Attente un peu longue au restaurant
5.0
It has a good sweeming pool.
It was not clean . Long distance from the city center. Breakfast was not good, dishes were not clean. Many insects inside and around the dried and fresh food. Deteriorated milk with bad taste.
We selected this hotel for a long stay in Paris, based on our previous experience from Novotel in other countries (England- Liverpool and Germany- Hamburg). But we were shocked that it did not meet our expectations not at all and it was very different from other Novotel Hotels.

Nice and clean hotel located close to highway. Only 30 minutes drive to city centre of Paris.
Outdoor swimming pool is closed till 1st of June so we could not enjoy but had great time at hotel.

Very clean, friendly staff, well positioned close to RER B train station and Orly Airport. The restaurant was amazing, both in service and food !

Nothing.

Room was clean
Reception staff were not helpful, I only had 2 hangers in my room, which was an upgraded luxury room, I asked reception if I could possibly have some more, they said no problem, yet none arrived, so I asked again the next day and same again said yes, no problem, again nothing ever arrived so I gave up. Upon checking out I asked for the receipt for my stay, I was told they could not give me a receipt as I booked through booking.com, I have since had to message the property through the app to try and get an invoice, booking.com says the property should provide me with the invoice. The staff are just generally unhelpful.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, inner yard looked nice (swimming pool, greens)
Room -> noisy as it was located to the staircase on 4th floor, in addition we had to contact the hotel staff to fix the noisy door leading to staircase-making terrifying noise and waking up our baby.
Room -> out of 3 inner doors in the room, only 1 was actually was possible to close, e.g. toiled door would not close
Room -> on arrival air freshness was fine, yet during our stay, air circulation was not working and room turned into the sauna (with small baby window opening was not an option).
Room -> during booking we confirmed that we need a baby bed, few days before arrival we sent an email with kind reminder, yet upon our arrival - baby bed was not installed.
Restaurant -> next to the swimming pool hotel created lounge area by using pallets -> which were covered with red bugs (red chiggers), which can be harmful for adults but very dangerous for a babies.
Restaurant -> cocktail was served in sticky glass as drink while preparing most probably ran over, dinner in the restaurant -burger and pasta were plain and basic -> not 4 star level.

It was perfect, everything as discribed. The room and all other facilities great. The staff at the hotel were super nice. The food at the restaurant was also good. Brekfast was very good. worth of money. Location was perfect next to the highway. The room was clean. Perfect

The room was really comfortable. It was probably very carefully designed, from ventilation to the bed comfort making us sleep really well during the time we were there. The surrounding area of the hotel is very calm and green, making perfect for a rest after a long business day.
