bien placé et tranquille

Hôtel très bien placé pour aller au stade de France 40mns à pied marche rapide, très calme et à proximité du métro

Soggiorno abbastanza deludente

Vicinanza alla metro. Letti comodi e angolo cottura funzionale. Reception aperta 24h su 24.

Il bagno era da ammodernare, la nappa della doccia era rotta e versava l'acqua da tutte le parti. Farsi la doccia è stata un'impresa. Nonostante la segnalazione non è stato fatto niente per sostituirla. In camera mancava un comodino e non faceva molto caldo. Gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati in sei giorni di pernottamento. I muri avrebbero avuto bisogno di un'imbiancatura.

Affordable stay with easy access to the metro.

This hotel was great for an affordable stay in Paris. It was great to have kitchen facilities and the rooms were spacious.

The location was a bit far out from central Paris - which was okay as it was very close to a metro station. We travelled a lot on the metro with our 2 children- they found the cramped conditions a little overwhelming at times, although it was mostly fine. Once we went to a big Carrefour supermarket near the Saint Denis Basilica metro which is 2 stops north on the metro. This station and the area around it felt very unsafe. After that, we found shops in central Paris for snacks and lunch supplies. The area the hotel was in felt safer and quieter.

The staff were great and went out of their way.

Cupboard in kitchen needed fixing. Verandah needed sweeping because of cigarette butts. No sink plug.

Not a pleasant experience. Phone was dead. Bed light did switch on. Very few towels and insufficient bathroom supplies.

Hotel close to Metro. Underground parking (20 eur). Apartment with bedroom and living room with good couch - perfect to travel with a kid!

Breakfast is rather limited. Hotel needs renovation. Parking turned out more expensive than on booking.com (20 eur vs 15 eur)

Very good

We stayed a week and the hotel environment seemed peaceful. The staff was very friendly and breakfast good! It was easy to get to the center by metro 13 which located close to the hotel.

Overall it was a neutral stay

The room was big and spacious and the bed was comfortable

Toilet was not clean, wardrobe was broken, rooms were very hot and after requesting more fans, we were not provided with more fans and it’s my 2nd time staying here, curtains also dirty.

An excellent hotel with a convenient location and transport interchange.

Good hotel, located 5 minutes from the metro and bus stop. Nearby there is a grocery store, a vegetable stand and a croissant stand. nice room, spacious double bed, clean. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is a fan. There is also everything you need for a comfortable stay - a refrigerator, dishes, a microwave oven, an electric stove and an electric kettle. The hotel has an elevator. Very smiling and accommodating staff. You can also have breakfast in the hotel, if you wish, for a fee. I liked everything!

There was no hand soap on the sink, there was shower gel + shampoo in the bathroom, but it was high for me, I had to wash my hands in the shower, which is not very convenient. It's more of a wish.

A really great value for money aparthotel with easy access to central Paris. A bargain.

This aparthotel is perfect for a great value for money, central Paris location. It has excellent access to the metro with plenty of shops and take away restaurants to cover any needs.

Some of the equipment in the studio that we were in was damaged (though nothing was damaged beyond use) and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. There is also no ac and the room was quite stuffy.
