Hotel confortable et superbe emplacement à Albi

Superbe emplacement près du centre ville, repas sur terrasse en surplomb de la rivière et face à la cathédrale, parking et bon restaurant

Chambre 1 peu petite pour un 4*, demande à être rafraîchie.

Dreadful dated room, they wdnt move me even tho the hotel was barely half full. Understaffed and sadly underwhelming! Two star just about?!

Great hotel in a beautiful city

We were able to check in early. My husband wears a leg brace & has trouble walking. We were able to drive right up to the door to unload our bags & then park very close in secure parking. Dinner on the terrace was quite good and the view is breathtaking as the sun sets on the red brick of old Albi. All the staff was wonderful. I loved having a room with a view of the river & the old city.

More counter space in the bathroom.

dinner the pasta dish tagliatelle was massive should offer smaller portion as option plus was basically plain pasta with garlic a tomato or pesto sauce would have been ideal

The best place in town ! Great view, walking distance from everything.

Location, staff, view. Well located in order to park the car and explore by foot ! Make sure to get water front view, it's worth it ! Seriously !!!

Fantastic location and a great place to base for exploring Albi

Fantastic location and free parking onsite which seems a rarity in cities. A great view from breakfast and a good selection as well. Nice atmosphere, felt a bit tired in places but otherwise would definitely recommend to others staying in Albi.

Wonderfully located hotel, bright and modern, helpful and knowledgeable staff, car parking.

The hotel was perfectly located on the river with the most magnificent views of Albi. Everything was within walking distance. Enjoyed eating on the terrace both at breakfast and dinner. Parking close-by was a real advantage in the city centre location. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.

Location and view from the room. The parking was easy and convenient. The staff were helpful and efficient.

The decor was dated and needed upgrading. It was difficult to transport the bags from the car park. The breakfast was expensive.

The hotel stands with an excellent view for seeing lovely brick architectural buildings.

I like the hotel view for looking at the Cathedral with the Tarn river/bridge.

I didn't understand how to park the car/open the parking gate on my first visit to the hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, with the most comfortable huge bed Breakfast was excellent Staff were friendly and engaging Dinner was great
