had electric! :-) Beer prices in the restaurant are very high.

Arrived to find restaurant was closed - in spite of having received a message that day saying “it is a pleasure to welcome you on the terrace and in our restaurant from Monday to Saturday. Enjoy our new seasonal courses concocted by our chef.” !!!

Room was ok no more - one night stopover . Admin and customer service very poor.

No breakfast taken. Room and bed ok for one night - air conditioning unit kicked in every hour , making aloud noise. Room 44. Arrived late out of hours - 3 rooms booked but only one was shown on the self log in screen. Had to ring the out of hours telephone , to be met with a laughing and unhelpful gentleman, who eventually said the keys for the other two rooms was in the one shown on the screen!! Why was this information made available to us before we travelled , after I had sent an email to say we would be arriving late. Very poor.
