Jederzeit wieder

Schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Super Ausblick über Bochum von meinem Zimmer im 12. Stock. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Lage = In der Stadtmitte und nur ein Paar Meter vom Hbf. entfernt

Badewanne mit extrem hohen Einstieg. Für ältere Leute wie mich eine Herausforderung.

No encontraba que funcionara bien el aire acondicionado. Me facilitaron un calefactor que agradeci mucho y solucionó el problema.

No tenía conocimiento de que tenía que pedir que me hicieran la habitación todos los días y fué desagradable encontrármela sin arreglar mi segundo día de estancia.

Good location, excellent for a family stay

Good location (center of the town), fine room for family with extra-bed. Wonderful tea cart for the breakfast.

Parking is an expensive if to compare with price of room. Breakfast is a bit poor but enough for 2-4 days to stay.

Der Frühstuck war lecker und abwechselungsreich. Der Staff war höflich. Das Hotel ist ziemlich modern aber das Zimmer scheint ziemlich alt. Die Position in der Stadt ist ziemlich gut in der Nähe des Bahnhofs.

Ich finde dass ein 4 Sterne Hotel besseres Möbel und ein ziemlich neues Badezimmer haben soll. Aber vielleicht sind meine Erwartungen zu hoch.

Unangenehmer Geruch im Foyer. Mitarbeiter am Empfang schlecht zu verstehen. Bar hatte nicht geöffnet am Sonntag Abend .

Meget godt ophold alt i alt

Restarenten og bar var desværre lukket lørdag så vi ikke kunne spise på hotellet om aftenen , men morgenmaden var perfekt . Søndag aften var det hele lukket .

Gode senge God stil på værelset og flot udsigt fra værelset på 10 etage

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Jederzeit wieder!

Das angefragte Babybett war leider bereits in die Jahre gekommen und die "Matratze" eher eine dünne Isomatte.

Gut mit Abstrichen

Saubere Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Kostenloses Wasser, sowie Kaffee auf den Zimmern.

Die Geräuschkulisse war nachts erhöht, da man durch zuschnappende Türen (Zimmer und Fahrstuhl) aus dem Schlaf geholt wurde. Der Fitnessraum hatte nur 3 Geräte, wovon 2 Geräte baugleich waren. Als "Gym" würde ich es nicht bezeichnen. Durch die clevere Fotografie (Foto mit Spiegelung) wirkte der Raum wesentlich größer und besser ausgestattet als er ist. Der Vor-Ort Eindruck demnach sehr ernüchternd.

Immer wieder in diesem Hotel!

Hallo Ankunft und Abreise waren total entspannt. Das ganze Personal war überaus freundlich, und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn perfekt. Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Roland Kamp

I didn’t sleep for 3 nights because the room was too hot.

Breakfast was good. Some staff was was helpful, others…not so much.

The site says the hotel has air conditioning. It does not, at least not in the rooms.

Pleasant stay, would stay again.

Location is perfect, just opposite form Bochum Hauptbanhof and a few minutes walk from Bermuda3eck where all the bars, cafes and funs is. From there you can easily go to Ratthaus where all the shops are. It's an ideal place to stay in donwtown Bochum. I stayed in a single room that was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was on the 11th floor and had a nice view of the city. The bed was perfect and large. The personel was very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel moved the breakfast from weekend to weekdays one hour earlier without anyone warning me about it. Unfortunately I missed the breakfast on a Monday because nobody let me know about the breakfast time change.

The breakfast had numerous options and served until late morning

I was double charger by the property and to date (2 weeks later) even after I reported it nothing has been done to rectify this by the accounts team!
