Le calme de la chambre, la literie très confortable.
L’accueil de mon chat sans aucun frais supplémentaire.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent, meilleur que celui de certains 5 étoiles.
Quelques éléments de la chambre ou de la salle de bain font un peu vieillot et abîmé, mais rien de bien grave.
Une légère crainte pour mon véhicule sur le parking non couvert.

And all my 10 points go for the man who waited us on the brekfast . Sad i dont have his name, but i want to emphase that he was very kind and very nice to us. Even we came a bit late for brekfast he waited us with smile
It was an excelent trip for us and mercure hotel was excellent choice 👌

Checked in late, however check In staff was super friendly.

The meat plate was always empty for the breakfast. The location is Ok.
Wifi was unstable. The restaurant was not open during the weekend.

Location, you need a car or a bus to go to the center of Grenoble.

The check-in was terrible, took 30 minutes. Credit card transmitter worked not properly, so after driving 12h from the Netherlands, we were tired at 0:15. The night porter was stricktly instructed not to allow check-in without paying, despite our reservation by booking.com.
After that explanation he wanted to charge us the double price, because we could take breakfast without paying for it.
The management of this hotel makes the choice of the be very sure that guests pay their bill and not trusting their guests.
As a guest member of the Accor group hotels for years, I feel this Mercure is a shame for the brand.

Hotel was clean and nice. Very good location and free good parking places. Very nice breakfast and smiling faces in the desks
Wifi was a little bit slow.
