Die Lage ist super, für unseren Kurztripp optimal. Personal sehr freundlich.
Was gehört zur Minibar?

Nix.

Location, cleanliness
It’s an old building and I really felt dizzy at times, walls are of course not even, but so is not the floor.

It was a lovely old hotel, and the parking was easy to find and use.
Nothing really,.

Spacious room, very clean and had an old world charm. Hotel restaurant is very good.
Finding that the room we booked was not in the hotel, but in a seperate annex building. This was not clear on the Booking.com website. The annex building is four floors (no lift) and we were on the third. Impossible for most. Elderly people to access, certainly with luggage. This needs to be made very clear on the website.

Lovely room in a good location, easy to find from the train station. Very friendly staff, would stay again.

Central location
Not well staffed (staff did not seem to know what they are doing). Room was very loud and hot. Nothing done to mitigate issues such as double pane windows, black out curtains against sun on windows, or ceiling fan. Typically no air conditioning in German hotels/pensions.

The hotel is located at Quedlinburg's market place in the middle of the old town: very picturesque. We liked the comfortable and spacious room, and had dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both, especially the local food of the Harz mountain range. Good parking at the hotel.
- no elevator, elderly people might have problems
- no air condition, summer weather might have high temperatures in Germany
- drunk and loud people in the surroundings of the hotel at night

Lovely old "coaching inn". Very tastefully maintained and decorated in genuine style. Nice large room with very comfortable bed and lovely view over Fachwerk houses towards town. Excellent breakfast. Good dining facilities, especially outside in old galleried courtyard.
Hotel staff were very polite and helpful which made for a relaxing stay. Would definitely choose this hotel on our next visit to Quedlinburg.
Everything was excellent. No complaints!

The rooms were clean and large. There is also a kitchen with new utensils. The restaurant and beer garden are very nice to look at. We only had drinks there once because the prices are a bit high.
The parking is good, you get a pass for the barrier.
There was place to sleep for four in the apartment. The two single beds were good but the sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on. It is basically a wooden floor you sleep on with a thin matras. The staff could not supply a solution and with the checkout I got the response that no-one ever complained.

Very nice place in stylish antique house. We had rented a one bedroom apartment w/ kitchen: We liked the apartment very well, it was cosy. The bedroom was facing the back so it was quiet. Staff very friendly, breakfast and restaurant of good quality. The location is very good, just a few steps to the city center, parking accessible from the back of the hotel. Wifi was working well.

Perfect location! We were also positively surprised by the size of our apartment - it was huge.
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming

We booked a large room, but got a two-room apartment with a kitchenette instead, for no additional fee. That was a very pleasant surprise! The breakfast was good. The staff was polite and very helpful. Excellent location in the historic old town, with easy access to trains, buses, restaurants, and supermarkets.
The hotel is located in historic buildings with low ceilings and even lower wooden beams in some places. That's somewhat uncomfortable for a person even slightly higher than average. Hitting a beam in the dark on your way to the toilet is no fun.
Also, for the same reason of being in a historic building, there is no elevator. It was not a big deal for us, but can be uncomfortable for older people or people with disabilities.
