Cool hotel:)

Petit déjeuner grand choix et buffet ! Personnel genial et accueillant , établissement propre et chambres propres ( meme sur les interrupteurs et menagers ) climatisé l’ete pour notre comfort , chauffage high tech !:) merci pour vos services et prestations

Bof, a ne pas réitérer

Le personnel est très poli et très prévenant, et le petit déjeuner était très bien c’est un véritable atout pour votre hotel

Il serait judicieux d’avoir des lits plus confortables car un matelas mousse sur une planche c’est tout sauf confortable, c’est bien pour un gamin de 10 ans qui pèse 30kg mais ce n’est pas le cas d’un adulte bien portant. De plus les cabine tout en un toilette douche lavabo, passé 1,5m et 30kg ce n’est pas utilisable, sauf pour celui qui est adepte du faire de se doucher sur les toilettes en se brossant les dents, bien que même cela peut demander des talents de contorsionniste. Une vraie douche avec un toilette ne prendrait pas plus de place mais serait plus confortable surtout que de nos jours il existe des toilettes avec lavabo intégré au réservoir.

Erg slechte matras

De airco werkte naar behoren en het ontbijt voor €8 was zeker voldoende. Inchecken via een machine, geen menselijk contact.

De matras lag op een soort houten plank, het bed. Matras lag voor geen meter, kuil in de matras, hierdoor na de nacht rugklachten. Haren van de vorige bezoeker aanwezig, stoffige rand bij hoofdeinde bed. Hotelkamers zijn portocabins met een natte cel met douchegordijn. In onze kamer was geen gordijn voor het raam, alleen een rolluik.

The bed was extremely comfortable and room very clean.

The main issue was how rude the staff was to me in the morning the next day. I arrived late 23:30, booked hotel last minute because of an issue where I first booked, so had to drive much longer than expected. I called to ask for a late checkout, placed on hold and then disconnected. No call back. Tried calling again and could not get through. Walked to front desk - no one was there, so the part above not due to being busy. Then the two people at the front desk both took a call, made me wait and the experience was extremely rude I paid over 150 euros for a 12 hour stay. My French is very bad at this point, but I had the sense they did not like me speaking English and why they were so rude. I told them everything I just wrote, so I made it clear and it also felt very intentional.

Convenient for the Autoroute and good value for an overnight stop.

Comfortable bed, good hot water for the shower, a good breakfast. It's conveniently located for the Autoroutes.

The rooms are very small. No restaurant.

cheap but it might be worth spending more on somewhere better

The room was clean.

There was a noise all night from some kind of unit - perhaps heating or air conditioning - which was loud, like the sound of a hoover. It made it hard to sleep. I didn't feel particularly safe getting out of my car and into the hotel as it was all open, in an industrial park, with no staff around. I would not stay there again.

SHOCKING, unless you are checking in during office hours, be very very careful

never got to find out! unable to check in using the computer at the foyer, tried the booking reference, last name…everything at least ten times…NOTHING! so now we are stranded without a place to sleep. ABSOLUTE JOKE! nobody to help, dog barking but nobody bothers to come out! RIDICULOUS

the outdated system of remote check in that doesn’t allow you to get help. it kept lagging and we ended up leaving after half an hour without being able to access our paid accommodation…

close to motorway and shops

no internet connection or very little, decorating in progress very heavy smell of paint and solvents in and around room very unpleasant and not possible for sleep, air conditioning also not working, not happy with this stay

After many a great overnight stays, a horrendous experience

We stayed many a times before,always a great no fuss clean and fresh room,super easy to book and self sufficient regardless of how late you arrive. Staff friendly, the young lad on reception had exceptional customer service skills, we were so thrilled to have found Fasthotel Taissy.

BEDROOM 16! Avoid at all cost! The stench of stale smoke is so deep inside the walls and furnishings you can’t get rid of it. We arrived at 2am and there was nobody I could speak to, I didn’t sleep, window wide open but the smell was unreal. So so disappointed, I wish you had an option in the booking process to request a certain room.

Reasonable if inconvenient.

Breakfast was OK with a selection of pastries, breads, cereal and dairy products. The hotel itself is OK for this type of low budget hotel. Rooms are clean, if quite small for 2 men to share. Main problem is No restaurant or bars for miles around. We had to drive 20 mins back into Reims to find an evening meal.

There is literally Nowhere within several miles to get an evening meal. We drove 7km back into Reims to find an evening meal. Repeat: Nothing. Not even a McDonald's.

Near motorway

Very small rooms & narrow beds but was able to park right outside. Very cheap so you get what you pay for. Certainly clean. Had our own food & found a lovely park few minutes away so only slept jn the room. Was perfectly adequate.

Adequate for comfort, good breakfast but very disappointing to be told the restaurant was closed.

Room adequate for the price, good shower, good breakfast with fresh baguettes.
