Tiene 2 restaurantes y un bar, los tres cumplen con un excelente servicio y buena calidad.
Las instalaciones en general limpiaste cómodas.
La alberca está cubierta y muy agradable.
La zona muy bien comunicada y con tiendas, restaurantes y servicios.
Excelente en general.
No está cerca del centro pero a una calle de distancia está la estación de camiones y el metro. Por los que puedes llegar de manera fácil y rápida a cualquier punto de la ciudad

Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Personal war sehr nett, sowie auch die Lage des Hotels.
Duschkopf war verkalkt, der Teppich hatte Flecken, Internet ist kostenpflichtig, Pool war Samstag außer Betrieb, Klima ist auch nur Deko gewesen und war defekt.

Schneller Check in
Wir haben vergessen das Schild „Bitte nicht stören“ an die Tür gehängt. Dann wird um 10:00Uhr geklopft ohne Antwort, dies ist etwas schade, da die Info vorhanden sein müsste, dass wir noch nicht ausgecheckt haben.

The bedding was confortable.
The cleaningness of the rooms was not good in any way. There were stains all over the carpet. We were disgusted to even walk bare-foot inside our room. It smelled of dust and lack of cleaning. There were also white stains all over the bathroom. The furniture was outdated and very worn out. Our window did not close all the way through and the shower was broken. We were not expecting this from a 5-Star hotel. It was not cheap either, so the price-quality is very little. I do not recommend.
