Friendly staff. The room was ok. Not very modern, but comfortable. Nice breakfast.
We could hear the people in the room next to us were having a lot of 'fun'. Our 13 year old daughter learned some new words and sounds.

Two months before my stay in Bremen I’ve booked a double room with private bathroom and breakfast for five nights. When we arrived at the hotel, I found the key on a table with my name on it. The room was a double but without bathroom. The bathroom was a shared one for more rooms. In the room we found a single set of ragged towels. I’ve wrote immediately at the office and they respond to me that the next day we will receive another room.
One Monday morning, we want to take breakfast at 9:10 AM. The lady in the breakfast room told us that only during weekend the breakfast hours ends at 10:00 AM. on working days ends at 9:00. At the end she prepared the breakfast for us.
In the last morning, at 8:40 the breakfast room was closed. When I've asked if we could take the breakfast, a man told me that is too late for breakfast. He showed me a paper where, for our room number was written that we will take the breakfast at 8:00. No one asked me at what hour we will take the breakfast during our stay.
In the last two days, the soap and the shower gel run out and were have not been refilled.

welcoming and english speaking staff. The beds were comfortable. The food for dinner and breakfast was good. The area is beautiful for an evening walk.
So we were basically put in a basement with cardboard walls. We didn’t sleep entire night as nothing is soundproof there. The door in the hallway smashed terribly everytime. Towels - would the owners of this place even touch them? that’s disgusting. Last but not least - it has a shared bathroom on the floor not the private one outside. And please put a toilet paper holder…it is ridiculous it stands on the dusty radiator.

Nothing.
The stuff was so unpolite!!! We have reserved the room on a ground floor due to my mom disability and they gave us rooms, one in a basement and the other on a first floor! Of course both with stairs! They didn't leave wi-fi pass anywhere so we had to wait 4h until 18h for them to open a bar and give us wi-fi pass! The basement room was horrible! No closet in a room, half under ground, noisy due to parking outside. There were spiderweb and insects on the wall and sealing... Common bath and toilet, although in a reservation page it says 'private bathroom'

If rate this place according to the price/quality its perfect. Probably because of pandemic, they have to drop the price very low. For one night including breakfast it was super cheap.
Shared bathroom is very small, hard to move round and dress/undress.

Difficult question to answer as nothing stood out to like more than something else
Very limited breakfast choice but for the price of the stay probably all you could expect.

Clean
We chose to stay in this hotel as we thought it might be quieter than Bremen and we wanted a good night's rest before six hours of driving the next day. Unfortunately there was a bowling lane DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH our bedroom! There was a party that bowled till midnight (it was supposed to go till 3am but they stopped at midnight) and then we could still hear music, singing and shouting for a couple more hours. Absolutely terrible sound insulation so we had a really bad night's sleep. The hotel ad says that there is "bowling locally" but doesn't say its in the basement which I think is pretty important information. If you want a good nights sleep I highly recommend you do not stay here. I'm still in shock that someone thought it was a good idea to put a bowling lane directly underneath hotel bedrooms.
The triple room had a fridge, oven, microwave and sink but the only utensils it had were one fork and one bowl! No plates, cutlery, cups etc. So its not much use if you want to cook.
