тихий район,номер был чистый,уютный. очень вкусные завтраки. на ресепшене была очень отзывчивая девушка,которая помогла объясниться с таксистом на немецком

при заезде попросили заплатить налог за каждого человека по 2 евро

Ansprechend u. modern eingerichtet, super Frühstück, kostenloses, öffentliches Parken vor dem Hotel kein Problem

Die sauberkeit im Detail hätte besser sein können - aber durchaus ok

Super Lage. Ca. 10 min zur Festhalle (Konzertbesuch). Ein tolles und großzügiges Zimmer. Alles da was man braucht (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher). Bequeme Betten. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, kleines Buffet aber große Auswahl. Parken in der Beethovenstrasse kein Problem. Sehr gerne wieder! Top Preis-Leistung. Danke!

good vlue for money

The location is pleasant- green and calm, just a 6-minute walk to U-Bahn. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was exactly the same for all five days I stayed and the choice is quite limited. There is no way one can close the door quietly. So it might be noisy in the morning.

A comfortable cosy place in a quiet, safe residential road, 30 min by foot to Frankfurt University. Rooms have good table and light to work. Staff was eceptionally friendly.

Would be a very nice 2-star hotel

They have a best price guarantee if you book directly with them :p Oh well... The reception staff and especially the room service staff are VERY friendly and courteous. The room was as booked and acceptable for the price paid.

The staff in the breakfast room do not understand a single word in any standard language whatsoever. I tried German, English, French, no chance. The walls of my room looked a bit beat-up and worn down. The other guests in this hotel that I met during breakfast had no manners. The hotel does not have any amenities like a four-star hotel usually does.

Well it has been okay but didn't have coffee in my room rather than herbal tea which I find it uncomfortable. Customers must have a choice of coffee or tea, and I had same beddings for 4 days and I have to ask for missing stuff and not having enough beddings. Overall staff was lovely and good area near city easy to find. Hopefully next time I visit will be great experience.

This was a location only for the night during an trip to another city. The location was fine.

It was hard to find a location to stay at the last moment and this was one of the few left. So we had no other choice. The rooms were outdated, so was the hotel itself. I would not stay here again.

very dirty. the bathroom was full of dirt and hair and the toilet wasn’t clean. it’s the worst experience I had in a hotel ever. the breakfast was very poor. if it wasn’t for work and we arrived late at night I would never stayed 😤😤😤

Clean, courteous desk clerk

When we walked in, there were alot of ppl hanging out on the stairs. I fell in the shower and incurred many injuries. YOU NEED ANTI-SLIP BATH MATS! I'm still recovering from those injuries.
