Ideaal voor een verbijf

We mochten hier drie dagen verblijven en genoten van deze dagen, de faciliteiten en verzorging waren goed te noemen. Het viel ons wel op dat de restaurantmedewerkers sekt Frans praten en ook niet Engels wilden verstaan. Op een ochtend was de medewerkster met vrienden in gesprek in het restaurant en blokkeerden de doorgang e gingen niet snel aan de kant, was een smetje op deze dagen. De kwaliteit van het eten was goed te noemen.

Ik adviseer om de medewerkster nader Engels te laten studeren om het internationale karakter van Novotel verder uit te bouwen. Verder ervoor te zorgen dat interne personeelsupdates niet in de ontbijtzaal worden besproken, maar achter de schermen.

Very bad experience, will never again stay in Novotel !

Just that it had a pool and not very far from the city . The breakfast was also good.

The rooms were horrible , first the AC was not working and it never worked requested multiple times but still the staff did not help, then the room Keys stopped working after second day and never worked again . They made us wait for almost an hour standing outside of our door figuring out how to make the key work , then they gave us a new room where the flush was not working and eventually the keys again stopped working

Maybe it’s a good place if you go by car. It’s very far away from everything.

It‘s kids friendly. The pool was amazing.

The personal was not very helpful in particular when asking for a taxi. Apparently they have their our taxi arrangement and they are more expensive. (70€ to St. Charles station when we paid 50€ for the same distance for 6 people). And 50€ for 3 km without any machine to show you how much you were spending. The taxis are also not punctual. They arrived 10’ late.

Not a good quality hotel.

Restaurant staff were so clever and helpful. There was a free water fountain at the corridor.

Corridor carpets were so dirty and stinky. Kettle was not working. Elevator was so far.

Not like on pictures. Very porr breakfast and service. Good parking space.

Parking with cameras and closed fence over the night.

Very poor breakfast. Lots of dust on couch and bed. Nobody speaks english. Garden was like abandoned.

electrical wires from a table lamp almost gave my daughter an electrical shock as an incident caused a spark and an electric trip out of our room.

We really enjoy our stay!

Breakfast great. Lots of options, love their Crepps and pancakes! Fresh fruits. Great for familiy and kids. My children really enjoyed the play room and libary. Big Teddy Bear welcomes Kids at the entrance.

Facilities are a bit old, some rooms had problems with the air conditioning, which the staff tried to resolved.

I forgot my sunglasses in the room and could not return to pick them up. I called the receptionist (Manuel) who was so kind to send them by post to my home address free of charge.

the Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant is nice the manager Anthony is very helpful and professional.

the standard isn't a 4 stars the room are old isn't good value for money. The hotel is very old 1970? and not the bedroom not refurnish? Because I reserved via booking .com I have the cheaper rooms 2 Rooms with no facility. The USB plug didn't work the fridge as well. I told the reception but nothing done.

Good and tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Good and safe parking for the car. It is worth going here just to spend the night, otherwise the area is quite littery and uncomfortable. Big and loud streest etc. On the other hand, the place was easy to reach by car

Best position for my work travel. Grate parking very good lighted. The best breakfast! rich and abundant! Very good dinner. For sure one of the best chip hotel for having dinner!

Absolutely not clean... The plastic cover on the bed isn't confortable. The bath tub is unusable because the water drain could not be closed.

Breakfast was decent (no eggs though), appreciated the precations due to pandemic, ham in plastic cups, pastry in paper bags, etc. Swimming pool was small but kids enjoyed it.

Despite great efforts of the staff, this hotel is not a 4 star accommodation. Everything inside/outside was outdated. No TV remote in the room. Hotel is situated between a highway and a busy road, car noise is constant. For one night only.
