1a-Plus Lage

es gibt keine bessere Lage. Man ist direkt am Alter Markt mit der ganzen gastronomischen Bandbreite, 2 Minuten zum Dom und zum Rhein und auch direkt in der Innenstadt. Parken ist leider etwas teuer, aber der Bahnhof ist fix erreichbar. Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer war diesmal leider arg klein, aber funktional. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts vom Treiben draussen. Eine gute Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Alles super sauber.

das Zimmer war diesmal tatsächlich sehr klein. Man kam kaum an den Seiten am Bett vorbei. Und die Putzfrau hatte am Abreisetag einen ziemlichen Nervigkeitsfaktor. Ab 9 Uhr wurde mehrfach geklopft, obwohl erst um 12 Uhr Check Out war.

Great location and amenities.

We were given a disabled room - massive bathroom and hotel room, with great facilities.

Pillows were a nightmare, and it would be good to have tea/coffee making faciilties in the room.

La atención del personal. La ubicación muy buena para hacer turismo. A pasos de todos los puntos interesantes de la ciudad.

Perfect location and view

My partner and I stayed in the junior suite and I would definitely recommend for the view of the cathedral. The bed was very comfortable but let down by thin pillows and the room was clean. The hotel is in a great location for food and drinks throughout the day as well as the main attractions and staff were friendly and helpful.

Having read the other reviews it seems other rooms had a fridge and better coffee making facilities. Considering we were told by staff we had the best room in the hotel, you would think there would be milk included with our coffees! There is also only hand soap and no other toiletries provided, just little touches that would make the room better.

great location, breakfast was wonderful, room was very clean but honestly a bit too small. I had to pay attention how i move around in order to not stumble upon things.

Even though the square was quite at night, right under the hotel there is a an irish pub and a group of youngsters were hanging out in the midnight talking very loud, signing, living life basically. I had to open the room and remind them that there is a hotel room right above them (which they were not really aware)

Prima verblijf midden in het centrum

De centrale ligging midden in het centrum.

Dat een elektricien een half uur nadat we zijn ingecheckt met een pasje naar binnenloopt om even een lamp aan te sluiten. Dan denk ik bij mezelf tussen uitchecktijd en inchecktijd zit 4 uur, doe dat lekker in die tijd. Verder ook niemand die ons hiervan op de hoogte heeft gebracht, dus dat was niet echt netjes.

Beim nächsten Besuch in Köln gerne wieder!

Die "Dom-Suite" mit direktem Blick auf den Dom war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles sauber, sehr ruhig, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Alles super!

Lovely personnel, attractive premises, well located, very nice room.

Location of room overlooked Christmas market; it was clean and perfectly lovely.

Room was a bit on the small size and side tables difficult to access. But the room was fine. The food wasn't so good, at least what I had, but the service was top notch.

Super zentrale Lage, vieles fussläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind klein aber gut ausgestattet und man findet sich mit Koffer gut Platz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Fenster schirmen den Lärm der Stadt gut ab. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer bemüht bei besonderen Wünschen.

Etwas störend fand ich die lauten privaten Gespräche der Mitarbeiter, ob in der Küche, Rezeption oder im Raum hinter der Lobby.

Schickes Innenstadthotel nahe am Musicaldom

Tolles Hotel in der Fußgängerzone mit eigenem Café. Zimmer waren toll mit Blick auf den Dom.

Leider nur ein Parkhaus in der Nähe und das auch nur für Fahrzeuge bis 1,80m

Good hotel in a prime location

Prime location right at the center of the city. Nice-looking hotel with good facilities and clean rooms. Staff are very helpful.

Not a big deal for me cos I am a tiny human. But the room size is really small. Bathroom is nice tho, couldn’t complain.

We liked the location.

Location is very central. Breakfast was very good.

Smallest room ever. Air conditioning worked.

Thankfully the air-conditioning worked. Quiet.

Tiniest rooms I've ever been in. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. Nowhere to really put your stuff. While the location is right in the middle of a lot of food and bars, the cost of the room is expensive given the size of the room and amenities compared to other hotels we've been in.

Room etc was as expected and good. Location v central and convenient. Staff very friendly and efficient.

No vegan breakfast options or plant based milk... so we didn't have breakfast in hotel. Bath towels were ridiculously small. Aircon v ineffective so needed window open, noisy given city centre location. These are not big complaints but fyi

Thank you for your hospitality and cleanliness! The staff was very polite and helpful and the beds were super comfotable.

The room (215) was rather small. Limited space to change clothes or read something. I would also like a wider variety in TV channels.

I really liked!

there was no water in the fridge. I arranged with the hotel to leave rose petals on the bed as I was celebrating my wedding anniversary but they didn't do anything.

we had a great stay. staff very polite and helpful. breakfast is very complete and tasty, it was worth paying. well located, close to the cathedral and on a street with plenty of restaurants and events. room was clean. bathroom had towel, soap and hair dryer.

The street can be quite noisy; Also the staff didn't warn us about the carnival. It took us three hours for 500 meters !!!

Shower kept leaking and we made the staff aware, ubfortunatly it wasn't fixed and we had to deal with a wet bathroom
