Nettes Hotel, bis auf den Service in der Hotelbar.

Sehr netter Empfang, saubere Zimmer, sehr ruhige Lage.

Der Versuch in der Bar etwas zu Trinken war nicht von Erfolg gekrönt. Die Bedienung hat uns ignoriert und war nach persönlicher Ansprache sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben dann in einem anderen Hotel eine nette Bar mit sehr nettem Personal gefunden.

Niente di eccezionale; sopravvalutata e cara

Belle montagne, ma tutto troppo caro; l’hotel è troppo caro in proporzione all’offerta; mezza pensione ma con menu ripetitivi e se si voleva altro bisognava pagare molto; le camere non sono pulite (diverse mosche morte in giro per la camera mai tolte; in una camera c’era il cagnolino (maltesi toi) e forse per questo motivo la camera non è mai stata sistemata! Tutto molto scarso…

Emplacement idéal pour se rendre à Chamonix, bus gratuit pour voyage aller, arrêt de bus à 5 mn

Accueil sympa, personnel très arrangeant, piscine, vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc, petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix

Propreté des sanitaires, plus particulièrement tour extérieur du bac à douche, le reste est très correct

It’s insensitive that pool and Sauna & Jacuzzi for free

A bit away from supermarket therefore if can offer special price for guests:) But staffs friendly and we are able to have early check in. Thank you

Breakfast was all we had wanted and needed. Everything fresh.

Nothing, wonderful in every way. And the vews down the valley outstanding. Even went for a swim…

Great position, nice swimming pool, cozy rooms

Resturant staff highly disorganized. The chef often coming out of the kitchen to look for the waiters. We waited 90 minutes for our dinner’s main course.

Really nice two night stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it

Lovely pool and spa facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. For train and bus ride into town centre.

Paper cups in room, cups or mugs would be better.

The location is really good and we have stayed there before On arrival the room was ready early and the reception staff friendly and helpful Room very nice with fantastic views

Booked in for evening meal at the restaurant. We waited well over an hour between courses. We then saw other visitors who arrived after us being served. When we asked the member of staff he was rude and challenging we ended up leaving after the starter because of this

Such a beautiful location, handy to public transport. We used the free spa facilities and remember to book it before you arrive as it fills up quickly. The rooms are warm and comfortable and have great facilities.

I'd definitely stay hear again

I liked it all, our room was lovely and big, very comfortable, the location was quiet but good to get to the main ski areas, and it was easy to get into the Chamonix centre.

Our room was above the sauna which made it a bit too toasty.

All the mentioned facilities on the site were not active yet or not functioning properly

You can rent skis and all what you need directly from the hotel. Good quality products. Breakfast is lovely and with a great view. This applies from the bedroom as well directly on the mount blanc.

We arrived at the beginning of the season. None of the facilities mentioned where aligned to the reality No restaurant nor bites at the location and no place in the neighborhood to grab some. No pool as mentioned on the site as not functioning in winter. No one was speaking English except when checking in or checking out. There was a promise to organise taxis but when needed it was impossible to get one as there was limited drivers affiliated to the hotel. When asking to discuss the situation with manager and look to align the price to the value we were getting, she never showed up. Generally, the experience was very below average

very nice and very clean hotel.

everything was perfect but i was staying on the first floor and some pipes are going through the room so it was extremely hot. i put the radiator off and even though the temperature was unbearable so had to sleep on an open door through the night.

very convenient located near the main slopes and the bus station ( the bus is free if you are a guest at the hotel)

overpriced and overrated overall, would not recommend!

not many positives unfortunately

lack of staff, always had to wait 10/15 min at reception, stupid booking system for the spa, how can you enjoy a jacuzzi in 30min?.. in 6 days we could only use the spa twice as it was fully booked all other times we enquired. bland 80s style buffet breakfast, definitely not 4star standard! tiny room, hardly enough space to walk around the bed, and we had deluxe room! had to store suitcase on the balcony because there was no space in the room or tiny wardrobe!
