prima hotel voor een nachtje op doorreis.

prima accomodatie voor doorreis naar spanje. Parkeren was prettig op afgesloten terrein bij het hotel en er was een zwembad. Zwembad was wel erg druk en warm water (juli 23). Je kunt er leuk buiten zitten bij het zwembad. Zou er weer boeken voor dit doel

niets bijzonders. Was gewoon prima.

The restaurant is excellent, food and interior are great for relax and enjoy. Room is small for four people, but enough for staying for a night. Everything is clean.

Good value for money but rooms need updating.

The breakfast was great. A lovely selection. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The communal area was recently decorated and looks great. The pool is nice and clean. The hotel didn’t seem to be in the nicest area however it’s very close to the tram line if you want to head into the city to explore.

The room itself was very tired. Such a shame as the main hotel is lovely bright, clean and modern but the room we stayed in really didn’t match. The location itself was quite built up. We stayed at this hotel as our flight back to England was cancelled late in the evening and we needed somewhere close to the airport to stay. We had 2 young children with us and there weren’t many selections on the hotel menu for kids.

Nice reception and a good pool but that's is about it.

Hotel facilities is worn down. Fridge not working. Air conditioning cannot go below 25 degrees Celsius. I asked if they could fix it and they did nothing.the room can't go dark because there is a very bright lamp just outside the room and there is holes in the blackout curtain.

Location out of town

- we liked the pool - we liked the free video games in the foyer - we liked the dinner

- that our door was hard to close & jammed every time we closed it. - we didn’t like how small the rooms were when you had 2 sofa beds opened. - we didn’t like the flies buzzing around at breakfast landing on the cheese & fruit - we don’t like showering in a bath - we didn’t like having to catch an Uber into town all the time as it’s just a bit too far away to walk to the centre of the city with kids. - if you are used to the high quality of a Novotel in other countries then you will be underwhelmed with this one. We were.

Loved Montpellier, but will not stay at the same hotel again

Good breakfast & convenient location

Not a pet friendly hotel. Dog restricted to bedroom. No available iutside space to enjoy food or drinks with the pet so because of this we could not take breakfast together or have dinner or drinks at the hotel. Room srrvice was suggested, but the room only had one chair and a fixed desk, not suitable for dining

Nothing. The semi-professional ‘do not hesitate to let me know your thoughts, criticisms’ was sad borderline pathetic

The heavily stained carpet in the entrance. The damp fungus growing in shower, the coffee stained bathroom door, the tear in the armchair/sofa, the heavily stained lamp base, the general rundown dirty state of the bedroom. The bad meal in the restaurant. It was all bad - Shame on you Novotel and shame on you booking.com to market such overpriced sub-standard rooms.
