Enjoyment

The location is perfect. The room is spacious and clean, we enjoyed it in Hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, the chefs and staff are very friendly. Score 10 for the hotel and staff.

We liked everything. See you again.

위치가 푸티안역과 코코파크 사이라서 도보로 지하철 다니기 너무 편했습니다. 고층이라 야경 뷰가 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다. 조식도 무난히 맛있습니다.

가격대비 시설 및 방 컨디션은 다소 부족한듯 합니다. 위치가 깡패니 이해는 됩니다. 생일이어서 혹시 몰라 멘션 해두었으나 (요청은 안함) 따로 준비되는건은 없었습니다.

Great place to stay for a short trip

I love the location and the playroom of the hotel. We took the shopping park exist B to reach the hotel. Futian station is too bug and confusing. The hotel staff is very friendly. Ethan didn't question f I spoke Chinese or not, just reply to me in English when I asked about wifi connection. And Alice helped with locating the convenience stores just across the street. The playroom is great. It's not very big but good enough to play for a awhile.

No staff minding the playroom, and guests came in without socks. It's not very hygienic. And some of the kids are playing too rough. Parents really need to mind the kids when there are bigger kids join the playroom. Some of the ball in the ball pit is dirty. I think it is better to put hand sanitizer there too. One of the kids even asked me for it.

Völlig überfüllter Frühstücksbereich, längere Wartezeiten - auf Geschäftsreise inakzeptabel. Der bisherige Frühstücksbereich in der Executive Lounge gibt es nicht mehr. :-(

Locatie, hotel ligt erg centraal en hotel ziet er mooi en modern uit en zwembad

kamer is iets aan kleine kant en in de avond rookgeur in kamer door rokende hotelgasten, wat niet toegestaan is

位置方便，只需要步行七分鐘便到coco Park。酒店職員態度殷勤，親切友善。適逢母親大人生日，酒店代為佈置房間，而且贈送美味的小蛋糕，倍添喜慶。房間寬敞舒適，隔音不錯。

美中不足是房間有點點異味，可能是地氈的緣故。

Posizione eccellente, con ristoranti, negozi e la Futian station raggiungibili a piedi in un paio di minuti. Camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulitissime. Colazione eccezionale. Staff cordiale, disponibile e accogliente con cui è molto facile parlare in inglese.

Nice Hotel in a good location

Nice location, good rooms, breakfast expensive but big selection. The location has many bars and restaurants within walking distance.

90% of the staff did not speak english. Crazy for a big international hotel.

Really good hotel. Good location and friendly staff

The location is perfect close to Futian station and Coco Park. The staff is super friendly and professional. I had an upgrade to a suite which was awesome. Superb view over the area.

It was nightmare. Very strong negative feeling associated with the front desk reception.

I received the confirmation from the hotel before my trip. However, when I arrived the hotel, the reception staff told me that they did not receive my booking. The reception staff was in very poor manner and was not helpful at all. It was a chaos and I had to stand there for at least 30 mins. The reception manager finally came and helped. He was much better and arranged a room for us immediately.

The room was a very clean and comfortable. Location was also good since two stations are available.

It was surprising that only few staffs could communicate well in English. You should hire more English speaking staff for the future visitors. Location was good, but some musuic noises from a club at night time might be annoying for some people.

Staff actually ran at me to stop me from carrying my own luggage into the hotel. Service staff were very helpful.

The system gave the wrong surname which prevented me from going onto the wifi until it was corrected

Nice hotel with good location.

Breakfast menu was exactly the same every day. I stayed for 11 nights, so it became tough after 2-3 days. Very limited options for vegetarians and the space becomes crowed between 07:45 - 09:00 hrs.
