Goed hotel waar we vrij weinig van gezien hebben.

De mevrouw achter de receptie was erg behulpzaam en aardig. Ook toen we met de rekening terug gingen omdat er iets niet klopte werden we snel en netjes geholpen. Verder hebben we hier alleen maar overnacht voor een tussenstop dus we hebben niet veel faciliteiten gebruikt.

We hadden in de reserverin aangegeven geen ontbijt te willen, ook bij het inchecken nogmaals aangegeven dat er geen ontbijt nodig was maar na het bekijken van de rekening bleek er toch 6x ontbijt op te staan en betaald te zijn. Dit is niet hoe het was afgesproken. Hier moet wel op gelet worden want de mevrouw achter de balie gaf aan dat het ontbijt er standaard bij zit bij online boeken.

A comfortable place with a quiet area.

We’ve had a great stay at Wilhelm, the location is brilliant, quiet and nice 15 minute walk to the centre of Diez. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was also lovely with a very good variety selection of different foods. We would stay here again.

The only negative we’ve had was that we did not have a cot bed as we requested but there was an extra sofa bed in our room which we could use for our toddler, although someone with a small baby might find this an issue. Also the room was clean and tidy, but we have noticed the cups in the bathroom were dirty and had toothpaste in as if someone used it before to flush their mouth and did not rinse, and there was some hair in it.

Good hotel, breakfast etc but the heating and matrasses need attention.

The heating was a big problem. It was far too hot in the room so I did not sleap the whole night. The heatings could not be swiched off. Opening the balcony door made the room fill with cigarette smoke. Being a woman I thought the matrasses were too soft at the location of the hips and was I not laying straight, but in a sort of didge.

Overall comfortable

- bathroom was shiny-clean, - staff was very friendly, - the morning breakfast (the bigger option) was generous. We had a good sleep there.

- The room was very dark, the lights were so dim that it was impossible to read at night. - We got two joined beds that were coming apart the moment you sat on them.

A good hotel for overnight stay

Very good location, only few minutes drive from city centre and a short drive from the beautiful town Limburg. Free parking beside the hotel. Easy check-in & check-out. Big and clean room. Big bed. Very good price.

The room is quite warm in the night, could not sleep very well.
